I came into this complex renting a 1 bedroom apartment for $785 not including utilities. I thought that was a fair price. During COVID they decided to raise prices to $865 but I dont get why. The pool is closed, the sauna is closed, the gym CLOSED and we have to pay to do our laundry and the card system almost never works so you have to go without conveniently doing your laundry. Tell me why am I paying more? Im paying more for absolutely nothing. You would think that they would want tenants that pay their rent on time to stay longer or they would at least not raise your rent the next time you sign their lease but no. Thats fine but again Im paying more for nothing. They respond to this review saying one thing that will not change is our commitment to provide you with the best experience while you are here.Well the experience remains the same. Honestly I dont even care about the amenities anymore since they cant even provide more than one working dryer in a laundry room that serves more than 50 people or more. The most convenient laundry room has four washers and one working dryer. Thank goodness for the maintenance staff and landscapers though they keep this place looking better than it is run and work so hard, the landscaping is beautiful here.
Units are older, but well maintained, really well laid out. Good parking. Great views. Pretty quiet.
Del Rio is a wonderful community, the staff are all highly responsive and professional. Whenever I need assistance, they fix the issue right away and communicate consistently. The crew is fantastic and management is organized very well. I appreciate all the help I have received and would highly recommend Del Rio for the great quality of living and staff. The property is clean and I appreciate the effort to make a community, through hosting safe giveaways or contests during this pandemic, making it still feel like a fun environment to be in. Thank you for making my experience living in New Mexico a great one!
I would like to give kudos to the maintenance staff at Del Rio. I have lived here approximately 14 months and I have placed a few maintenance request. Most recently I walked into my kitchen to find water pouring out of my sink that came from an apartment above mine and flooded my kitchen. I called the office to inquire if maintenance had left for the day. Ari immediately reacted to my issue and called maintenance for me. Not only did Oscar snake the drain, he also cleaned up the water, rinsed out my kitchen mats and placed them outside to dry. I am pleased to say that your maintenance staff are very responsive, professional and courteous. Thank you for all you do.
I love this place didnt get to live there theyre not qualify because of my divorce but looks awesome nice large apartments great price
Definitely not recommended. Me and my family lived there a few years ago. Staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The neighbors above us would stomp at all hours of day and night. At one point cars were being stolen all over the complex our truck was found and totaled, and no consequences for the person who stole it. Way to expensive houses are cheaper than this with better quality and more space.
I DO NOTrecommend. Unless you DONT want to SLEEP at night and want to live on top floor and wake up your neighbors at midnight and at 4 am. Then yes, this is for you because management is not responsive. And you can do it every night because management wont respond to complaints. However if you cannot climb stairs and like sleeping at night or like no one cussing and slamming doors and dropping things above you they shake walls and light fixtures. Then this is NOTfor you.Maintenance is excellent and responsive. However both air-conditioner and heater went out in 6 months from move in date.Management dont respond to complaints. Left emails and voicemail with no response.Only responds to Maintenance calls.
I’ve lived here for 4 months now, and I am very happy. Yesterday I reported a serious and recurring ant problem in my apartment, and George, a member of the office staff, responded immediately. He, along with their chosen pest control team, provided both a short term and a long term solution to the problem, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. George is an extraordinary young man with courtesy, professionalism, and great good humor, and it is a tremendous pleasure to know that he is part of the Del Rio management team. All of the staff with whom I’ve been involved, since even before I moved here, have been wonderful, but I am truly grateful to George for his response to this situation. Thank you all.
Was a shown a two bedroom, two bath. Really nice views and the apt itself would suit me. No 1 bedrooms but will go back if some become available. Would recommend to anyone!
Submitted multiple requests for maintenance and never once had anyone fix the problems in my apartment. On top of that when they had scheduled parking lot maintenance they said my car would be towed at my expense. I’m sorry that I don’t wake up early enough and I have to work long hours in order to pay rent and grocery bills. Would not recommend
Del Rio is by far one of the best places to live. Me and my husband had moved in for a short 6 months due to job relocation. However, we lived in 3 other apartments in Albuquerque and by far Del Rio was the best. We lived in a one bedroom with washer and dryer. The staff was very nice from the moment we applied for an apartment. The property is well kept. The apartment we moved into was clean and ready for us. Large patios made it enjoyable to spend time outside. Lots of storage space. Pet friendly. The property itself is in a great area. We were sad to have had to break our lease, but even with that, the staff was understanding and made the process smooth for us. Thanks to Del Rio for giving us a good home before we moved to AZ.
Leslie (a senior staff member) has been amazing to work with from the beginning! I have been living at Del Rio Apartments for about a year, and I’m soon moving to Salt Lake City where I hope that my property manager will be as patient, helpful, and attuned as Leslie is.Further, They have been so kind to my dog And patient in coordinating when to come by for maintenance issues so that my dog isn’t startled.
Del Rio Apartments have been very good to us. When ever we needed assistance, the staff was quick to answer our issues. They have an excellent staff that is knowledgeable and friendly. Mona in housekeeping is not only GREAT at her job, but we have become friends. I am almost sorry we bought a home.
Outside is very cool 2 beautiful pool and a big garden...but apartment a bit old..although big
Ive lived here for 3 years and really love it. The amenities are wonderful! Very nice outdoor grills, beautiful landscaping, a nice gym with new machines, and a sauna that works better than several of the gyms Ive visited around town. The management team is VERY helpful and kind, they seem to really love to work here which is a great sign! They recently started doing a community happy hour on Fridays, something I wish they had done sooner! Ive gotten to know several of my neighbors and feel far safer, being a woman who lives alone (and I think we can all agree that no matter where you live in ABQ it can be a little unsafe) thats huge. Ive looked at MANY different apartments on the west side and the price for what youre getting here just cant be beat, plus the location is perfect!
I’ve lived at Del Rio apartments for a little over a year and a half. Overall it’s been a good experience. The front staff and maintenance staff have been nothing but nice and respond quickly to any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable apartment.
I lived here for my whole life basically, some shady stuff happens a lot at night. I got my truck broken into, had a guy tried to break in. I did used to feel safe here but not anymore. I dont see security, when do they drive fast through the apartment and leave without really checking. If you do live here, Be Safe!
Great apartments. My sister lives here and we visit often. They stay on top of maintenance issues and the grounds are kept up beautifully. The pool and pool area are lovely as are the clubhouse and other outdoor areas. Love that they are a smoke free complex as well!
Management is working on improving but for the past year it has been a bit of a not pleasant experience . None of the appliances work, they are all old and they do not want to replace them. The pool is never clean they always close it to do repairs. The washers and dryers are all broke. They charge so many fees along with that and arent event willing to give reasonable extensions! If we cant pay rent by the date due to emergencies what makes them think we can pay $100 to $200 extra?! Never renting here again!
My fiance and I have lived here a little over a month. Sure, there are some sketchy characters around here but its Albuquerque. Youll have sketchy characters everywhere. We didnt have a chance to look at the apartments before we moved in due to the rush of the move and were a little disappointed with the dating of the apartment. The appliances were dated but what makes this review five stars is the management. We shared some of our views on the apartment with them and they did everything and anything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They went completelyo of their way, especially George, to help us and weve had nothing but good experiences with them ever since. Were looking forward to staying here! The appliances work wonderfully and the grounds are no less than five stars. If you have a dog, this is the place. You wont find a better place than del Rio for your pup in this area, maybe not in all of abq. We looked at hundreds of apartments, and del Rio topped them all for our dog. I recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely TERRIBLE, I lived here for two years and in the beginning it was great no complaints, maintenance was on it and everything was perfect! After management changed and even maintenance changed they have showed little to no care about the residents that have been here the longest. They dont want to upgrade the units until you fully move-out, the entrance to the gym in the back is constantly closed when it used to be open 24/7 but now because the pool hours are only 9am to 10pm they lock the gates which permits us from entering into the gym since there is only one entrance to the gym aside from the office in which the office is only open from 9:30 to 6pm. Additionally they have been accepting some strange characters (to say the least) into the apartments lately. I no longer felt safe there! There were suspicious people walking around the apartment at night time and people were even jumping into the pool at one point and they werent even residents. My car on top of that has had missing and stolen parts from it and of course the office/staff did nothing!! I presumed this was a safe neighborhood at first but afterwards it has become a nightmare. I have called the police in the last 3 months about 3-4 times due to suspicious activity, whether its from residents themselves or people that shouldnt even be on the property! They have no security and pretty much anyone can enter and exit. All the washers and dryers were always broken this past year and last I used them there was only 2 washers and 2 dryers working and the dryers were still leaving the clothes damp and they refused to refund me my money used for my clothes! I have also called to complain about my neighbors because the new people that moved in were incredible loud and even after jumping so much ( I was on the first floor) there was water leaking into my bathroom and left water damage and they did nothing! I also would put in so many orders for my garbage disposal that instead of replacing the whole thing all they would do is just clean it and it would work for a few months and break again. The dishwasher was also spilling a lot of water and they refused to replace it even though they are really old and no matter how many times you fix it, it will still not function properly! On top of that towards the end of my lease they refused to give me my ledger for odd reasons.. and stated they no longer had access to it. I dont understand all of these false reviews as of lately. Do not rent here if youre looking for the slightest bit of peace and safeness, this place has changed a lot ! NOT WORTH IT. There are plenty of other places that are safer, nicer, upgraded and even spacier that are cheaper than here!!
The Laundry rooms are terrible. Most machines dont work and youll learn the hard way when you try to use them. Some machines smell bad inside like sewage water and mold. If you can find a dryer that works youll have to use it twice, 45 mins each at $1.25 each time. Theyll say, you can use any of the other laundry stations at the complex, but your key doesnt work at all the stations. I got locked out once and had to beg another tenant to let me in to get my clothes. I realize that commercial washers and dryers are expensive, but quit tempting the tenants to try to use the laundry rooms by leaving them open with no signage indicating that the machines are broken so newcomers quit getting burned.
They are nice and spacious.
Great property and staff... Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!
Ive lived here for about two years and have had a great experience! The grounds are lovely & pretty quiet and the maintenance and office staff have been very courteous and responsive. Ive never had a problem and since the location is so good, I plan on staying here until I either purchase a house or move away from Albuquerque. Great place to live!
Absolutely Awful !!! Charged me damage fees and said my deposit couldnt go towards the damage fees even though legally in NM it should be able to ! and yet theyre remodeling so those fees/charges for the dmage shouldnt even be allowed!
Never visited this Apartment. I am sure it is fine. apologize for this confusion
The Del Rio Apartments are located in a very can beat convenience part of town, and are well maintained.
I just renew my lease. Living at Del Rio Apartments has been great. Office and maintnence staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Im extremely impressed with how quickly they address all of my concerns and requests. I really enjoy living here!!!
I love these apartments! The staff have been friendly and helpful. Rachel helped us do our paperwork and has been so helpful since we moved here. They are lovely apartments and all around friendly staff.
This is an edited review. I lived in Del Rio Apartments for two years. They arent bad apartments. Pros: nice grill area, clean grills, new furnaces, quiet during the day, friendly staff, and mostly working middle class tenants. Cons: small for what you pay for, low ceilings, air and smells leak between units through plumbing, outdated appliances, parking situation, and corporate structure. Our contact information may have been sold by their corporate for advertising purposes (we immediately began receiving mass amounts of spam mail and I had to send cease and desist letters). After one year our rent went from ~$875 to over $1,100. $40/month for a washer/dryer in unit is too much. Over the course of a year I paid enough to buy my own. They did not conduct a walkthrough of the unit with the tenant upon the end of our lease. I know this sounds negative, but I enjoyed my time at Del Rio and it would be a good solution if you are planning on a temporary solution to your living situation. I would recommend at least checking it out.
We lived at Del Rio for 2 years and our experience was great. Minor issues with our unit in regards to the oven which was resolved quickly by maintenance. Maintenance are also very friendly, greeting you in the mornings and when in your unit for a work order they are very respectful of your belongings and wipe their shoes. Juan from maintenance was always helpful and kind. No issues with the neighbors and no bugs. Although some staff may be more short tempered (tall, blond hair guy) then others, overall they are helpful. One con would be the dog poo on lawn from those who refuse to pick after their dogs. Overall, for what you pay for you are getting a good deal.
Nice area. Staff is helpful. Quiet peaceful and nice bbq area
Got a two bedroom one bath. only problem was with maintenance. if you want anything done you have to be vigilant about it. other than that no complaints. new appliances have been added to the vacant apartments so if your just moving in you will get them. I dont believe current residents get them but I could be wrong.
Rundown and raising rent
Del Rio apartments are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. First off when we moved in out apartment was not even ready we called twice and finally went down down to the office just to get them to send someone over. the maintenance mans exact words were wow I dont know how this apartment passed inspection Our back sliding door did not close at all there was a huge 2inch gap, Our stove didnt work, my husband opened the shower door and screws fell off, there a huge hole (looks like someone punched the door) we told them still has not been replaced mind you we moved in during January! Its absolutely embarrassing to have people over they see a giant hole in the restroom door! The laundry facility is atrocious!! It so dirty I actually try and sweep when I go down there. The dryers do NOT work! You have to dry your load 2 or three times (so your paying 2 or three times more) and you still get damp laundry that you have to hang up all around to apartment. Ive also called the maintenance number the gave us about this. Once again nothing has been done. They do not crack down on people with animals there dog poop all over the place. Our neighbors party almost every night outside on the stairs waking my kids up! myself and other tenants in our specific building call and all they do is put a noise disturbance on the door.. do not move here I can hardly wait until our lease is up so we can leave this awful place!
There are way too many negative reviews about Del Rio. I have lived here for almost two years and everything has been up to par for what we pay! The maintainance is there by the next business day with any issues. The front desk is always helpful when packages come in or I lock myself out! Ha... and they just installed new water heaters and furnaces. The location is perfect for working in the north valley and downtown is only 15 minutes away. I have really enjoyed living here!
No no no! leave them last optionThe departments of the Rio could be said to be fine, although I would NOT return to live here, from the moment we applied here and we were approved, we were happy, everything changed when we were handed the keys and we went to see our apartment, the details In it were not like the model department they showed us, obviously we know that the models are always more beautiful, because it is the sales image they have, however, there were many details that left us wanting more and dissatisfied in the first minutes of entering To our new home, the doors were different, the appliances very ugly and old, baseborad, broken kitchen light. We were more upset that they told us that we could see the apartment * in a specific date *, we went twice and they told us that it was not ready to be seen, and they made us come back until the day we moved in there. They have two pools, and one of them was always dirty and closed, onlytwo of the gym treadmills were working.Maintenance always took time to fix small details, plus not respecting privacy, one day I was taking a shower, I heard that it was maintenance and I asked them to return later, no more or less, a few minutes later, the man entered and I felt very uncomfortable. The girls in the office are friendly, but the youngest girl gave us broken, bad and incomplete information which caused me and my family delays and problems so we could move out.forget about your deposit! youre going to owe more, they charge you everything. The stove burners, refrigerator details, their cheap blinds, the mosquito nets, their tapered paper they call pool passes, carpet stains, and you end owing up to $ 800 dollars, there was two ladies who moved out from this place who tols us about this and we did not believe was true.I do not recommend it, I have lived in three other departmental buildings and I never had so much economic and patience loss!!!And if you do move in here please make sure to see the department you are moving in, you should have the right to see it even if its not ready! At least that was what the manager told us when we went and complained about it going twice for the keys!Make sure to be patience with maintenance, and make sure you do not make regular use of the stuff in the apartment if you dont want to pay almost a whole month of rent when you move out!]Best wishes!!
Previous resident about to move back in to a three bedroom unit. Excellent experience, friendly staff. Very excited to rejoin the community!
This place hands down has the friendliest and most helpful crew. My family and I had less than one week to move, we had already signed a rental agreement with Tierra Pointe apartments but we quickly learned that was an extremely bad idea. The experience at Tierra pointe was full of unwillingness to help, confused or unknowledgeable staff, and all were completely unfriendly. So we decided to call and check for availability, the news we wanted to hear was quickly delivered by Jacqueline our leasing consultant. Jacqueline went above and beyond by setting up an immediate appointment. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles, proper introductions, preparedness drinks and snacks. The leasing office was astoundingly elegant and for what its worth smelled amazing. After a swift discussion Jacqueline sold us up on all the included amenities and offered to give us a tour of the apartment which we quickly accepted. Throughout our tour Jacqueline was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and could entertain a conversation. she showed us around our spacious near 1500 square foot apartment, which by the way includes a fireplace and a bar. The entire time she focused on all the positives of the neighborhood, nearby schools, Parks, shopping, necessities, and every other key point in between. Our minds were immediately set on wanting to live at Del Rio. Jacqueline walked us back to the leasing office and set us up for success bye preparing all the information needed to process an application oh, she was very clear and thorough with expectations. Once approved we were contacted by email and further helped by Jessica. Jessica, another friendly member of the crew gave clue directions on what was needed to complete our lease agreement, and even pointed out a cheaper option. Who does that? She took the time to show the differences and leasing options which would save my family and I money. For that Im grateful. Once at least agreement was set in stone I drove to del Rio to simply ask Jessica if I could take measurements for some new furniture, and she absolutely help me from start to finish. She allowed me time privately to take measurements of the rooms, entryway and even the balcony. I quickly returned the chi I appreciate it Jessica for her help. And lastly Leslie the property manager definitely leads by example. She was more than friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced oh, and overall more than willing to see us into our new home. She again set all expectations very clearly, she also helped us process our prorated rent right from the office. Thank you ladies for the smiles and overall customer experience. You truly treated us like family. If there was even more of a selling point to living at del Rio I would have to say the maintenance crew is lightning fast. They have literally fixed or addressed concerns in less than an hour! The grounds are immaculately kept up. The views are amazing. Everything is literally within a minute drive time. To top it all off our apartment came included with a trash compactor, brand-spanking-new carpets, and some pretty sweet embedded lights. Let this be a notice to all who are interested in living at del Rio, make sure to mention that I referred you based off of this review. We love our new home and being a part of the Del Rio community.
Juan with maintenance always does a great job! He is so polite and he really takes pride in his work! Very efficient! Thanks juan!
The apartments are old and work orders are piling up with no satisfaction. My dishwasher doesnt work and with only one sink how are we suppose to do dishes?? Slow drainage are everyday, no Jacuzzi, no working sauna, everything is old and barely working. I wish I can reverse my lease and pay more elsewhere where the appliances actually work and I feel clean and safe in my apt.
Office staff is awesome! Helped me with everything I needed!
This place is horrible. They do not do background checks on people. We’ve had several people in the 3 years we’ve been here move in and out of the 3 apartments on our top floor. We’ve have our car stolen twice, drug deals in the parking lot, stolen cars left in the parking lot and have NEVER seen any security that they say they have in the 3 years we’ve been here.
I had lived at Del Rio for a little over two years but unfronately had to move elsewhere do to distance from my job and school. However, I seriously may look into moving back as my new place hasn’t been so great with some major issues that are not being addressed. My experience was absolutely great, and overall was great community. At the beginning of my lease, there was some trouble with my A/C that took maintence a while to fix. The interior of the apartment could be updated a little, such as flooring, counter tops, and refrigerator. Along with somehow expanding parking a little for visitors. There was a few times I had my family come over and absolutely no parking whatsoever for them. Some of the residents started to get pretty rowdy below me waking me up in the middle of the night.Other than that, my experience was great at this apartment complex and I truly do miss it. With the nice patio, grills outside, maintained swimming pool, and friendly staff. If you are looking for a nice relaxing apartment to live this is the one!
I was there yesterday to look for an apartment, I found a girl with red hair name Victoria, she was rude and has an attitude while she was explaining the rates and fees. I went out immediately after i felt this. Im not going to refer my friends about this place, please try to recruit more professional people that does not speak fast and know how to handle international visitors!
My apartment was flooded because of a mistake made by maintenance. The apartments would not cover any of the expenses of damaged items. I am moving out sooner than my lease is up. They have told me that I will have to pay for all of the normal wear and tear to include vacuuming, carpet cleaning. Also they require a 60 day notice to move out. That is outrageous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My wife and I have been living here at Del Rio Apts. For just over a year we have enjoyed the weight room, hot tub and it has been quiet and relaxing to live here
Del Rio is pet friendly and has decent apartments, but the staff is another story. The staff/management is unprofessional and incompetent. If I could rate half a star I would. Not an enjoyable apartment experience at all. I am counting down the months until our lease ends!
Extremely kind management and staff.
This could be a three star apartment or better, but the advertising on their website was not honest. Pool, hot-tub, gym and dishwasher were all advertised.1. The pool closed almost as soon as I moved in and stayed closed while they renovated. My lease saw the pool closed more than open.2. The hot-tub is open only during office hours, which is useless if you have a job during business hours. Most people do. They are called business hours, not HotTub hours for precisely that reason.3. The gym is attached to the office and pool area. While the pool is closed, the only access to the gym is through the office, which effectively meant that the gym was only open during office hours. Useless.4. Its not worth using the dishwashers. Even with the machine less than a quarter full, dishes are cleaned inconsistently. Ive washed dishes by hand the whole time Ive lived here.On the plus side, the current maintenance crew is very responsive. Any little issue, theyll come in and fix within a day or two. Del Rio is allright, but not worth the price, because the amenities they advertise are not available. But rather than decreasing their rates, they have been increasing them. I am moving.
Got my car broken into! My boyfriend truck got stolen! Where is security? Thought it would be safe to live here!
This apartment complex is a sham and tries to exploit people unethically and take their money. I chose not to move in, but my experience in the application process alone was enough to make me extraordinarily thankful that I chose not to live there. First, when one applies, one has only 24 hours to cancel the application or they forfeit all of their deposit application fee and 1/2 months rent-EVEN IF THE APPLICATION HAS NOT YET BEEN APPROVED. they dont care. When I chose to let them know that actually, I found an apartment far closer to my job they wrote to me that Id better really second think that because I would owe half a months rent so if I thought about it closely they would know I for sure would change my mind..That sounds like a threat to me...They are not honest and open about this policy and try to prey on people to take as much money as possible from them..My application had been approved with credit but they couldnt see my ID photo clearly enough via scan, so it wasnt actually complete (Im scanning app stuff internationally)...doesnt matter, they want seven hundred dollars from me now even though my app isnt complete? I dont think so. I would run for the hills and not even consider applying there as these people have zero integrity or ethics. I have lived in many complexes across the United States and this, by far, is the lowest I have seen any sort of application process go. If they want to play dirty, I have means to hire lawyers to play dirty back, but many peoplel do not and this company for sure, could send many people into an irreversible financial spiral. DISCGRACEFUL!
My experience from living here for a year.Cons:The guy who did our tour didnt seem interested at all and he rolled his eyes a lot. I cant remember his name but hes tall, blonde haired, skinny guy and well dressed.Rachel, who is now heavily pregnant forgot to give us a laundry card when we moved in. When we requested a laundry card, she denied this. We were charged $25 for a new card and this didnt sit well with me. I only used their laundry room once because the washers made your clothes even dirtier and the dryer had to be ran three times to fully dry your clothes (Each cycle costs $1). I realised around the end of my lease term that Rachel just forgets things, she forgot that I submitted a money order which she signed the previous day.The kitchen appliances in my apartment were old with rust and paint chipping away. I noticed that the chipping away paint in the freezer would contaminate my ice trays and ice. Several times I pleaded with these people to change the fridge or at least remove it so I could get myself a new one but they didnt. They gave me excuses that they didnt have space to store the fridge. The kitchen sink was constantly leaky and the maintenance men were frequently fixing it to no avail. My sisters shower door also was leaky. If I had to pay $840 per month for a two bedroom without in-unit laundry, I expect the fridge to be safe to store my food. I just hope that paint didnt have lead in it.Pros:The environment is well maintained, located near many stores, main roads etc. Most of the staff members are courteous. I didnt see the disinterested blonde-haired skinny guy anymore (perhaps he resigned?). The view from my apartment (#26) was amazing, it lifted my spirits every morning I saw the sunrise from my balcony. Each apartment has an assigned covered parking. There are two pools and both of them are clean. My neighbours all seemed to be responsible adults i.e. went to work often, didnt play loud music or do anything upsetting. The leasing manager gave me a six-day extension to my move out date. This was very considerate of her.Dear Del Rio Management:Please update the kitchen appliances in your units, especially #26. The chipping away paint from the freezer can cause a serious health issue to tenants. The money you use to repaint the exterior walls every other month can be used to maintain the interior of the property.
Beware! Management is corrupt! The office staff at Del Rio also manage their neighbor complex Sombra del Oso. I applied and was rejected, but they refuse to refund me the refundable $200 deposit. They claim they dont know how to do it, they never return phone calls, and even claim that my file must be in the other apartment complex. Many excuses. Dont do business with them.
My husband and I signed a ten month lease last year and the only thing I enjoyed about the complex is the location I could go on and on bashing the apartments but I wont. Dont let the first impression of the office fool you once the lease is signed dont expect to be treated the same.. There are many other apts in the area you would be much happier with. Especially with price going up go somewhere else!
Have went to the front office to get a package and front desk clerks are not there. Does the time very upon opening the office?
Been living here for 6 years they dont do a good job on taking care of the landscape nothing but dead grass and bullheads, they dont have a place where kids can hang out the basketball court been close for the past 3 or 4 years they havent fix it yet, also the maintaince do a poor job on fixing hardware in the apartments wanting to leave but have a lease that wont let me
Great customer service, very friendly, prompt and helpful.
Nothing but problems in the people upstairs banged on our roof the apartments are terrible now they used to be good back in the day now there bad
Great place
Cost more than the house.
This place is a joke . Ive been waiting 4 days for someone to come look at why my air conditioner doesnt work . 4 days, just to come by and look at it .
Loved this experience here!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
