They (onsite management office manager and other officials) are managing the property very professionally. They are very helpful and respectful to the residents. They are not charging any late fees during the time of pandemic. They realize the hardship of the people. They are very friendly with the residents. They put all kinds of digital safety measures (main entrance gate, pedestrian gate, apartment door, laundry, etc.) to ensure the ultimate securities for the residents. I wish them all the best.

If I could give this place negative rating I would. The security gate shut on my car as I was exiting when I didn’t follow anyone out, but was the one who pulled up for the gate to open, but they refuse to claim responsibility because “their cameras weren’t recording.” Unprofessional is an understatement. Patty the property manager is volatile and hostile. Araceli and Sonia the leasing agents are great don’t get me wrong, they have been the only positive of my experience here. The customer service person I spoke with Darlene is just as unprofessional and told me there was no one above her I could speak with. The bug problem here is rampant, as well as the crime. In my 6 months here I know of two vehicles being stolen from the property. I also walked out one day to find a crack in my windshield somewhere there had been no prior chips or damage before caused by someone else in the property. Don’t waste your time or your headache. Stay far away.

Theives run rampant here. Lost 2 bicycles and almost my service animal. Neighbors are loud and the walls and floors are paper thin. Drugs and gang activity are a part of everyday life here. My wife and I were the targets of an attempted armed robbery just outside the main entrance, just after dusk, on our after dinner walk.Repair requests fall upon deaf ears as per the photo of the hole above our shower resulting from a leak from the upstairs neighbors tub. its been there 3 months and Counting. When we moved in we were astonished to find the refrigerator filthy and still had the previous tenants rotten food in it. if you plug something in one Outlet it will turn on or off something across the room or in another room. We complained about the Cockroaches 2 months ago and were told that an exterminator will be sent out... We dont know where hes coming from but he still hasnt made it.Im trying to think of something positive to say but honesty, it is eluding me.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!They haven’t repaired an active leak over our shower for over two months DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! BEDBUGS, ROACHES, MOLD they have been reported to all federal, state and city agencies except the news. They lie, they take people’s health and money.

Took 2 months for something simple, like flipping a switch on the roof, to get fixed.

Worse apartments that have ever lived at!!!!! When I moved out they tried to charge me an extra month and a half of rent for no reason there are never consistent with anything there and I used to stay on the bottom and my roof started leaking onto my Mac desktop and they didnt fix the problem for about a month-and-a-half... not to mention the roaches

Do not rent here. The new owners do not repair anything. The office staff lies. I waited all day for maintenance and now they are changing the story to they were out sick. I would rate a 0 stars if that was an option.

It’s a poor place to live the cabinets have been around for ages they break work orders are done very late when reported. Managers have been change so many times and worn down on certain things. Invested with bad roaches and possible bed bugs. Gotta follow up on your work orders when never done for days. I give them a thumbs down

Had a good time here cant find any reasons not to like the place. But not the fancy place we had hoped for.

Lived there for year and a half, swimming pool is freezing cold and gated fence is broken, cameras dont work, cars constantly being broken into, my car almost stolen and damaged, clothes stolen out of laundry room, I dont want to go on.
