I was in the middle of an international move when the virus hit. I needed a reasonably affordable place to live and work until the situation was resolved.Happily, I was put in touch with Joyce at Southwest Suites. From the first conversation, she was fantastic - and she got me into a great apartment within 2 days.The couple of times Ive had any problems or needed maintenance, Joyce and Amber have been available and responsive - even on a Saturday night. They gotten everything handled, theyve been concerned, courteous, and helpful.Southwest Suits was a life saver for me. Hopefully, you wont be in the same situation I was in - and youll be able to book things in advance.But if you need a place to stay on business here in ABQ, and are looking for great, professional help, you cant do better than Southwest Suites. I cant recommend Southwest Suites too highly.

I have been to Albuquerque several times and my first stay at the Southwest Suites sealed the deal. I will never stay anywhere but with them. I only wish they were in all the other cities I visit. The apartments are very clean and nicely decorated. I walked in with my suitcase and they furnished everything but my groceries. I had no problems during any stay because they thought of everything. I stayed in different places each time I visited and that gave me a chance to enjoy different areas of the city. Joyce Smith and her staff gave me help in finding places to eat and enjoy the evenings, along with pleasant historical side trips. They were very professional and easy to work with from the first contact to the last. You will not find a better place to stay. Next time you visit Albuquerque I suggest you try them. You wont regret it.

I could say that my stay was great, but that would be a gross understatement. Everything about my experience was above any I have experienced with any business. Southwest Suites should be a model for other businesses to follow, in terms of quality of service and for sincerely caring about customers and clients. Keep up the good work, Southwest Suites! I was pleasantly surprised how clean and fresh the apartment was, I’m use to going in and cleaning for the first hour or two when I check into a corporate apartment or AirBNB. It was spotless! It was also furnished very tastefully and they took the time to decorate it so that it didn’t feel like a corporate apartment. The staff was so quick to respond to me and very professional and sweet. I definitely recommend them and will be back soon.

Southwest Suites was recommended by our realtor and we had such a great experience, I had to share. Were so glad we chose them to help with our relocation. We stayed in a furnished apartment in Uptown Village for 2 months and enjoyed a pool and gym during our stay. Amber, the Office Manager, was super professional and helpful with every interaction. Ive stayed in corporate housing all over the US and was very pleasantly surprised with how nicely the apartment was furnished and decorated. The service was exceptional! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and accommodating. I even took advantage of the grocery shopping service and house keeping service which was a blessing with working such long hours. Ive stayed at two of Southwest Suites properties, Altezza High Desert and ABQ Uptown Village and both stays were so nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The apartments were so clean, really nicely decorated and everything I seemed to need was there. I highly recommend Southwest Suites and look forward to using them again in the future.
