This is not a safe place to live with your family and pets that are your family. The roofs of all the complex is falling apart, roofs in apartments are caving in and Chandlers crashing down this should not be happening considering the high rent they are charging.. The management over works its maintenance employees as far as I can tell as well . I will extremely happy when my friend moves and finds a safer place for the family and pets.

Now that were in the hot months, Ive found out that there are 4 noisy ac units rattling my apartment on and off through the day and night and it is very hard now to relax or sleep without being startled every 20 minutes when the machines turn on and off. Told management about it and they are dragging their feet with getting their HVAC contractor out to inspect and service the machines. Its a shame because the apartment space itself is very nice.

I was truly impressed with the warm welcome, as well as the courtesy and professionalism of Management and Leasing Staff. Their working knowledge of current, available property units - factual presentation of all facets, terms and final costs - left me feeling comfortable in my choice of unit and price range accommodating my budget.The unit is absolutely perfect for my needs and move in time frame.I enjoy a relaxed atmosphere here. When needed, the Maintenance team is efficient and get the job done. I am truly glad that I came to this complex. I look forward to long term residence here as I am very happy with my wonderful new apartment home.

My daughter and I lived here for almost 4 years, I believe...I can’t remember exactly but it’s been so long. We loved every minute of it! We lived on the 4th floor but since we had an elevator we didn’t mind. The area is so perfect and close to everything! Even though it’s in a busy area it’s actually really quiet. Being a single mother and in the military the staff was always so helpful when I couldn’t be there or when my dad had to move in and take care of my daughter while I was on deployment. They were always so understanding! My dad liked it there so much that he stayed after the military relocated my family. All the amenities that were included were wonderful and my daughter always loved going to the events the office planned for residents! I would recommend this place! We will miss it! 😊

Although Sandra in the leasing office was incredibly pleasant and helpful, when providing the front office with the required proof that a false eviction which showed up on my background check was not accurate, I gave them sufficient documentation showing that I had a zero balance at move-out when my lease ended with that particular apartment complex & that we in fact were not evicted. In spite of giving them the original copies of this proof, just as they had asked, they dismissed my proof and chose not to approve me. Which in fact ended up being one of the biggest blessings that I could have received, seeing that several previous and current tenants had and are having issues with cockroaches, maintenance, unclean apartments at move in etc. Had I read the reviews prior to applying here, I never would have applied. I really dodged a bullet! God is sovereign and He knows what is best for us and He knew that this was absolutely NOT His best! I have since been approved by an absolutely beautiful apartment community in an area that I truly love. Gods NO is just as much of a blessing as His YES! God is good!

I adored Vivian, the manager! She was always so sweet and helpful! The price was a bit high for COVID closing everything down but that really couldn’t be helped. I’ve never lived in an apartment where they cared so much, were so understanding, and proved it. The area is a amazing with so much to do whether by the river or going to the store. And the office staff were always so awesome too, love them all!

Ive lived in Albuquerque for 2 years now and my first apartment was Olympus. Im so glad I chose this apartment. Not only is the staff so nice, and professional but the quality of living feels luxurious. From the appliances, modern style and atmosphere. The location is also a blessing, its close to so many restaurants, fast food and stores! I gave Olympus a perfect score because I literally couldnt think of one complaint, theres no roaches or insects in my apt, and the property is well kept.

My girlfriend and I have been living at Olympus since June 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about this place. During the application process Kelsey was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us find the perfect apartment for a great price! After moving in we can both say that everyone in the front office is extremely helpful and polite. The maintenance team is always on top of things and are also very friendly. This place comes close to other apartments of equal size and features in terms of price but the the entire complex feels luxurious and is well kept. Highly recommend getting an apartment here if one is available!

Olympus Solaire is my first apartment and I have nothing but good things to say about it! Vivian and the staff are so helpful and give you a lot of information before moving in. I wanted so bad for this to be worthy of a five star review, but three months into working with the local and regional management team of Olympus as a tenant... Their communication skills and attention to detail is currently worthy of one star. If they decide to reach out and do whats right, then I will consider changing this review.I dont like living here anymore because of the way they treated me in February of 2021. I used to like it when they were nice, but it looks like playing games with their tenants is more important than customer service and client relations.There was this satellite dish on my balconey when I got the place, and the management thought it was a good idea to (3 months later mind you... how am I supposed to know that satellite dish was left there by your previous tenants dont you keep records? Sheesh I thought it just came with the place) accuse me of installing it and using it. Then they harassed me to either take it down myself or let the maintenance crew in to finish the job. Now I dont like living here and am worried about what they are going to accuse me of next. That kind of constant stress is what Im currently paying over 1200 a month for. Not worth it if you ask me.Whats up with these pointless games that the Olympus management team likes to play with their clients? Like I dont have enough of a hard time already just trying to pay the rent and existing, now they gotta bug me about picking up their slack when Im the one helping to pay their rent! Not cool!!! I have a limit here ok. I dont want to give them my hard earned money now because of how mean they were about all of this. They could at least call me and thank me for taking it down, and apologize sincerely for their mistake. Not once have they done this, and instead the local manager gaslighted me during our last phone conversation. Unbelievable. Seriously considering just not paying my rent this month because of this, why do they deserve my hard earned money if this is how they treat me? Oh and dont bother trying to fix this through this google review Olympus please. Just call me, send me an email, or knock on my door.Follow up: I ended up calling the office like Olypmus suggested in their response on here, only to have the manager spend thirty minutes explaining to me about how their money is more important than their tenants being treated with respect and understanding.

I have lived at these apartments for a year here in Albuquerque and have loved the experience. So many nice people live in these apartments and the staff is so easy to get a hold of. When my roommate and I needed something fixed the maintenance team came and fixed it right away too. Everything in the apartment was up to date and a great size to live in as well.

Rent here!! We lived in an updated 2 bedroom apartment and had nothing but great experiences. Everything about this complex was stellar, helpful and prompt maintenance, clean amenities and very kind front office people. Vivian worked with us for our entire stay because this was the very first apartment me and my wife ever rented and she made us feel comfortable and informed about the entire move in and move out process. This is the best apartment complex in Albuquerque west side you won’t regret living here!

A boot was placed on my vehicle. I have up to date registration, but I must have forgot to put the sticker on my vehicle. During times of Covid, I cannot afford to pay for this. $75.00 to remove the boot, and pay this property monthly rent. Not cool Olympus. A warning would have been nice.

The staff is very responsive and they get back to you immediately when you call. I have to say, for a fairly large complex, it is so quite here and clean. The staff does a fantastic job with keeping the grounds kept up as well. If you are looking for a location close to everything, this is the place!

Me and my fiancé adore Olympus Solaire. He has been living here for two years and we recently moved in together into a new unit and it has always been a pleasure to talk to the office staff as well as maintenance. They are very kind and professional and are always quick to help us with any concern be it big or small.

Not a terrible location to live. No crime, very little theft. Safe environment. The maintenance is great and will fix things very quickly. Definitely have had my issues with the staff in general, and there doesnt seem to be very good employee turnover here. Very friendly and will respond but usually takes several times of reaching out to be helped. Wouldnt really call them worth the price.

I usually like to reserve my opinion of a place until I have stayed there for about a year. So far this apartment has been my best experience to date. The maintenance work is spot on with fast response. Leya at the front desk has been informative and helpful since day one. Every issue Ive had leaving here she is taken care of quickly. The apartments themselves have been very clean and the community has been one of the best then I have lived around. Definitely recommend this place to stay at.

I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years, come January 2019. It is truly a great place to live. The quality and professionalism of the staff is top notch. The ladies in the leasing office are so kind and always willing to help me with whatever it is I need. The maintenance staff is also incredible, kind and respectful of your space. Their goal is to make it feel like home, and it does! The neighborhood is safe and super convenient. Most things are within walking distance. I have really enjoyed living here! All of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues I have had since I moved in were resolved immediately. The location is so convenient, its basically right in the middle of everything you could possibly need. The community is very quiet for the most part. We have lived at Olympus for about 6 months and love it! The font desk staff is so helpful and friendly. We met Leya when we moved in and she has been our smiling support ever since! The location is great and the facilities are clean and modern. We are so happy to live here!

Olympus Solaire is very attentive to anything you need and every single staff member is always ready to help right away. They are very imformative and will not let you forget any important news which is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful as well! Very roomy, clean, comes with a washer/dryer, I never have any problems! The always clean pool and 24 hours gym is also an great to have! Will definitely be renewing our lease and were very happy with everything this place has to offer!

I have been living here for about 5 years now, the leasing office personnel are extremely helpful and provide excellent and informative service. They make the time to listen to and answer all of my questions, each of which was responded to knowledgeably. The property is well maintained, quiet, secure, and convenient. It was apparent that the management is focused of the success of the apartments and have made investments and commitments to keeping the area fresh and appealing.

Ever since the new owners have taken over, I havent had any problems with the new owners, and I lived here since 2016.The old owners on the other hand, were a bunch of trouble makers. They even threatened to call the Albuquerque Police on me.Ever since the new owners came in its been happily resolved and thankful to meet the staff. Thank you so much for the wonderful living experience, and I will recommend to anyone who needs an apartment.

I scheduled a last-minute showing for a place with Vivian, and both she and Sandra in the office couldnt have been more friendly and accommodating to answer questions and provide a thorough tour. Although Olympus Solaire isnt an ideal fit for me, Id definitely recommend checking them out.

Update:I really enjoy my apartment at Olympus Solaire, however, I do feel like management needs to step up their game. Emails we regularly receive from the office are often times loaded with typos which does show unprofessionalism on their part. Not only that, but we also receive conflicting details about our lease renewals which doesn’t help the residents especially if “there is nothing that can be done” even though management or their own system is at fault. Hopefully management will take steps on improve themselves because this community is a great place to live in given the location and the amenities they provide. If you don’t mind dealing with a sometimes difficult to handle management then by all means consider Olympus Solaire.Previous review:Olympus Solaire is great! The staff is very attentive to your requests and they do your best to meet your needs. Location is good because there are so many stores around that you don’t really have to go too far for most things. I moved from a different state and from the apartment application to my move-in day, Olympus Solaire provided exemplary service. While rent is a little bit more expensive, I can understand why. The apartment I am renting is great. Their valet trash feature is also good for the lazy me! The only problem I have noticed with Olympus Solaire is that you can find dog poop on the gravel area sometimes (near building 3). While that is not their fault, I definitely think that this can be prevented if they would refill the doggy bags in that area. Other than that, I haven’t had any issues with them so far!

I loved this place when my daughter lived here. Everything is clean and kept up. If she had any problems they were there immediately to help. The location is perfect! Right in the middle of everything! She has since moved but I moved in! Just love it!!

I have lived here since 2013 I believe and I have lived on almost every floor in three different floor plans. The new management, which ironically the employees are from the very first management team, Anna and Cathy and the excellent maintenance team. I would live here forever if I didnt want a house, but will be here at least two more years. If you want a home where the team cares, you have found it. I love the location, the design of the upgraded apartments is AMAZING!!! LIVE HERE OR BE SQUARE!!

Absolutely love living here! Everything is nearby and within walking distance, the staff is wonderful, and maintenance is always on call. Ive had zero problems living here, every room includes a washer and dryer, and theres central air. What could be better?

This property is so clean the maintenance is always on top of the grounds. Ive put in a service request multiple times nothing major, these guys really do care. They are Johnny on the spot and they get the job done quick and accurate. The office staff are very friendly, they seem to care about all the residents they come in contact with they enjoy hosting events for the residents like burrito day the full staff was outside with so much spirit giving away breakfast burritos and a drink I choose the orange juice. The other gig that they hosted was a pool party which I thought was amazing thank you olympus solaire staff for the kindness that you show your residents you all truly know what its like to manage a complex

Have not been here long, however; we have had a few things that needed to be fixed ASAP. Management was very professional and expedient. Maintenance crew responded equally fast. I liked because we have a six month lease only. Hard to find when we were looking for an apartment.

My Boyfriend & I have been living at Olympus Solaire for about 8 months now and we love it. The application process was super easy and the staff is very friendly. I put in a service request online and someone came within the hour. The location is perfect, it’s close to a lot of grocerys store, restaurants and the mall. We are considering renewing our lease in February or even moving into a larger apartment within the complex!

Everything has been amazing so far, move in was nice and quick. Brooke in the front office was so amazing and more then willing to answer any and all questions. After just getting my husband home from a deployment they made sure we felt right at home. Thank you Broadstone and also Brooke for helping us with the move and being a supporter of the US Army. We love the location, love our apartment and got everything at a great price! I would recommend Broadstone Solaire for anyone who would like a quite yet nice place to live!

Finally got a good team of staff in place! The maintenance guys look more professional and the ladies at the office are sweet and actually care about their residents. The management is poor and careless. I was once stuck in my apartment for several hours after the cheap doorknob lock got stuck inside the door. I called the front desk where I was greeted with a ride un-caring rep. I was told that emergency services were on their way . I waited for hours and still nothing . I eventually took the doorknob apart and was able to get out of my apartment. I replaced it myself and it works fine. The EMERGENCY SERVICES that they had sent showed up literally a whole day and a half later. And to put a cherry on top the maintenance guy was not only completely unaware of what the situation was, he was also mad at ME for replacing the knob. He went on to tell me how he has to cancel a work order and how its a hassel..etc.. The point is the management really shows very little care or professionalism when it comes to taking care of its residents. The location is amazing and the rooms are nice. But they have a very shady system to say the least. (Just a little extra- What if a child had been trapped inside this apartment and had managed to even call someone for help. THEY STILL SHOWED UP ALMOST 2 DAYS LATER! Not only is that unprofessional and ridiculous. It is probably illegal as well. But the place is nice and the price is decent.

(I am writing this review because Olympus Solaire sent out a mass email requesting residents to leave Google Reviews, in order to be entered into a gift card drawing.)Moved in a month ago, the office staff was very helpful and polite, they were quick to respond to our questions about online setup and payments.The day we move in, I notice a few things: 1. The Gold Package upgrade is not worth the price. 2. The carpet is older than my son. 3. The bedroom smells like pet urine. 4. The dryer lint trap is full of animal hair. 5. Our patio with storage is non-existent (catwalk instead).Shortly after move in, office staff arranged to shampoo bedroom, tells me there was no pet in unit before me and they’re not sure what I found in the dryer. (I know what ammonia in an old carpet smells like and I know animal hair when I see it.) I’m told to wait a while and they’ll send someone to evaluate the carpet and we can take steps from there.Three weeks later, it still smells like pee in the bedroom. The Maintenance Supervisor comes by, spends five seconds in the room and says there’s nothing. This is where my review lost stars. Basically, this guy is very condescending and rude. I’m told they won’t replace the carpet....until I ask if I can test the room for ammonia. Seeing that I have a toddler and both of us have allergies. Something we told the office staff prior to signing the lease.A couple days later the General Manager comes with that same Maintenance Supervisor. They tell me there’s no smell, so they can’t do anything. Unless I pay to test the carpet for pet urine, without damaging the carpet, and then they might move me to another unit, but also at my expense.When I ask if my rent will stay the same, the GM says if the next unit is bigger or upgraded, I will pay more. And that’s all they can do for me, unless I leave, but I’d be breaking the lease and won’t get refunded for time spent in a smelly apartment.Long story short - they eventually offer me another unit, exactly like mine, same rent, but available in late October. I have to fight to get them to waive all fees and honor my initial lease terms. Then in less than 24 hours after I sign the transfer paperwork to move in said unit, the office staff calls to say they can replace my carpet. I am livid. They better replace this fake wood in the kitchen and bathroom, because that is starting to peel up. (They previous faux wood is underneath!)

I had 5 stars before. Loved living here, loved the location, loved the staff. When we were in our last days of moving out, we noticed new staff. We had a few questions or concerns about our apartment and our last bill, only to be met with rudeness. I dont know if these new staff members have worked one too many customer service gigs where they lost all patience, but honestly, their attitude needs to be rectified. I really wanted to move back there some day, but now I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth. Then again, nothing is perfect, right?

This complex is by far the best one I have ever lived at. Anna and Cathy always take care of whatever problems I have! I can always count on them to be there when I need it!!! Thank you! I feel like a part of the Olympus family!

My husband and I lived here with our cat for several months while house hunting in the area. The staff is lovely (Veronica and Leya are standouts), the maintenance quick, other tenants pleasant, and the property is safe. Updates (24-hour gym, dog run, and nice pool with bbqs) are great, and the location of this complex (close to the mall, etc) is convenient, especially if you work in Rio Rancho. All-around excellence!

Horrible new owner and administration! They wait all winter to fix the pool floor and close the gym at the same time, every time I complained about something they never gave a solution and keep saying their reviews are getting better which is a lie because all the Facebook reviews are from administration people’s friend or people who got a better deal with their lease, no real reviews! I cannot wait to move!

We have lived at Olympus Solaire (previously broadstone solaire) for about a year and half. We love living here!!! The staff always make us feel welcomed, they are friendly and willing to help. The company make us feel like a community where our opinions matter and our needs are never placed on the back burner. Even our pets are treated with open arms!!! Maintenance is quick! I called right at 10AM to fix a leak and they came over at 10:07! What else can I say but our experience here has been amazing!!! Thank you for all you do for my family!!!

Been here since last August and never had a negative experience. Staff is friendly and I always have a positive experience. Maintenance is great and do a great job of keeping the grounds clean.

These units are affordable, clean and pretty safe overall. Here are some things that you might want to consider however before signing the lease. The pool and hot tub leave a lot to be desired, they are not maintained on a regular basis. The hot tub has not been working for over a year and I have notified the front office as well. Every time I leave a message they actually have a recording that states they know the hot tub is not working and they are working on it. (It still does not work). Last year construction crews came and did some work on the common area hallways to fix the lighting in all three buildings. The lighting has still not been replaced and the drywall has not been replaced so when you look up you see all of the joists and loose wood and wires and it has been like this for over a year. Additionally if you leave for work early in the morning or come home late at night some areas are still not lit as the lighting has not been replaced in all the common area hallways. I have been a resident for almost two years and have seen this particular property spiral downwards over that period of time - hopefully things change and this property can regain its standards.

Living here with my fiancée, we have spoken many times about how this has been our favorite place to live by far. It is very affordable and has not given us any issues thus far, and we have no doubt that this will continue to be the norm. Move in here if you enjoy fast maintenance service, friendly and attentive staff, and beautiful floor plans. Its a no brainer.

New owner same horrible place to live I cant wait to move out this year. Why they had waited to do pool work tell the summer with it 95 degrees outside I will never understand. Plus they keep raising the rent witch is absolutely ridiculous considering the amenities are constantly under repair. I have found a new place to live BIGGER apartment for less than Im paying NOW!

Its pretty great here. Noise level isnt too bad. The hot tub is amazing! I love the fact that they dont bug you contantly. But my car did get broken into a couple of days ago. - 3.5 stars

Basically a smaller house, very wonderful, washer and dryer included in every apartment, and super awesome location! Staff is great and everything is always well kept.

Before I talk about living at Olympus Solaire I am going to talk about moving out and make what will sound like a crazy recommendation until you get surprised by a $350 carpet replacement bill after moving out. I moved out two weeks ago after living at Olympus Solaire for 13 months. At no point during my time there did I have a pet so imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $357 ($17 x 21 months useful life remaining) for carpet replacement due to a strong pet odor. The carpet was installed more than two years before I moved in and they expect it to last for five years. Despite my insistence that I never owned a pet they insist on charging me and even went to the trouble of lifting the carpet and sending me photos of the pet stains. I dont typically lift up carpet when moving in, I would imagine most people dont. My recommendation is that you ask maintenance to lift the carpet as part of your move in walk through and go with them to witness and take photos. You see, if its cleaned right before you move in and you dont have a sensitive nose you may not even know that you are setting yourself up for a huge move out charge! I travel for work so was rarely home but was somewhat expecting a carpet cleaning charge just because thats pretty typical, I was not however expecting to replace carpet that looked nearly new especially since I dont have a pet and paid to have the apartment (although not the carpet) professionally cleaned when I moved out.Now for living there... My apartment patio faced the back of Lowes and was on the second floor. At least twice a week a semi parked in the Lowes parking lot and kept its engine running all night resulting in an extremely annoying low level hum. Thats beyond the apartments control but still annoying. The apartment itself was lovely with the perfect amount of space and a great layout. I had to reach out to maintenance many more times than I ever had with other apartments but they were super fast and typically fixed issues the same day if possible. If they needed a part or certain weather conditions (leak on the patio) the problem was still fixed as soon as possible. The front office staff was professional even in dealing with my disagreement with the carpet. The grounds were kept clean with the exception of some rude neighbors who dont pick up after their pets, this is something maintenance takes care of quickly though. And the location is convenient to shopping, Paseo del Norte, Alameda, and 528. This convenience means dealing with a bit of traffic but most of the time is not so bad. I have mixed feelings about recommending the apartments only because of my move out experience but overall its a decent place to live, just take steps on move in to prevent problems when you move out.

Cant say enough good things about this staff at the complex. Anna, Cathy, and everyone else that works here truely care about their residents. I am excited to see the new remodel!

Ive been having a problem with cockroaches in my apartment. Ive only been living here for 4 weeks. I had a guest over for dinner and they saw a cockroach running around. You cant imagine the embarrassment I felt when I had to kill a cockroach during dinner. That same night I deep cleaned the apartment and swept under the washing machine and found dead cockroaches. The next day I complained and they put me on the list for pest control. They either died from the spray they claimed they did before I moved in or they didnt clean my apartment right before I moved in. That same day I went to complain I saw another one running around in my restroom. Veronica said they sprayed my apartment before I moved in but if they did why do I have so many the first couple weeks? It shouldnt have been a problem when I moved in. It shouldnt be a problem now. Ive never had this problem inside my home at different apartment complexs. Thats always the first thing I ask is if they have a problem with cockroaches or I look over reviews to see if anyones ever has had a problem with cockroaches. We are not dirty people and it started to soon for it to even be our problem. We got our apartment sprayed and I thought it was working but just the other night I found another one running around our restroom. I complained again. I was already on the list for that week because when the first time it happened I requested to be on it for the following 2 weeks. Veronica kept telling me thats strange. She dont understand why im having this problem or why Im seeing so many. She also told me she saw at most 5 over a span of 2 years in her own home. I saw 3 running around and 3 dead ones in a span of 4 weeks in my tiny apartment. Its very frustrating to me that I have to deal with this within the first couple weeks of living in my apartment. Albuquerque has a cockroach problem but at every apartment I lived in Ive only seen them outside at night. NEVER in my home! If I had them in my home before I wouldnt be making it seem like such a big deal. Its disgusting and embarrassing. I have a 1 year old who plays with her toys on the floor. I dont want to worry about cockroaches being in her toys or crawling around while she playing. Im constantly cleaning my apartment hoping I wont find anymore. Its very stressfull and very frustrating. It doesnt feel like home. Veronica has been helpful and patient with me during this process. She has been trying to help me figure out solution. Unfortunately If it continues to be a problem I will consider breaking my lease and finding a new apartment complex to call home. This is ridiculous. If you consider moving in make sure they spray your home and I hope you have a better out come.UPDATE: Maintenance came in and expected to see cockroaches instead of seaching for where they came in from. They didnt find anything because the cockroaches are coming in from somewhere. I cancelled my second pest control spray the same day they were suppose to come. I was not home and I wanted to make sure they would get every corner. We called Veronica to cancel and asked her to put us on the pest control list for the following week. Today (04/22/19) I checked my front door and seen a huge gap at the bottom. I talked to Shelly immediately and showed her a picture. She put in a work order. She also told me having bugs is normal and I will see them. Having cockroaches withing 4 weeks of moving in and having tiny bugs crawling around on every window seal in my apartment is not normal. Seeing spiders, beetles, other bugs OCCASIONALLY is normal. Cockroaches running around is not normal. More than 10 tiny bugs on each window seal in my apartment that are about a millimeter long crawling around is not normal. ITS DISGUSTING! I had my bed and my daughters toys by the windows! I dont appreciate the attitude for my reasonable complaints and i can tell they are getting frustrated. I have pictures and will continue taking pictures of everything Im seeing. This is not NORMAL.

I lived here from 2016-2018Pros:Great location. Close to shopping/restaurants/etc.Easy access to Paseo, Alameda, and Coors.Clean, updated, and comfortable apartments.New appliances. Washer/Dryer.Pretty Quiet NeighborsNew management is friendly and works hard to keep complex clean.All maintenance issues are taken care of QUICKLY. (I waited 1 day maximum for my issues to be resolved.)Cons:Parking. Many times I had to park by building 1 and I live in building 3. (I know this is a major issue for any complex)Apartments are pretty small for the price.Really loud noise/Semitrucks in the alley behind the shopping center on the Eastside of the complex. Woke me up late at night or really early in the AM. I realize the management has no control over this.Neighbors dont clean up after their dogs. (Management IS working to resolve this. It is getting better.)Valet trash service is nice, but an extra $20 a month for rent is a bit much.Overall,This is a nice complex. I never had any major issues with it. I would recommend this place to a friend. The rent increases were going to be too much for me. Plus, I have a job I need to move for.I hope this helps! Thanks for being my home for 2 years!

9 out of 10 times when you call we reach voicemail. Also, when we had setup to move into an apartment that was larger than ours, at a more expensive pricing, we were told by a leasing agent (who no longer works there) that deposits would be waived first months rent in the new apartment would be free (since we just payed february) as well as 1100 a month. We couldnt get the keys from him that day (due to there not being a manager present) and was told to come the following day. We show up at 9 am the next day to get our keys to find out thqt everything had been a lie. We were told another 200 dollar deposit, first months rent (which was no longer 1100 but almost 1300) and they wouldnt be able to to honor anything he had said. Their response to everything was oh well. You can either take the apartment at the price or leave. Living here for almost 4 years with my girlfriend I have NEVER been lied to and been treated so badly. Absolutely dissapointed.

Terrible. They act like they are luxury apartments but its all a gimmick. The whole construction is shotty and not built to code. Therefore they are rebuilding while people live there and everything is a construction mess. Ridiculous prices for one bedrooms and they will not refund your security deposit. Hot tub NEVER works even though they say they are working on it. Ive never paid so much for a one bedroom in my life. Glad to say I moved out into something bigger and nicer for $150/mo less than Broadstone and I am not annoyed by hammering and drilling all day long.

My stay here at broadstone Solaire has been great. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they dont send out a bill for rent, this is my first time in an apartment so that may just be how it is. I know now just to pay it on the 4th. Haha

Leasing office staff and maintenence staff are professional. I have had a couple of issues but the staff resolved those issues in a timely manner
