Everyone works at LT Nails does great work & always speaking to each individual. I love how they call their customers by names. Jenni, Nikki and Danny are definitely the “BEST” nail technicians. When one of three do your nails best believe they last a very long time. LT Nails follow all CDC guidelines wearing masks is required and use of sanitizer.

I came here because all my college friends have and their nails looked great, so I figured ok cool...I’ll go and see what’s it’s about.Well I guess I just let the wrong person do my nails, they look so amateur and the lengths aren’t even. It’s polish all over my cuticles and they are sore. The surface is uneven and the top coat is streaky. Also, my cuticles were cut on three occasions by the drill. I paid $45 for my nails because I got a coffin shape (which fyi you don’t need to charge $10 extra for it, all you do is cut the plastic tip before adding acylic on to it and then file it that way). I guess the guy was doing so horribly, the lady in there had to come and file my nails into a coffin shape for me and that hurt. I don’t mind paying for good nails. I’m from Atlanta and I always pay $40 & up for my nails but these are trash. Don’t let him do anyone else’s nails until he knows what he is doing! Not going back ever again.

If I can give negative stars...I would. I came in and three people were serviced before me and they didnt even have appointments like I did. They serviced people who they know first. In a professional business as it should be...that should never happen. The only two people who are saving that sinking ship is Nikki and Jenni.

Sat there for 2 hrs person I came with got a pedicure and I still couldnt get any service..if youre a new customer you dont get treated wit the same respect...only thing they did was move to 4 different chairs...

Not being careful with cuticles when using the nail drill for the acrylics,I don’t know what the drill is called but hopefully you know what I mean .The design i like but the cuticle bleeding the next day I do not like at all

For it being me and my sister first time coming here I can actually say I loved NY experience my technician took his time with my nails wasnt rushing or any of that..my sister got her nails and brows arched and they did even better with that...the service there is just good atmosphere.. The only good thing, they had multiple workers and got us in quickly. They cut my neices finger and had blood running down her hand and then said dont tell mommy. They forgot the top coat on my other neice. And lastly instead of taking all of the previous gel nail polish off they buffed and drilled the Polish down instead of letting it soak off, then painted over all they could not get off. And I was telling them and they were not listening. I am never going back.

The workers were very friendly and I am very satisfied with the final product.

Tech rushed through my pedicure. I even paid extra for the gel spa and gel nails. The gel paint started chipping the same day. I wont be back nor recommend to anyone.

I had a horrible experience AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I sat in a chair for 25 minutes waiting to get my nails done and NO ONE ever came to do them. The owner then had the audacity to move me from my seat and allow someone else to get their nails done. Still, no one ever came to do my nails AFTER I WAS MOVED. So once I walked out the owner came after me and said “You’re leaving?” Yes. I’m leaving and WILL not be returning.
