My daughter had her nails done for senior pictures less than a week ago at a cost of $65. Two have inexplicably broken off in less than a week. She called very upset and used the word “bullshit” which I heard but certainly do not condone. She was told due to the use of that word she was no longer welcome there. I immediately called back and apologized for her language, explaining that she used her own money to pay for it, was obviously upset, and that we would pay for the replacement of those two nails. The lady confirmed that because she used the word “bullshit” we were not welcome there. While my daughter’s language was absolutely inappropriate, clearly the nails were poorly applied and the services should have not been refused, especially when we offered to pay. So they can enjoy the $65 that was essentially flushed down toilet based upon their poor service/product. Oh and as I was talking to the lady about the situation in a rational and professional manner, she hung up the phone on me! Who does that? A classy place for sure. NOT. Don’t go there.

Kit was awesome this place is so amazing!! Nails look perfect! I am from North Carolina and didn’t know where to get my nails done for my brothers wedding… pick the perfect place!

One of my favorite nail experiences I’ve ever had! Came here with bridal party of 5 for both mani’s and pedi’s. They got us in right away and they made the experience so fun. Everyone’s nails and toes looked amazing for the wedding.

I’m giving this two stars because the shape is really good. But I mad an appointment for me and my friend. I asked ahead of time is they did acrylic and designs they said yes. They did t even know it was just a fill. Got there and told them I had an appointment and told them it was a fill but on the top home they yes yes to a acrylic set. My friend wanted a design but only got glitter after the nail tech said they only do lines. And half way through my set my nail tech said she would have to only do a couple nails for design because she had another appointment. How did you lab on doing a full set them up when I called. Then after she was done with the fill she said “can you just do solid, I’m sorry. Next time let us know ahead of time so we can get you fully set.” Why is it my fault when I made appointment. I’m an adult if you don’t have time then say that. There are plenty of places. I have never had a good experience at any nail shop and I have wanted to try somewhere new. She also kept telling me to relax but like I said I never have a good experience at nail salon I never get cuticles prepped or people who don’t knick me or are gentle with my nails. I am a very understanding person I get you have other clients. But once someone is seated they should get the same level of care and respect as all your other clients. So after she told me to do solid I just wanted to leave but keep calm. I don’t get days off and this was supposed to be a fun relaxing experience. I told her to put a clear coat on. So for a fill and clear polish I paid 30 dollars. I will not go back. This is my experience use it as you wish/ like I said she gave me great shape but I don’t like paying for half of a job.

Only rating one star because the man was gentle with my hands and didnt rough up my nail beds. My friend got a hang nail. Tools were dusty, towels looked raggedy. Prices were not clearly posted anywhere Ive had better experiences elsewhere for sure. Dont waste your time or money. also the bathroom did not have any fresh hand towels. if you are worried about being covid safe then you should probably have paper towels or be sure to restock you hand towels through out the day.Also- they didnt prep my friends nails!!! Ive never heard of a place not prepping nails or cutting cuticles

I love and miss Nail Art. Miss Eva is a doll and very talented not to mention patient. I am always jetting here and there with too much to do and she always ALWAYS fits me in and does a fantastic job! Folks at the salon are wonderful too. Friendly, funny and great at what they do. Check them out!

A friend recommended this place to me while I was looking for a new salon in the area, I’ve gone twice so far and received service from two different men who both did an excellent job! The area is nice and clean, and my nails always come out exactly as I want them to.

Owner was condescending. Told me I get what I pay for. Paired me with inexperienced nail tech. He put me under UV lamp over 10x’s. When he called another tech over for help, instead of being truthful that he was struggling they only spoke in their Vietnamese language then said to me in English, “nice color.”Just be transparent. We are all new at something and need training. I would have understood. However, since you were struggling and my nails are less than 24hours old but look a week old already, apologize, discount the price and move on.I don’t like deceptive practices. Will not return.Update:It’s only 48hrs later and my nails are peeling off. They charged me $30.00 for a no-chip fill-in that hasn’t lasted two days. I feel deceived and made a fool of. If he was in training, stand there with him, help him, don’t take people money when they have no way to return to you to fix it.WILL NOT RETURN

Atmosphere is great. Doesnt have the strong smell like some other nail shops do. They take walk-ins and honor appointments. Best in there is Kate.

This place is great. Everyone is super friendly. I had an appointment on a Friday evening, they got me in right on time and even everyone after me that didnt have an appointment only had a 5-10 minute wait which I didnt think It was bad because it was packed. Prices are good and you are able to understand and communicate well with them. Defiantly worth trying out! I will never go to the places in the mall again.

I tried this place out two weeks ago based on reviews. I wasnt completely in love with my nails but they werent terrible so I decided to give them another try. Complete mistake. I spent 76 dollars for absolutely no reason. Got an anc set that was completely misshapen. All of my nails were different lengths, widths, and shapes. I kept reiterating how I wanted my nails only to be met with attitude. I got my nails done yesterday 7/2 and went and got them redone today 7/3. Dont waste your time and money.

The picture does the justice. Bubbled up top coat and all. The lady who had done my friends toe nails (said she is 72 or something) forgot to scrub her legs down and put lotion on. When my friend asked, she told us because we were too busy talking, we didnt notice. The tall guy (presumably the owner) is extremely nice but the rest, not as nice nor good at their job.

I love this Salon been coming now about 3 years..Eva is absolutely the best...everyone is always friendly its always clean and they do good work...they do get really busy at times so an appointment may be need depending on the time of year or week you decide to pop in

I love these guys. I get ANC every two weeks. Im due to have them done and they still look amazing. Very friendly and professional. They always do a great job and I never have to worry about my cuticles getting cut, or bleeding ( an issue I had at another place)

Messy work and an inexperienced technician have me looking for a new nail shop. 2 employees viewed my nails before I left and let me leave looking like someone at Austins School of Beauty School did my nails!

Alex is the best! Very meticulous and talented!Update as of February 2021My friend and I went in to get our nails done Saturday. I always only saw Alex when he worked there, he was amazing- HUGE MISTAKE letting him go...I asked for a red/white ombré on two of my nails and the tech, Kevin, couldn’t even do it & he also didn’t listen to which nails I wanted them on when he attempted to try to do it. He asked if I wanted a design, if he couldn’t do a simple ombré, I definitely didn’t want to waste my time waiting on a design that may not have worked out. I asked him to just do them all red. The shape of my nails are off and several of them are very crooked. He didn’t even offer me a discount for not delivering what I wanted, even $5 would have been nice. Nails started popping off six days later!The owner, Kit, is nice, but $50 for subpar work is ridiculous. I will be looking for a new nail salon.

The only reason this place got three stars is because I had two separate people working on me, one for my nails and one for my pedicure. The woman who did my nails was great, I tried ANC for the first time and I love it. The pedicure however was terrible, The woman did not file my feet at all, didnt massage my legs or feet at all just put lotion on and moved it around, started putting the wrong color on my toe nails and spent the whole time talking to the woman working next for her. I even got the upgraded $35 pedicure so I expected way more than I got. Great for manicures but go somewhere else for pedicures.

Went here on a whim with a friend on Friday around 5/6pm. We were worried there would be a wait but they took us right away. I got a pedicure. I didnt catch the womans name but she was friendly and we had a nice conversation. Her work was nice and neat.

I work here in Albany sometimes and needed a manicure badly. Co worker told me to try Nail Art so I did. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. I was seated with in 10 mins. Mary was very nice and warm. Went in for gel/Shellac but tried something new. She introduced me to ANC nails. Im hooked! They look fantastic. She explained how it worked and Im hoping I can find the same service back how in VA/DC! WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL THE LADIES AT WORK! keep it up guys!

I have always gone here for pedicures and was always satisfied. The place is clean, and the technicians are friendly. I went for my first manicure here on Saturday, and I don’t think I’ll be back. I chose regular polish instead of ANC, and the woman doing my nails was not pleased. She shamed me the whole time since it was a lighter color and she would rather have done it with ANC. The polish had tons of air bubbles in it, the polish was uneven and sloppy around the cuticles to the point it started lifting and catching on my hair by Tuesday (on a manicure I received Saturday), and the polish started cracking today (Wednesday). Like deep fissure cracking, and so badly that I had to remove it. Hands down biggest waste of money and worst manicure I have ever had. I get better manicures done by my friend’s 5 year old when I’m babysitting.Judging by some of the other reviews, I’m not the only one with this experience.

I give this place one star only because it is decorated very well. I got my nails done this past Saturday and half of them.were chipped by Wednesday. Also they love to talk about their clients in a different language. After the women was done filing my nails she used the tool to scratch the inside of her foot, gross. I will never refer this place to anyone and i will never ever go back. Disgusted!

My three daughters and I made a 530p appt. on 4/17 and weren’t taken until after 6p. We asked for gel mani/pedi’s because we were headed out of the country for vacation. I expected the cost to be hefty, and that would’ve been worth it if the nails lasted. Our youngest lost two of her gel toe nails on 4/18 and our oldest lost two of her gel finger nails today, 4/20. We spent nearly $400. Never again. Worst mani/pedi’s we’ve ever had.

Had a great experience with my pedicure. I got the Level 2 and they didnt skimp on the treatment. I will likely go again.

Im in town for a wedding, visiting from Florida, and for an out of towner I enjoyed my experience. I almost was deterred from the reviews I was reading but some locals recommended it especially since it was close to the hotel so I gave it a chance. They were very nice and spoke English well. I got a polish change on my nails and pedicure and I was pleased with both :) The shop is well decorated creating a comfortable atmosphere however they do not do tips on card so come prepared.

NO STARS I got a pedicure here and had to worst experience. First of all I wanted a regular pedicure nothing fancy and when it was time to pay my pedicure was $60 ALONE! I said to them a pedicure is $20 what happened? They told me the women gave me the expensive pedicure and I told them I did not ask for that and they did not care! How am I supposed to know what she was doing was the most expensive??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE very rude and had no desire to help fix their wrong.

If i could give them negative stars i would! they discriminated against a young lady with physical disabilities before even trying to accommodate her. Theyre supposed to be professionals who went to school to do nails however they were so rude and disrespectful this young lady began to tear up and was visibly uncomfortable by the comments that were being made about her in front of her. They complained the entire time in her face to the point she told them to stop filing her nails that she was leaving. I am absolutely disgusted with the way she was treated! dont waste your time or money.

Made a reservation to get a manicure for 6:30 PM. Arrived on time and waited for an hour and I still had not been seen so I just had to walk out. What a complete waste of time… They do not honor reservations so as long as you have time to wait around then I say go for it. As for me, I prefer to go somewhere that values their customers time.

I love them in there but everytime I go in for a fill I get charged a different price....I got charged $36 last week for a fill because of the shape and length of my real nails....1st off you dont have the list pricing of charging extra for length of nails and shape....since when do you charge of the shape of someones REAL nails....$36 when a fill is $16 bucks.....I was very upset....the person that usually does my nails wasnt there that day. I know for a fact they would NEVER charge me $36 bucks for a fill....

While visiting Albany for a soccer tournamet, 5 of us decided to go get mani/pedis at a local nail salon. We selected Nail Art on Wolf Rd. because of its location to the hotel and what a mistake this was. We waited much longer than the designated time of 15 minutes (they left one girl there fore 50 minutes while the others received nail services), they didnt complete requested services and then charged us for the more expensive services at the end and had to do a manicure over again because there was polish on the fingers, missed spots, etc. Not to mention, the nail polish started to chip the very next day. They were also rude when asking questions. Never again will we visit this salon and wouldnt recommend it for a local resident or someone travelling to Albany. Terrible nail services, terrible customer service and not somewhere I would return. As you read this review, know that I am not someone who writes online reviews but felt this one was worth the time.

First off - this is my first online review.. I was so unsatisfied with my experience here, I felt obligated to share!This place is a complete rip off! I came her because it is a convenient location, decent decor & they speak good English. I got a full set of acrylic nails. The male nail tech. (Whom I believe is the salon owner) did my nails. He had a pleasant demeanor, but did a rushed awful job on my nails. The acrylic does not even go near my cuticle! My nails looks like I need a fill within days - which seems to be done to get you in sooner to spend more money! Also he didnt file the hardened acrylic underneath the tip. One other note worthy mention, which may not be included with a full set price, but he paid NO attention to my actual nails or cuticles - not a single trimming..Not worth $30 (plus tip)I would go back & complain or ask for a refund - but that confrontation is not in my nature.. I just hope my review prevents someone else from wasting their money

The woman was very nice but application of gel nail polish is uneven at the cuticles. $34 for a gel manicure.

My pedicure was about 9 minutes. ANC looks like he forgot to file it, and looks like it was done about 2 weeks ago. No good!
