Its been a while since Ive been here but after reading some more recent reviews, I dont think things have changed. There are so many other great (& cleaner) nail salons in the area. My acrylics would last less than a week when I got them done here and would be different sizes. After my last visit, I had green spots on two of my nails. Was told by a nail tech at a different location that this was the result of poor job.

I got gel and the nail polish was not smooth or shiny like it is when I go to other nail salons. The polish even chipped 3 days after I got them done and I had to get them repainted at nail top instead which is why I usually only go to nail top but wanted to try somewhere different. And then a week later the tip of 3 of my nails broke off and Ive never had this happen when I go to other nail salons. Only reason I gave even 1 star is because the customer service was decent and even that could have been better, I feel like I wasted my $45. I will never be going back to this nail salon again and I suggest others do the same if they want to get their moneys worth.

This place is a waste of time. Why was my gel chipping after one day? GEL. I had to pay 60 for a terrible simple set of acrylics. No complicated design, did not request a shape, the nails were bulky and uneven. They’re so unprofessional and get frustrated easily on simple requests. Major attitude problems with all of them. And it doesn’t matter how long you’re sitting there, they’ll take whoever first.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years now, and this was, by far, the worst. I’ve had my nails for lest than two days and two of them have broken off. They are uneven, extremely thin and break right off.

My favorite color combination. I didnt give the 5 stars only because my regular tech wasnt available. Im very fussy when it comes to my nails because theyre natural and she knows how I like them. Otherwise, good job!

I made an appointment and still had to wait 15min. The artist worked on me and other young lefty at the same time, I did not appreciate that. The service was not great, I wanted a cool design but she told me no one in the salon could do it. Also never asked if I needed a cut down. I like my nails overall though.

I read the prior reviews and was skeptical but I went there last night and gave it a shot. Alex was the technician who took care of me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and he did not disappoint. He took his time, was very clean and precise and very friendly. I will definitely go back again and request him. Thank you again!!

Pedicure was okay, one big toenail was filed a little unevenly but not terrible. Rushed through my nails, the edges were left unpainted and there were big globs of nailpolish at the end. Asked me to pay while nails were still drying

Not the color I wanted at all, nails are rough and bumpy. They just over all look terrible and I cannot wait to get them re done. Will never return to this place again and will be sure to warn people about the poor quality of this so called “nail salon”!!!!!!!!!!!😡🤬

My soon to be wife wanted her nails done to pick out her wedding dress this weekend. Once she got there she showed the lady a picture of the anc nail color she wanted which was a burgundy color and the lady said no problem we have the color sit down and she started doing her nails and the color turned out to be dark purple!! My wife said that’s not the color she wanted and the lady had the biggest attitude ever! They let her change the nail color but my wife had to choose a color she didn’t even like because they said they had to do anc over the dark purple color! This place made my wife feel so uncomfortable please save you’re money do not go here !!!!

The woman who gave me a pedicure was fast and efficient...my nails look great! The only negative was that there was no barrier between customers.

They charge extra for polish removal on a pedicure! For real? My sister has been going here for years. IDK why. I need to fobs her some place better. Half a$$ job on shaping my nails.

Guy rushed my nails, they aren’t even cut properly and he cut me on my finger. This place used to be good. It’s terrible now.

Hurry, hurry, hurry. Pestering me to quickly pick color, talking with other customers as shes painting my nails. It was ok but I wanted my time to be relaxing not rushed. Not nearly as good as the salon I usually use in Hudson, Nail Art. I couldnt wait to get out of there. Not what I was hoping for. The nails turned out ok but not good and Im picky. Weird vibe and not the Good kind.

After my 12 yr old daughter got a bad pedicure & manicure, they argued with me that she was not 12. They lost a customer for life over $5. Bad quality and poor business people.

First of all they are all unprofessional.Second they racially profile you !If you are my color they will ask you to pay upfront because they fear that you might run without paying!Beware if you are a person from the diaspora!

Just got my nails done . Horrible experience. First the work quality is really really really poor. I can do much better myself. Massage was done for 2 sec without any pressure . Second they keep talking in their language but you can very easily tell they are talking about you. They make fun of you and pretend nothing is going on when they talk to you. So upset!

I paid 45 dollars for a pedicure that was not worth it ! The place is run down and old .I dont know why the health department doesnt close it down. They dont even sterilize their equipment ! Stay away ..waste of my hard earned money !

Asked for spa pedi ($45).... supposed to be 45 treatment...I was drying my freezing toes 30 mins later....massage chair remotes were taped!!?? Then the chair stopped working....ugh... I asked several times to actually cut my toenails... considered grabbing the clippers myself!! Did not do a good job at any part of spapedicure. Toenails uneven.... no shape....painted over cuticles....so bad all around..I voiced this... unfortunately they didnt care... I was only here for a work conference....forced too pay..

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The guy who started my pedicure rushed through it and cut one of my nails uneven. When I spoke up about it he got an attitude and stormed away and i had to have someone else finish my polish which by the way was extremely sloppy. My daughters acrylic nails came out completely uneven and sloppy as well. The guy who did my nails the decided to leave and point at me and say he was “leaving because he didn’t like me”... so childish and unprofessional. Complete waste of money.

Ive gone to this place 3 times total..ever! First time I said never again! Fast forward several years later & I was desperate on my lunch break to get a fill. Horrible paint job and that same night the acrylic popped off (nails all mine) two nails. Went back the next day, they fixed both nails for free but you could tell they werent happy about it. The VERY next day, the acrylic came off another day. And a week later, (today) another came off. I will never ever go back!!!! No matter what!!

If I could give no stars I would. Went in yesterday to get ANC because I was desperate and at the mall. The guy rushed through the entire process and my nails look like trash. I have to now take more time to get them fixed at a better place. When I started to point out the flaws and musk takes, the guy kept saying it was because I didn’t get tips but my cuticles and the base coats are so messed up, it has nothing to do with tips. Save yourself and go elsewhere because this place is trash.

I went here for the first time thinking they know how to do nails.... was i wrong. we came in and i said what my friend and i wanted, we didnt have to wait and both my friend and i wanted long nails and they took my friend and gave her anc and they gave me acrylic. i didnt want the color she put and i told her thsts not the color, and i wanted all my nails the same color but she put a silver polish on the ring finger, my nails were chunky and different shapes and she did not shape them right. and ny friend and i paid around $150.... for what? the worst experience in the world, neither of us wanted what we got... and my friend told them she wanted long, so i told them that they did it wrong and the owner just got mad and yelled. she said it was bc we werent clear enough... they mixed everything up and whenever i told them what i wanted, she just said something else and changed it. NEVER going back. overpriced and disgusting and they dont know how to do nails or be reasonable. smh. they also kept taunting my friend asking her if she wanted a design. she told her no and no and they started to laugh, close it down. this store is a mess and so are the workers. they know how to wax eyebrows, thats the only good thing about the store.

I hate my nails the guy who did them rushed right through n didnt even push my cuticle back so the anc is on top of my cuticles worse nail salon I ever been to, never will i ever go back or i would never recommend that anyone goes there.. Im so angry!!

I had a bad experience. My full set of acrylics were HORRIBLY mis shaped! I said no to the gel, and she later proceeded to do it anyway. So I payed 40$ for nails that I hated. Theyre all different shapes and and 2 days later are already yellowing... Worst 40$ I ever spent on my nails...

Horrible. Charge to take off ANC. Then new ANC peeling topcoat after 4 hrs on. Next day 8 nails peeling off top coat.When asked for refund they don’t know what that is and then the workers don’t know who owner is. Complained to Crossgates Mgt. Dispute credit payment.Just awful. Beware.

I had never had a bad experience until this last time. my toe by the cuticle is black. Using melaleuca on it fear of infection. The photo posted has been 1 week of treatment.

Did a full set and pedicure was very unhappy. I felt like my feet were still rough. The guy did a horrible job on my nails. Nails could of been filed more and polish was lumpy.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Went there for a full set, pedi and eyebrows because my regular place was closed. Immediately after I got my eyebrows done they started to burn and itch..I woke up with a rash the next day. 4 of my nails fell off in less than a week. Went to go get them fixed she tried to tell me it was my fault and then attempted to charge me for adding polish to the nails I got fixed...one of the 4 fell off again the same day. DO NOT GO HERE

World’s worst pedicure. When i asked for them to fix the sloppy polish, he replied “i don’t know what to tell you.” Will never return. Waste of $30. Will need to go elsewhere tomorrow to get fixed.

Horrible job broke my nail and refused to fix it before continuing the manicure. Absolutely horrible have to fix my nails every few days. And way too over priced. Go somewhere else

Less than 1 star ***The lady who did my nails was super pushy about the price I paid an extra $10 all for shape and the nails came out terrible, I came in with a shopping bag from forever 21 and as I went to dry my nails, she carried my bag to the dryer &dug in my bag and pulled something out to compliment it . Like wth ? Oh and on top of that they have rats in the salon ! Don’t even waste your coins here ladies even if you’re desperate.

Very upset. Got acrylic nails done here, and two of the nails had just fell off and its only been one week. Ive had acrylic nails before, and they usually last me a very long time. Disappointed and dont recommend.
