They should be called “No longer - Viable Sanitation”.Recycle Center:You hand deliver them $ in the form of metal and they gladly take that, but then turn around and charge you, during the same visit, ridiculous fees for the smallest pieces of home trash created while beautifying your property. It makes no sense and encourages those less fortunate to find every nook and cranny to dump or store their junk in, or better yet to send it up in flames right next to your vinyl siding - which is what the neighbors due to us.When is Waterloo going to change trash companies or set this one straight?

We have been using Reliable for 12 years and while they have widened our driveway in one spot, they offered to fix it which they did promptly. They served our needs when other companies wouldnt. We have never had late service, and when they knew of a possible problem, they called to figure out a workaround in advance. Keep up the good work!!

The name should be UNreliable Sanitation Service! They didnt show up again in Feb. to empty the dumpster. I still get charged every month. When they do show up they fly down my road, leave huge ruts behind, and always leave the lids open on the dumpster when they leave. When I call about not picking up I am told they have no way of proving the driver didnt pick up and there is nothing they can do about it. How about because your CUSTOMER just told you he didnt pick up the dumpster! I suppose when you have a monopoly you can not only charge what ever you want, but do what ever you like as well. Customer service isnt so important. Pathetic!

Only been using the service for five years. It was recommended by the person we bought the home from. Cant say their perfect but Ill give them a five over all. Dont understand the ones... even with the explanations. But then people like to complain (including me).

Every big pick up day that rolls around reveals another disappointment. Call to talk about a problem and its avoided. No call backs, no emails about what happened or any explanation on why my items never get picked up. Its not construction material. Now I have yet another soaking wet pick up to drag back in since the incompetence of this company is so great. More times than not I wish there to be another company with a better service than reliable. Not only do you pay monthly payments to this company you also get to pay them again to take items to the dump. Last I checked you dont pay to give away scrap metal. You get paid to take it to a scrap yard. Pulling teeth is easier to deal with than this company. The name should be unreliable sanitation. I shake my head at this company in complete disappointment. If I could rate you at a 0 star that would be the best way to rate them. Hopefully in the future you guys can get it together and become a better business than you are now.

Nothing like your bill going up with no letter letting customers know. Currently seeking new company.Sadly, yet again prices went up AGAIN! with no notice! Company owner doesn’t care! Wish there was another company to run town route! Would give negative stars if possible

Trash not picked up several times. Most recently this past Friday. Called Friday and Monday, told they would pick it up Tuesday. It’s now Wednesday and my overfilled trash is still sitting there so the animals can get into it and trash in house is full because there is no where to put it!!!!!!

Consistently disappointed. Expect more out of a local business.

Do not use them if you have a country driveway that you do not want them barreling down and turning around in leaving giant ruts.
