We stopped while out of town and Joe and the entire team were great. Joe was very knowledgeable and hospitable. The mechanics that worked to balance our new tires were also knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout our visit. The office and waiting area was very clean with pop/snack machines available. Joe is the first guy I see when I need tires. Yesterday I dropped off two wheels from an old tractor. Within a day, Joe found me two matching used tires in very good condition that will likely last me another 20 years, because I dont use the tractor very often. Joe understood that and saved me a lot of money. Joe has always helped me out, and thats why I keep going back.

Joe Buckey went out of his way to get tires for my 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring that for some reason Honda and Michellin did a run flat METRIC rim and tires. They no longer sell the tires and Honda doesnt even have them. Had to find 4 wheels/rims 16 or 17 inch took us a couple days to find them. Ordered tires for the 16 inch rims/wheels to find out the Lug nuts wouldnt fit. Joe called around finally found them. Finally got all new tires!! I have used Joe for my rotors on my other Honda Odyssey and fronts on this one plus all my tire needs, and alignments. His prices, customer service, mechanics and going over and beyond CANT BE BEAT!!

Bought a new (freakishly expensive) tire. Wheel looked bent but Joe insisted it was fine. Tire was losing. Returned about a week later and told him I thought the week was bad. He insisted they reseal it with some “new” sealant. I was right the first time- wheel was bad. Returned the third time with a new wheel. His employee chipped the paint on a brand new wheel. I know Joe is old school and thinks he was doing me a favor but for what I have in the project I could have nearly bought all new wheels and tires of a different size (he wasn’t sure that would work-but it would) and I can’t back the time I wasted making all of those trips. Ended up at Tire Discounters where I encountered young men who really know their stuff.

We got a flat tire in the area and was referred to Joes shop. The person that referred us said Joe was a good and honest man and would take care of us. Well, he was right! Joe made sure that he got us back on the road as soon as he could and didnt charge a fortune to do so. Joe and his team work fast and have great customer service!

They are very polite and quick. You have to set up an appointment. If I ever need another alignment this is the place I will go to from now on. It was the first pleasant experience Ive had from any company that has worked on my vehicle. They listened to me and when I came in with my girls, which is every mechanics worst nightmare, they were wonderful with my kids.

I bought all four tire here 11 months ago and picked up a huge brass punch in a tire...they patched it free and, since it was almost time anyway, rotated my tires free. Driving down the highway with our 24 foot enclosed trailer when it blew a tire. We were about a mile away from this exit and stumbled upon Joe Buckeye by chance. We were in a bind so we were at their mercy. Randy took care of the trailer immediately and was extremely nice. Very diligent. He even replaced a fuse we needed.Prices were very reasonable, work was done immediately, and we were back on the road in no time. Hats off to these guys!

Stopped in because i could hear and feel the grinding of my breaks. It was coming from the front but i could really hear it on my side.Told me my front brakes were great and the rear needed replaced. Paid the ridiculous price to get them fixed. When i left still heard the same noice. Stopped by another business to have them examine my car. Hmmm, my front breaks had metal to metal on the driver side and was extremely worn on passenger side.

I was heading from Indiana to Maryland and my power steering went out in my 2009 Pontiac G5. It was the second time it had done that in two days. Thankfully, I was right by an exit when it happened so I pulled off the interestate and Joe Buckey Tire was the first car-type building I saw. I was waited on immediately and they were extremely helpful, despite the fact that my issue was not in their realm of work. They went above and beyond to help me in every way they could. Also while I was there, there was an ederly lady who said she has been coming here for 40+ years and she wouldnt take her car anywhere else. I would give them 20/5 stars if I could.
