I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now, but life gets crazy! I went here for my birthday just a little over two weeks ago and had the best nail experience of my life!! I’ve gotten acrylics before, but it doesn’t happen very often because I’m normally disappointed with the experience and the final product. Not this time!! I will never go anywhere else now!! Everyone in the salon was friendly, and when they found out it was my birthday they all wished me a happy birthday and I received a small birthday lotion gift as I left. I will always go to this salon and I will always be asking for Ivy. Michelle was amazing too, she did my friend’s nails and did a fabulous job too, but I sat with Ivy, so my personal experience was with her. Ivy was kind and understanding and did my nails so incredibly. She was gentle and listened to everything I had to say. She gave me a beautiful design that I never even knew was possible from a nail salon. When I asked 4 or 5 times for the acrylics to be shorter she was really sweet about it. She was patient with the fact that I didn’t really know much about getting my nails done and was extremely helpful when the design I had in mind wouldn’t have been exactly what I thought I wanted. I ended up getting even more than I wanted and even two weeks later I still can’t stop looking at my nails. I definitely will be returning, and soon! I’ve never had acrylics refilled before because I’ve never had a good enough experience to get them done back to back, this will be the time I do and I’m so excited to see what she will do next!!

NiNi is wonderful with the detailed designs that I bring to her and I’m always happy and impressed. I’ve been coming here consistently for about 6mo (on and off for the past three years) and all the techs here do a fantastic job. They are patient and caring and I always feel the results are high quality. No need to go anywhere else, this will be my nail salon for awhile.

What a hidden gem! This place is MUST try! Careful though, once you start youll never stop going. The shop is super clean and cute to boot. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. There isnt a single nail tech there that isnt talented; impressive to me that anyone can do intricate nail art. I may be biased but NiNi is my ultimate favorite. She is always looking for ways to try new things and always nails it! 💗

Tried this place for the first time today and WOW is right. I thought I was getting decent nail service in a professional salon. Its like I was getting hamburger patties and thinking it was steak. You think the hamburger is good - until you try steak! Trina, my tech, was excellent. You can tell the difference when someone is working just to make a buck, or if they care, really care about customers and good service. So many upscale details in the shop, (like how they display the nail options!) without an upscale price. Visit Wow and see the difference.

Ivy is my go to girl and always does the best job. I always come in with a picture and she executes it every time. I make the 45 minute drive just to come here and know that my nails will never break and always look freshhh

Very clean salon, friendly and talented staff, have been coming here once a month for over a year now and I dont plan on stopping soon! They have an electronic sign in on an iPad which is how you earn points for every visit that you can later redeem for a discount!

This was my first and last time at this nail salon. I asked for coffin nails and I was given square nails. The salon is clean but would not recommend for acrylic nails, the nail tech Ivy barely spoke to me and had an attitude with me when I didn’t like the nail color that she selected then she changed the price at the last minute she charged extra for me wanting opposite colors on my right and left hand. I noticed the other customers she was very nice too. Maybe if I was of Asian or European descent she would have been nice to me. Ivy was not professional with me and needs English school.

They always do a great job on my nails plus I can bring any picture of any design I want and they get it done an make it look better than the picture

We came because a friend recommended it. The nail tech Tao was amazing and I will be going back for sure. Pricing was spot on with service provided! Amazing value and great service!!!

I continue to be impressed with Michelle at WOW NAILS. She always does an amazing job on my nails. She is also friendly and makes a point of being on time with my appointments. If she is ever running late, she apologizes and gets to me as soon as possible -which is usually within 5 to 10 min of my scheduled time. The nail art she does is always amazing and I often get compliments from others about it.I would highly recommend going to WOW Nails in Littleton off of Chatfield. Great place!!

Very pleasantly surprised by this place. I chose it by proximity. They did an incredible job on my nails. It was very clean and organized and well designed inside. I was very relaxed and my nails look tops!

I drive 2 hours just to get my nails done by wow nails. Michelle and Ivy are awesome. The environment at wow nail and spa is friendly and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else. This place is amazing!

Rude…. The actual nail job was decent but they complain and bad mouth about you in vietnamese and the other guests, won’t be going back

I hardly leave reviews but this salon was exceptional. The attention to detail was amazing and all the staff was extremely sweet and respectful. My sister and I went, I had Tao and she had Nini, they both did an outstanding job, and Michelle did a beautiful design for me! Thank you!

I loved it so much! I got black matte nails, but two on each hand of white with cow spots! The manicurist was so nice and friendly, and she was gentle with my hands.

I tried this salon because the rating were good and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the nail services. I had called ahead and asked if they had SNS and was told yes. After my soak off, Ivy brought the powder and it was not SNS. My white tips are not all the same thickness, the shapes do not all match and overall poor quality of application. The cuticle nippers came out of the drawer and we’re not in a sealed pouch like I’m accustom to which makes me question if they were actually cleaned before use on me.I don’t recommend this salon if you are looking for a natural looking nail, SNS brand products or consistency in dip application.

I really miss this place because they did such a good job but based off of my last experience I can’t bring myself to go back. Most of my appointments I’ve had were great until my last appointment where one of the male workers did my nails and I had a HORRIBLE and painful experience with him. The male cut my skin not just once but THREE times, I was bleeding and it was extremely painful, to the point where I was almost in tears. Not only was the pain bad but he was very condescending when we put chrome on and he said I kept messing up the nails even though I can’t control that dust happened to fall on my nails. Like I said I loved the others time I have been here but this one experience has left me sour. The other artist are so talented just be careful with who you pick.

I never ever write reviews but I absolutely love this place! I have only gone twice but when I have it has been an awesome experience! The people that work here are amazing and are so kind and patient. I just got mine done a few days ago and the lady that did my nails took so much time to make sure I got the color I wanted (because I’m very indecisive) and made sure to shape my nails how I wanted. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much!!

For my first time at WOW, I could not be more impressed. Ivy did a fantastic job on my full gel set, and the entire staff was incredibly nice. Also no over the top pricing, very standard. Can’t wait to go back for my rebase!!

Wendy is great! She gave me a perfect deluxe mani and pedi. I highly recommend her. It was very busy in the evening but one person was cleaning everything while we waited. Great place to go.

The services were performed adequately even though I was nicked on my finger. Management should tell the techs there should not be any arguing in the back room while the clients are waiting for services in the waiting area. Took too long between my pedicure and manicure because of the techs arguing. Unprofessional.

I have done one full set & a rebase this would have been the third time. I have been searching around for a new place because my old guy had retired. I had been seeing him for 7 yrs. So I am a very loyal nail girl. Lets first start off by my first interaction with this nail salon. The first gal I had was not the most pleasant. Younger seemed very irritated with every question I asked she was located to the front middle, I believe it was the fourth or fifth station. She is right next to Ivy station.(Why do I know Ivys name? She was the second nail technician I had the second time I was there). I have nothing negative to say about her I thought she was great she did a very good and thorough job to my nails and listen to what my needs were an executed them very well. Back to my first experience. I was getting my nails done as a pink & white ombre as the gal was doing my nails theres a TV screen directly in front of me maybe slightly to the right. Shows tons of really fun nail arts very intricate creative ideas. I said wow those are really amazing can you do nails like that ? She Scuffed at me and said I can try. Then started speaking to the girl next to her and a couple stations down in her native language then one of the girls looked up and gave me a dirty 👀??? Weird didnt mean to offend just asking if you do things like that I thought it was cool. Let that blow over moving on. My nails were OK kind of different really thick. (But going to give it a try if Im going to the same guy for 7yrs need to be open, trying to find someone new).Now moving to my third and final appointment that didnt even happen because I walked out.****Had an apt at 4. I was seven minutes late for my apt. That was my fault totally understand having to wait a little while. (With good communication this situation couldve been much different.) When I got there, three other people were waiting. Which they all look very unhappy. I waited there for an extra 15 minutes after checking in @4:07 and still no one had said anything to me. Maybe a hello we will be with u in twenty minutes anything maybe how long the wait would be ANYthing. Then they called a different girls name to start her pedicure service. I went to the front desk, & ask the girl in the very first station. Excuse me? Eye contact ... Do u how long the wait will be? She replied, That I had a 4 oclock appointment. Mind u it is for 4:17 right now. She said I were late to ur apt u can wait. I okay but how long? Rolling her eyes itll be 5 more mins. Ivy Will be ready in 5. I said to her well if I was 7 min late to my appointment Ivy still wasnt ready & was 20 minutes behind & when I walked in they shouldve at least been polite & told me that they were running 20 min behind. She clearly wouldnt have been ready had a been there at four. Then My mother-in-law who is with me & informed me that she was with Ivy & that somebody else was seeing me.(both apt were a 4)So then I said 2 the woman. OK do u know how long the appointments going to be for a different nail tech. she rolled her eyes at me & stop speaking to me! I said no worries I dont need my nails done here Ill go somewhere else. I will never come back here! There are hundreds of nail salons for me to choose from. I spend a good amount of money on my nails, as does anyone who gets their nails done. They prove they dont care about their clients or have no problem being rude & cant provide professional and positive communication then theres no reason for me to spend hard earned money at a stuck up rude!!! Nail salon....Now I was late so I totally own that. Maybe they took another walk in. its a business, they need to make money. But as somebody who works in the industry.( I do facials)I would never speak to a client like this and I would never roll my eyes at someone. I would politely ask them to come back in 45 min or see when I could provide there service & rebooked or allowing them to know how long their wait would be. All of this couldve been 100% avoided had she been professional, polite, & informative.

I have not had my nails done in a couple of years and a coworker of mine talked me into treating myself and recommended Wow Nails & Spa. First of all, they are SO CLEAN, they follow strict sanitation regulations to a T, probably one of the only nail spas I have been to that I felt was flawlessly clean. Second, everyone working here was pleasant and very friendly! I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Ann and I will recommend her to everyone! I showed her a picture and she replicated it perfectly. I am so happy I found this salon! Highly recommend all around and thank you!

Love this salon. They take all of the precautions for Covid. They have wonderful color selections for dip, gel, and regular polish. Their customer service is amazing. They are so kind and talented. Definitely will continue to come here

Everybody is so nice and friendly when you wake in the shop. I like clean it is and it looks so beautiful at Christmas time. My Nails can last up to 4 weeks and I think that is a amazing because Im a nanny and I am always using my hands. 😊💕

First time I went here was today and Ill be a returning customer! Super clean, super friendly, super GORGEOUS nails! She told me up front how much everything was going to be (Ive gotten my nails done many times before and this was a first!) I believe I had Queenie (her box that she was using had that name on it) and she was meticulous with making sure my nails were all even, comparing my nails to each other during the whole process! Couldnt have asked for anything better. Highly recommend them!

First time trying this place. My nails were ok. I had french acrylics and there is blacks specs through out the powder. My daughters nails were so thick and the paint job was so bad! Didnt even paint the whole nail. I will not be a continual customer

I bite my nails. I know its bad. So i decided to get them done. I wanted an ombre dip. Uyen said she would try to do it. It turned out amazing! Great value for dip powder with nail tips $55. Great attention to detail i will be back in a few weeks for a new color.

I used to go to the nail salon that was here before WOW. What a difference! Its been beautifully redone inside and they have all the up-to-date trendy nail styles. Nancy is the one who did my nails and she did them exactly how I wanted them and they are gorgeous! I will never go anywhere else!

I had come in to get a pretty easy set of nails, i came out of the appointment disappointed. the shape is wrong, it’s way too thick, and then length is wrong. when i asked to get them not so thick she had said no because the nails may break. I am so disappointed because i liked this place at first now i don’t recommend it at all. My nails aren’t all the same shape either, i asked for coffin and 2 are coffin shape the rest are thick blobs. I’m so disappointed.

I literally got acrylics done last Saturday! And not one but TWO NAILS FELL OFF! I’m just a cashier I don’t do hard work with my hands. I have NEVER had this happen! They are thick they didn’t shave them down. I’m just never going back! And wouldn’t recommend!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I was very loyal to my previous nail tech, but wanted to see if there was something closer to home. The endless good reviews swayed me to try WoW, and let me tell you, you can trust the reviews! Every person here is a fantastic nail tech, it’s clean, and the prices are SUPER competitive. 10/10 would recommend!

Ive had two manicures (one dip and one regular polish) from Cyndi, and both were very well done. She is efficient, particular in how she does the service, and very kind. The salon seems to be very well managed, is bright and clean, and there is ample parking. As a little side note, tipping with cash always seems to be appreciated for personal services such as this, so consider hitting the ATM on your way!!

I love this place! My best friend recommended it to me & although it’s a far drive for me, it’s worth it. T did my nails within 45 minutes of closing & she still treated me with the best customer service. The owners are also very friendly & easy to talk to. They stayed until 8pm doing my nails and they were so conversational & had the best attitude. I highly recommend this place. I got both a manicure & pedicure & loved the purple lavender color. T was so willing to help me choose a color.

Michelle Was my nail technician for 8+ years and coming into Denver from Las Vegas I was so excited to have my nails done. She outdid herself like Always.... I wish there was a MICHELLE at every nail salon.

I just had a gel manicure and pedicure with Tia and it was excellent! I highly recommend this nail salon. It was my first time in and I will definitely be back. Ive been so disappointed with other nail salons in this area and it is great to see such a clean, comfortable and quality place open!

Nice clean nail salon. I have had great service here with the exception of one visit. The guy didnt do a good job and I ended up going home and filing and shaping my own nails after I paid extra for nail design.

Not even joking, this was the best nail experience Ive ever had. Nina was amazing, she helped me pick out a color that would fit me and gave me advice on what shape nails would look best on me. She was so sweet and did an awesome dip job 😭 it was my first time there but you could tell the nail techs and all their regular clients had close relationships. It was an amazing atmosphere, everyone was so nice. And good prices. :) oh and Nina does MIND BLOWINGLY good custom nail art

Thy did a great full set acrylic (light pink/white) for me; I dont usually choose this for my nails, but Ive had some very trying last several months and have been stress chewing and peeling cuticles.
