After 3 months of waiting on tax returns, finally received paperwork from IRS stating my taxes were miscalculated and readjusted to half the amount. Tried reaching out several times but never got any response. This place is overpriced, they run you through like a car wash, there is zero customer service and only response I got after many calls was a nasty email telling me to never return...as if I would go there again anyway. These people are a dime a dozen...dont spend your $ here. Once they have your $ they wash their hands of you.
