Customer service is great but my nails started all lifting after a week. I called the salon and she said that is normal for their clients to need a fill as soon as a week. Ive went to other nail salons and mine can usually last up to two weeks. I dont have time to get fills weekly perhaps they are using a cheaper quality of products.

Love getting my nails done here!!! Jenny is my go to for my acrylics and Lilly for my pedicures, Im in and out of there really quick with a fantastic professional job done! And they treated my little one, who got her first manicure, like a princess! Thanks Sunshine Nails!

Older woman who did my nails was unprofessional and held my fingers so hard they went numb. I guess she was annoyed if my fingers didnt bend her way. I told her hey my finger doesnt bend that way with afrown. She looked at me and kept on. I wont go back. Not worth the experience. Think twice people!!!!

I entered the shop was not greeted. I will say there were people ahead of me, which is fine. Although others were coming in and they were attended first and even seated before me. I felt like I had to hold my hand in the air to grab someones attention. I decided to leave because I was just ignored and not even given a wait time. Its sad because my sister came here and liked their work. It wasnt the case for me.

We always come here for pedicures, and we arent the only ones. If you dont want to wait 30-60 minutes then come early, like when they open. However thier pedicures ARE worth the wait. Also Artsy Fartsy is next door so you can go check out thier fabulous art store while you wait 🙌

Initial service was good; then I came in 4 days later after my nail completely lifted and the tech refused to fix it ! She had no time and I told her I didn’t mind waiting, I just need to get it fixed and she became so rude and unprofessional. Rolled her eyes at me and told me to come back tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN! quick to take the money but not fix their mistakes . I don’t recommend coming to this place if you are seeking quality work and good customer service ! Zero stars if I could . I was so embarrassed and felt so shamed being treated this way in front of the customers that were there.

This is a salon I’ve been to for a very long time while I lived here, I came to get a single nail fix French tip and she told me she different have to the same color which I was assuming she was talking about the base of my nail so I said it’s fine but when I finished I saw that she meant the actual French tip, she left it completely different from the rest of the nails and said they don’t do that in Yuma which I didn’t understand because it’s a simple curved French tip . Anyways JENNY refused to fixed it and I had to go to a another nail salon, I recommend star nails and spa because they were completely understanding and didn’t even charge me to fix it !

When she says “wait a little bit” she means wait an hour. Jenny is not very professional, she took two talk-ins before me. Left without giving her my business- going somewhere else. 👎

Such a relaxful place! This is a great place if your still not comfortable being to close to anyone, theres plenty of space, doesnt feel to crowed at all. Plus they got me in and out in about 1 hour, and that was for a pedi and full set.

Jennifer did a great job on my nails. I got a manicure with gel rainbow nail polish in response to pride month. Friendly service and quite clean! I heard great things about the royal pedicure that includes a 15 minute massage!

People were nice and hard working. Definitely recommend

They rush to get you out so they can see more clients the work is not so great.

This was my first time here and my experience was great. I got a full set for the very first time and I got a pedicure. Both girls were amazing. They are very friendly and they do amazing work! I will continue to go here. I found my nail ladies! 😊

Helen did an amazing job on my nails.

My family and I went there for work on ourselves. My wife and daughters were satisfied with the completed work, but not overjoyed, and I felt the pedicure I received was dialed in. Not the best, but not the worst either.

This is a very good place I do recommend!! The wait was long but other than that it was perfectly fine! One thing I would do is for the sake of the poor fish, please clean the tank its a disgusting green and needs to be cleaned and a new filter needs to be placed or else the fish will pass. Other than that its amazing!!

I got there and waited. 15 minutes later another lady came in they took her in right away. Woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Additionally the place looked a mess and dirty. I will never go there again

Jenny and Lily are the bomb!!! Great customer service always!! I’m sorry for those of you who have had a bad experience but do yourself a favor and give it one more shot!! I have been following these ladies for over 10 years... and the only reason I haven’t been lately is for other financial responsibilities that I have (planning a wedding) As soon as I’m ready for the nail seen I will sure enough be at Sunshine Nails! Jenny, Helen, and Cindy are all so nice and they all have done a terrific job on me, my daughter, and even my husbands nails!!I recommend this nail salon to everyone!

This place is hit or miss. If they’re “busy” meaning like 2 people are waiting to be seen, they completely rush your service and don’t do as good of a job. I’ve gone here maybe 7 times and am finally going to give up on getting a decent experience. It’s either good or horrible. My last shellac appointment had my nails chipping 2 days later. My last pedicure appointment ended up burning my skin, cutting me, and rushed through the actually relaxing part of it just to move someone else in when I’d originally had an appointment and they were a walk in. Okay if you’re in need of a place ASAP and don’t mind chemical burns.

They were in a hurry and the pedicure was 20$ plus 1$ for the liner?? The pedicure only included the cuticle removal and polish change. I had to pay extra for callous removal which is the buffing of your feet. I was a little taken back by this additional charge since I DO NOT have callouses. You can spend your money wiser at another location. The customer care and service was completely void. 1$ for the liner? Go to another nail place if you are looking for great service and for your monies worth.

I’ve only been here once and the it was completely amazing! Abstinence love with my nails. Definitely recommend no doubt about it. Take it from someone who has never done her nails before and today was the first time, and i absolutely this place and well my nails as well.

Definitely recommend to anyone visiting or staying in Yuma! The owner is very sweet and did a wonderful job on my nails. I came to them because the people at “PG Nail spa Yuma” had done such a horrible job, they left me with quite a few cuts on both of my hands from the nail machine and not to mention filed my nails very very short... Luckily, a friend told me about this place and I can’t thank the ladies at Sunshine enough they did such a wonderful job! Definitely will be back. (:

Go elsewhere other salons may value their customers. I waited 30+ min then sat down with Gel on my toes that needed removed. They lined my row of toes with one strip of cotton, drenched it w acetone then wrapped my whole foot in one large piece of foil which covered half my foot. When i requested they be careful as the acetone was all over my skin i was met with complete hostility and rudeness. I asked to have my toes wrapped individually w small pieces of cotton as my skin was burning. They lady said I know what im doingIve been getting my nails done for 25 years and never seen a nail tech wrap the whole foot in foil then throw cotton over my foot including skin soaked in acetone. I requested they keep the cotton on my nail only but they seemed to want to do this lazy rushed way. Terrible customer service, go somewhere that values your service.

This place is horrible!!!!! I went to get my nails dipped, they don’t have examples of the dip so you are flying blind on the color. Then when you tell the nail tech that you don’t like it not only does she say......I make pretty for you but tells you ...look natural for you..... then the product that she is using is not getting hard, despite her numerous times of putting my hand under the light it’s still very soft .... then as I continuously tell her I don’t like it at all, she gets angry.... it’s my nails I have a right to have an opinion on what I have on my nails!!!!! Then she started being rough as hell and refused to talk... would just say no ok no ok... I sit there fuming as my husband gets is clueless as to how I have been treated, I should have walked out !!!! I didn’t I paid...... lesson learned ..... steer clear of this place or at least don’t sit in the chair of the chunky gal with short hair!!!!

They are just the sweetest. My sister in law and I tried to find a place around 7 on a Friday. One place literally ignored us when we walked in. She called sunshine which closes at 8 but they told us they didn’t mind taking us as long as we didn’t mind waiting. We waited a bit as it was busy but they stayed open for us and were really sweet about everything! I tried SNS dip powder for the first time only to realize I wasn’t a fan this morning. Went in when they opened to tell Jenny my issue and she happily removed the SNS and did shellac instead...and she didn’t even charge me! They will always get my business now and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

It was okay, not great. We ate in, took 45 minutes to get our food. Steamed vegetables were wonderful, chicken was over cooked.

Very nice. and listen to wat I wanted. They did just like I wanted in the picture. But poor quality of powder in 2 days my nails started cracking dont recommend.

3 weeks later and I am still trying to clean up my nails. Acrylic was pushed so deep under my cuticles it is just now exposed. By far the worst nail experience in 30 years. Stay far far away

Wonderful service every time I go in I leave happy very friendly atmosphere and a smorgasbord of colors to choose from they are very clean and neat I have had no problems there at all if I could give it more stars I would its a new cute little place I love it!!
