Went in for a package that included a facial, massage and manicure. Had an amazing time. My room for quiet for the massage, good pressure and i even fell asleep for part of it. First time getting a facial and it was an enjoying experience would highly recommend. Only thing I had an issue with is the manicure didn’t last long. Maybe it was because I got regular and not get but, was told it would last 2-3 days and it didn’t even last 24 hours. Started chipping by the following morning (all I did was get dressed) and when I showered that afternoon the paint on my right hand was all gone and the left was chipping further. It was all off less than 30 hours after having them done. :(

Visited for the first time and loved it! Got a beautiful cut from Taylor, who was chatty and friendly and so easy going! I was really pleased with how strict their covid precautions were - I felt safe and appreciate the steps they are taking to protect their employees. I’ll definitely be back!

I tried a 60min Deep tissue massage $85. My massage therapist seemed very nice and kind. Skills/ability level seemed novice. Over the one hour massage her pressure and placement was off and didnt give me any relief. At one point I had to ask her to stop as she was digging on the surface of my shoulder bones(instead of muscle tissue) Her pressure placement was off I asked how long she had worked as a therapist and she said 2 years. Made alot of sense but at that point I was already 20minutea in. I left frusterated and disappointed to not feel relief. The nice gentlemen at the front desk suggested booking with another therapist next time . Which I would do if I didnt feel so robbed of my $95 flop

Only got 30 minutes because I didnt get an apt far enough in advance but Andrea listened to me about my problem areas and gave a message worth posting about. Absolutely wonderful service.

It’s already hard enough to find a good massage place in Yuma! I was really excited to try this place out for the first time. Wanted to schedule a massage a month in advance! They don’t do massages on Monday’s and closed on Sundays. The call already started as a bad experience, unapologetic. Didn’t care for new business. Glad they saved me a trip.

I am so impressed! I was not expecting my hair cut to be so relaxing! A scalp massage prior to a wash and cut?!? Brooke was my stylist and she was amazing! I do not take care of my hair the way I should and she explained products to me that would actually be beneficial. She didnt just try to sell me stuff I didnt need. She understood that I love/need low maintenance and she recommended the appropriate products. My hair cut looks great as well! I highly recommend Brooke! I am looking forward to going back.

Lotus Day Spa is worth the opportunity to be given a chance to earn your business.I hesitated to use their services because I dont get out to the foothills often enough.However, I was in need some service and they were able to provide me with a appointment the same day I called. Since then, I have been using their services and have been very pleased. I get right in on time and get out on time. My appointment reminders are emailed to be as well as a text message reminder the day before which is a huge help to me. The ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile.I have had services done by the owner, Kim DeAnda. She is very professional and truly cares about her clients. I can see as to why her staff is so friendly and inviting. She is a great role model for surely leading by example. She treats her staff great and in turn they treat the clients great. They offer gift certificates too. So, if you are not in any immediate need for any of the services they offer, maybe you have a loved one that needs some pampering. Its well worth the trip out there. Kudos to Kim and all her crew!

I went in for the zen river spa package and went with the massage, reflexology, and facial. They were all superb. Everyone working there from the receptionist to the technicians was nice, thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came out extremely relaxed and revived. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Best place in Yuma to have any service. From a cut and highlights to eyebrow waxing and tinting. No place compares! The staff is professional without being stuffy and always friendly. The salon in clean and beautifully decorated. It is an oasis in the desert!

Rachel is fantastic for cut and color! She is incredibly friendly and talented and will not leave you with any regrets! Im very sad to be moving and have to find a new stylist.A haircut with her does cost a little more than with some of the newer stylists but shes worth every penny!

I will never get my nails done at a strip mall ever again. I had a set of nails from a local salon that had a 4.8 rating. My nails looked horrible. The ladys at Lotus always do a wonderful job on my hair, so I made a nail appointment. Priscilla was my nail tech and she is literally a nail goddess. Im so so thankful for the amazing job she did. Even my husband noticed the difference, and hes not very observant. If you have to wait for an appointment with her, do so. The amazing quality and skillfull job she does is So worth the wait.Thank you for the billionth time, Priscilla!!

Emily was awesome. This was my first time here and totally loved how cute this place was. It was the most relaxing haircut I’ve ever gotten. A little more expensive for a trim than I would usually would spend but all the stuff they do is so worth it. Head massage was my fav.

Took me a bit to post this review, as my service was actually back in July.I can not say enough great things about the total experience! Kelsey was my stylist and made me feel immediately comfortable as she exuded confidence and ability, no hesitations on how to fix a prior cut that I had( not there). She was thorough and explained what she needed to do, so no surprises, to get my long hair back on track and looking good! The scalp massage was wonderful! The products top notch! LOVE LOVE Aveda! Was so happy to see Lotus become a concept salon featuring Aveda products! The atmosphere was awesome! Love to have tranquility mixed with the feeling of being someplace trendy (love the music). If you want to feel pampered with luxurious products, give Lotus a try. Kelsey was very personable and I will definitely be visiting her again here very soon.

Ive bought several gift certificates here for a few important women in my life. Each of them loved it every time they went. Price is reasonable, but you have to keep in mind that going to the spa is a luxury.

Lotus is excellent! It is the only place I get my hair done in Yuma and I just tried out the pedicure services and LOVED it! The prices are very reasonable too.

Relax and enjoy yourself here. No gossiping allowed by the staff. They are professional and I enjoy my time here. Please leave the little ones at home, so others can enjoy their spa days.

My stylist was amazing... She was the first stylist in Yuma to listen to what I wanted instead of giving me just the regular cut everyone else seems to crave. Ill be back as soon as Hannah gets back from maternity leave. She is amazing!

I made an appointment for my husband to get a deep tissue massage because he suffers from chronic pain and arthritis very bad in his lower back and neck.. I paid 80 dollars for an hr and when i picked him up he said they hardly touched his back and he was still stiff and sore.. He said the work they did on his neck (pretty much the entire hr) was nice but he was asked ahead of time what areas were troublesome and he told the masseuse his lower back and neck.. So i feel that for 80 dollars he souldve had a better experience. Im pretty dissappointed that for his 1st professional massage he walked out not feeling much relief..i couldve saved the 80 bucks

Ive only gotten massages here, and they have been awesome every time. Also, they provide coffee or water while you wait in a comfy waiting room.

The pedicure was sooooo nice! Foot bath, foot scrub, leg massage all while having a back massage from a small massager in the chair. Perfect Saturday morning activity! All the staff was very friendly. Facility was nice and really clean.

Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Got a cut and color here. Terrible. I have two shades of blonde going on, the top of my headed was good but the bottom did not match at all its pretty much an ugly grey color so I told the girl I didnt like it and she started to get upset at me because I didnt like it. Spoke to manager and I still winded up paying $200 for the ugliest hair color I have ever received. If you still try this place hopefully you will get someone else other than the girl that did my hair color. Dont say you werent warned.

Stay away! Their billing is beyond rediculous. I kept it receiving emails on random days saying I was being charged for services I wasnt getting. I had to call each time only to be met with an attitude problem. Because its my fault youre system is saying Im being charged money? I guess people shouldnt react to be told told theyre paying $70 every other day for nothing.They have packages which seem nice, but they tell you one price and charge you a much higher price, twice in two days.The facial I received made me break out in hives. Theres doctor visit #1 Because of this place. Ok, things happen. That I understand. I explained that I had a reaction from the facial and to please cancel the next one. They called me 4 days later to confirm my facial that i canceled.I loved getting my nails done here, so I just put up with all the other rediculous nonsense. That is until doctor visit #2. Two days after my nail appointment, my nails were really painful. I noticed puss pockets around my finger nails. Something thats never ever happened to me before in my life. My doctor said under my nails was ripped up, most likely from over filing with a dirty implement. That was seriously disgusting. Under the nail was where the infection was, so draining them felt just Wonderful. A nice bill and round of antibiotics.I expected more from this place, considering the place looks nice, plus the price tags. Ill be going to strip mall nail salons before I step foot back in Lotus. At least theyll only charge me once and theyre usually the clean.

I went in to get a facial and after being brought back to the room to change and lay down I was left there for over 15 minutes! Just laying there staring at the ceiling and I could hear people talking and walking around outside the door but no one ever came in to let me know there was going to be a delay or why it was taking so long. When the lady who was supposed to be doing my facial came back in she acted like it was no big deal then proceeded to rush through my facial and even finished early. My appointment was supposed to be for an hour and she was done in 45 minutes which includes the time she left me waiting on the table. This is the second time Ive been there and will be my last, the first time I was left waiting and they were late for my appointment and may have been a fluke but the second is indicative of the type of unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers they have constantly displayed.

I had never been to a lotus day spa before and I had asked around to see which salon was a good salon. My friends suggested lotus and told me that their experiences had been pampered and it was wonderful. I went in with the expectation that other salons had set: gentle shampoo, a little head massage during shampoo, gentle brushing, and when they style your hair at the end they generally put salon products in to show you what they can do. At Lotus Day Spa and Salon I did not get the aforementioned services. My stylist gave me a great hair color and did a fantastic job on that but completely missed the mark on everything else. The shampoo she gave me was rough and the water with her fingers pulled my hair so tight tears came to my eyes. I cried out a little at one point. I received no head massage either. Finally when she went to dry my hair, her brush kept hitting my head with each stroke, i walked out with a headache from the yanking, tugging, pulling on my hair. I cried out again as the pain was too much. Finally, I was used to my stylist putting the salon products in my hair to let me try the different serums/solutions/sprays etc. that women use daily to boost and style their hair. I got none and when I asked she put a tiny drop of oil on my curls and said she felt I didnt need any hairspray. Lastly, when I mentioned that i didnt have enough layers according to the image I had shown her of the cut I wanted she discounted my statement with I think it will look more layered with curls and instead of fixing it according to the customers needs, proceeded to add curls. So I guess all in all, my head hurts, i dont like my cut, and I didnt get to be pampered or try the salons products which I was looking forward to.
