I will never be coming to Tracy’s Nails again after this $50 for a rushed job. A complete waste of time!!!! Your employee was rough the entire time, you agreed they weren’t done right and said nothing! Never even opened your mouth to try to fix the situation. My nails are left uneven, misshaped, extra acrylic all over my nails as well as poor nail construction also I never even got polish but paid $50

I went to get a mani and pedi the store sign stated they where open but nobody was in the building and me and other clients waited over 45 minutes nobody ever came so we left. Also I witnessed Tammy being very rude multiple times she does not know how to talk to people, I will say I love the guy who works here hes the only reason I ever came back he has plenty of designs to offer and also Mimosas

Had my nails done here and the nail came off 2 days later.. the guy is not friendly at all and rushed. Never listened when I pointed error out to him. Will not be going back there.

I made an appointment days in advance, then when I arrive the door is locked and no one is inside on a Monday at 5pm when the door clearly states they are open until 8pm? Never was able to get my pedicure. No one called me to inform me my appointment was canceled, no one called to say they would be closing???? I find this very unprofessional as I drove out here. I would not recommend going here.

When I first started going back there the guy and there started doing my nails and he was doing it pretty good but from then on my nails were looking rougher and rougher he messed my nails up one day because he was too busy waiting on somebody else that I was there before and I just didnt go back did a poor job I wouldnt recommend going there

Got my nails done there, they look cute but they’re kinda sloppy and not the shape I asked for, I asked her for almond and she squared them anyways. Just seemed kind of expensive for the poor quality.

She is amazing! My nails always look great when Tracy does them. Her brother on the other hand messed my nails up so bad and I treated myself and 2 others to pedicures which was done by him and my nails wasnt trimmed correctly the polish was sloppy and I was over it. For the amount of money I spent smh I will never let him touch my nails again....but tracy is awesome

This was my first time having my nails done at Tracy’s Nails. When I first went in I should have known this was not going to be good. There was no one out front to greet. I was greeted by a little dog. He came looked and then growled. This is not good for business. I should have left then but I didn’t. I asked for a gel fill. I sat in the chair about 3:35 pm. I am not sure the person who did my nails was experienced. He cut my nails down. My nails were uneven. I asked him to even them but I believe He did not understand me. When he polished my nails, the polished had dark lines. He had to keep taking off my polish and trying to fix it. I brought it to Tracy’s attention and she said my nail were good. They looked BAD. I was not happy with the service or her response. All she said is he could fix them. Well he didn’t. I finally left the shop at 6:10pm not satisfied. I will NEVER go there again nor will I ever recommend this place. Apparently, she did not care for repeat business. This is the worse service I have ever had!!!

I did not enjoy my experience today whatsoever, my coworker and I went in to get pedicures done, we weren’t greeted until we spoke, I asked for a regular she asked for spa pedicure once on the chairs things were okay until we realized we were both getting the same treatment even though we asked for different things, they kept getting up to do things and even swapped the person who was doing my coworkers feet just said “I’ll be right back”. I had an older lady who didn’t speak I’m assuming she didn’t speak English, she was fine until she took her gloves off to paint my toes and her hands were so dry her skin was peeling and there was dead skin on my legs, her lap and all over her work area, nothing looked clean. I have nail polish all over my toes, I had to use nail polish remover at home to clean up her work that I paid for. Never again

My wife had her nails done here. The have a neat design, change colors, and glow in the dark.

I have gotten my nails done here for many years. Always got selection cool staff and the designs are great price is reasonable as well.

Greeted by a growling dog. The one man had a swastika tattoo that looks like he tried to get removed but you can still see on his right arm. Then the dog peed in the side of the room and no one cleaned it up. Floor was dirty and they didnt really clean up after themselves. Although Tracy did an amazing job and was very nice, not a very good environment.

I definitely will be going back. my friend recommended to me and i can say i’m pretty pleased. although i didn’t understand her at all she pointed for me and i got it. the prices are the cheapest you will find for acrylics. one of my nails is very crooked but she took her time and nobody is perfect. i will go back again and see how it looks to get them filled

I was near by this location so I decided to stop in n get a pedicure n full set of tips. Pedicure was fast n really not anything special to be nice in words. Lady was nice n I Really felt bad like she Really had no clue to what she was doing. On to the full set. Nail polish looked like my 5year old did it. Design was even worst. I appreciate her efforts but not worth any of the $60 I spent. My husband even said he didnt like them. Wont be going back.

Went in and two people at the stations working on girls nails nobody even acknowledged me never looked up from what the were doing .... I was just honking I will wait see if they will ask me what I want done they didn’t so I walked out

I won’t be going back. I asked numerous times about the dead skin that remains on the bottoms of my feet and around the edges. And I’ve never gotten a manicure that didn’t include buffing my nails in any way. I can file my nails myself for free.

My sister and I went for manicures. Her lady was nice and took her time, my lady rushed and did not massage my hands like a typical manicure. The NEXT day all of nails were chipped and almost completely worn off. They dont speak English so if wed complain they wouldnt understand. they also used pure ice (Walmart cheap polish) as a base coat. We wont be going back.

A friend of mine from work suggested Tracys as I was looking for a new nail salon. The work was ok, she messed up my one nail and instead of redoing it, she just tried to paint over one of those thin white lines with glitter. After all is said and done, she tells me $25 for a cut down and design! I can get a full set for that! Needless to say, I argued the price and they took it down to $20 but I wont be going back there again

I went to get a mani and pedi on 3/23. The person that did my nails was new and very slow. She spoke little English and nobody had the courtesy to tell me she was new until I pretty much figured it out on my own. Well I was there for 2 hours total. I had to leave with my fingernails wet because I was there for so long.I understand people need to start somewhere but Ive been looking forward to a mani/pedi for so long and thats the first time Ive been there. Didnt give me a good impression. Needless to say, Im never going there again.

I got there and the guy put on my nails, they were crooked . I asked Tracy to fix them and she didn’t . Then she did some messed up chrome powder on my nails and messed up . I can see the black background still . I will never go back, ever .
