I absolutely LOVE Lee nails and will be coming back! I called to make sure they had someone available to take care of my nail emergency and the second I walked in I was in a chair. Howie took such great care of me and my nails look phenomenal! He’s a perfectionist and a true nail artist! He made me feel very welcome and he was quick yet efficient! They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers!! Thank you for making my Sunday!!

I go here all the time! They are courteous, friendly, and most importantly, do a great job on my nails. They also keep everyone safe by cleaning chairs and stations after each customer, taking temperatures and everyone in the shop wears masks. I highly recommend!

Usually busy on Fridays, takes about 90 mins to 2 hours to get pedicure/ manicure. Prices are decent, but Id rather do my nails just for special occasions since the gel tends to damage my nails after a couple weeks of touch ups. Will visit again for my pedicure soon!

Place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment for my eyebrows at 10:30. Was asked to come back 15 mins. I came back and once the lady was done with her previous appointment she took on a new client. I asked the owner what was going with my appointment because it was going on 11 now and I realized the tech is now taking someone new. His response was “you have an appointment?” And I reminded him that I did and was asked to come back in 15 mins. He then took me to the back and told me she would be right with me and then closed the door. I gave them yet another 15 mins and when I decided to leave I found the tech still doing the other clients nails so their was no intentions to service me. This is not the first time I have had bad experience at this location and I learned my lesson. I will not spend my money at a business that doesn’t take my time serious. Will not be back at this location nor recommending to a friend!

Such a horrible experience. There is absolutely no reason why my feet should look like this after paying $45 for a pedicure. The girl who did my feet was in such a rush. I was in and out of there in 27 minutes to be exact. Slow down girl and take your time. No one likes to feel like they’re having their work rushed on them. Never again.

I did not catch the name of the gentleman who took care of me but he did an amazing job. I came in with some pretty bad feet and he worked his magic and made my feet beautiful again!!

Lee Nails And Day Spa is extremely careful with implemting the CDC protocols, and sanitize routinely. Virtual check-in when you enter and separated seating when waiting. There is a shield between the Nail tech and customer to avoid droplet contact. Tiffany did a great job bringing my idea to life with the design and short nails as requested. Will be returning soon 🤸

They have a very friendly staff and they are very clean.I notice that the have seal utensils and that gave me a good vibe.I also saw each and every one of the employees disinfected the chair after each use so I will recommend this place and I will come back this was my 1st time and I love it

I saw Howie for a dip manicure 3 weeks ago and it still looks amazing! He was very professional, listened to what I wanted, and did an amazing job. I am actually headed back there today for another dip manicure and a pedicure this time. Being a travel nurse, I have gone to TONS of nail salons all over the country and this one is wonderful. I just moved to the Kissimmee area and this will definitely be my new spot.

I honestly never had a bad experience at this nail salon until today I was a walk in and I understand that appointments are first so I was pretty patient. What really upset me is that I watched people call after I came in and scheduled an appointment while I been sitting there for 2 hours the appointment they were scheduling these people were not even accurate because like 5 people walked in at 6:30 pm like I said I understand I was a walk in but no one even offered me to make an appointment for the next day. No one acknowledge me when I walked out. It was a waste of my two hours waiting patiently. I honestly could of went somewhere else and got my nails done .Worst experience ever now I’m going home with no nails.

I went to do my manicure without appointment and I was lucky that Howie had the time to do my nails and he did a perfect job! I love it I was looking for a place to fill my expectations and this manicure was more than I expected! Highly recommended! He’s an artist thank you Howie I’m really happy today with my manicure!

Made an appointment for 5pm waited 46min to get service. Tony “the manager” does a decent job but he wasted to much time answering phone calls, attending the register, greeting customers, then made me wait longer go take a 15 min break and eat. It’s ridiculous. I finally got out at 7:40pm Why make an appointment ?!?! They do the same with walk ins make them wait too long. Not good customer service.The place need to hire a person to take care of customers on the phone, in person, handle register and other duties.A nail spa is a place to relax and get great service. Don’t come to This place. You won’t relax at all with the bad service you get between waiting too long and the apologies they sometimes offer, (not really caring about you as they continue to make you wait) and the the rude attitude they give you when you ask them to fix your nails if you did not like something they did on them. I gave them multiples opportunities but not anymore.

Me and my sister went in to get pedicures and online it said 22$ and when we went in they said 25$ so we just did it and we asked how much for gel and the lady said 5$ extra and so we said yes to that. And for us to even get the dead skin off they said it would be 5$ extra so we didn’t do that and We went up to pay and they charged us 40$ each and said gel was 15$ extra even though the lady said just 5$. They were judging our feet and talking poorly of us. I wouldn’t recommend this place, they play mind tricks to get more money.

I’ve gone in 4 different times with different people each time and I cannot say anything bad! I’m very picky with my nails and all four times they’ve done an amazing job! First time was with Grace, then another girl (I unfortunately didn’t get her name), then Tracy and today with Tiffany. They’re amazing and they don’t rush through it. I did have to wait about 30 mins after my appointment time but I didn’t mind it at all. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family in the future!

Wow! I took a chance on this place as I was just driving by and had some extra time. My usual nail technician in West Palm Beach was not available today and I was headed to Orlando. Howie was fast and fabulous! He was very personable and a good conversationalist as he worked efficiently and did a beautiful job on my nails! I hate to think that I may have to drive two and a half hours every 3 to 4 weeks to have my nails done here, but I tell you, he really did an excellent job! Very clean place and very busy, which is a testimony to their popularity. I was just a walk-in however, on a weekend, and had no problem getting a seat in the salon. I highly recommend you give them a try!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I drive over an hour each way just to come here because they’re that awesome! Wait time may bother some, but it’s fine with me. I’ve always left 100% satisfied and happy, planning my next visit each time. I would recommend them to anyone!

Van is the woman I went to. She was professional, took her time, and did an excellent job. My nails have also never looked better. I will be going to see her from now on. Their massage chairs are also better than any other salon I’ve been to.

Pretty good. Just had to wait a little but I know how hard these ladies work and that they are human at the end of the day they accept lots of walk ins and try to make everyone feel good most times without eating all day or using the bathroom because they get so rushed. Thank you!

And they work paying attention to the details!! Just in love with them. Appointment my daughter and I had was at 1pm mine was a simple fill and my daughter was a full set and pedicure still sitting they are not done Getting my fill done and my daughter was getting a pedicures done and her nails are not done I talk to the owner howe to ask him who would be doing my daughters nails he got very short with me and said I have to take my appointments first and again I made an appointment at 1o’clock and it’s 230 and none of us are done yet poor management will never come back again

Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to.. Very unprofessional and rude.. i was told it was a 10-15 min wait. 55 min later i was taken for my fill in. The man was very pushy and i told him i needed a fill and 2 nails fixed. I showed him a picture of the color i wanted, he then cut one nail all the way down i asked what he was doing and he became defensive saying he needed to cut it down to take them off. He was very rude and aggressive so i asked that someone else do my nails. I Called another local place and decided to leave. I have been here multiple times with my family and friends and will be sure to have them go somewhere else as well.

I absolutely love the staff at Lee Nails. I tried their services on a whim one weekend during a visit from Ocala. I have been driving to Kissimmee at least every 3 weeks for over a year now to have Howie do my nails and 99 percent of the time, they still look good from my previous visit. The place is clean and the staff is “Covid cautious” as they have implemented measures to ensure the staff and patrons are safe and healthy. I have yet to give Howie a nail design challenge he’s not able to complete. I am always extremely satisfied with the quality of work as well as the friendliness of the staff (and other customers). I will happily continue to use Lee Nails for as long as I’m able to make the drive.

My family goes here to get their nails done, and I recently moved back to Florida and was really hoping to find a good nail place, and I found it. This place was beyond words!! I had howie who I’m personally going to make an appointment with EVERY TIME I go because he was absolutely amazing. This place was nothing like I thought it would be. They were interested in making conversation and wanting to serve your needs. I showed howie a picture and he told me he could do it just like the picture. Of course due to my previous experience with other salons I doubted him and he proved me wrong. he did exactly as I wanted. This place is amazing and personally I won’t go anywhere else. I do recommend to make an appointment because they do such amazing work that they are always busy! But trust me it’s so worth the wait!!

I came in today for a gel fill with hand painted designs. Im in fr out of state and Whitney was recommended to me. All the staff were professional and overall it was a very pleasant atmosphere. I am so pleased with my nails! I was very apprehension about getting services from someone I was unfamiliar with, but I am in love with my nails!!! 💚💚💚

DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE THE WORST.They are very unprofessional, very aggressive and rude, they don’t care about you waiting for hours not one of them communicate with you to at least apologize. Got a gel pedicure done and the lady literally put my feet in water, dried them and painted them like a two year old would.

Ive been going here now for a few months and see Jenny every time. She works wonders and does a fantastic job with SNS (powder) nails. They last for over 3 weeks and dont chip or break. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting long-lasting professional looking nails.

They used a disposable plastic liner for the footbath used for the pedicure. There was a plastic partition between me and my attendant during the pedicure and we both had masks on. The attendant wore rubber gloves during the procedure and maintained a sanitary work area. Another worker used a spray sanitizer on the areas where other people had been sitting once they got up to leave their seats. Overall everything was kept very clean and sanitary. The same thing was observed during my manicure. Everything was kept clean and sanitary.

Made an appointment for 3 people at 9:30am, and they accommodated us as soon as we entered, making sure to keep us together but a safe distance away from others. We all did the deluxe pedicure with gel nail polish, which was amazing and they even fit us in for manicures. They are so great, and customer satisfaction is their top priority.

The gentleman is a nail craftsman. Takes pride in a job well done.

If you want your nails done by an expert. Ask for Lauren. She is also very patient . The nail salon is very clean and they take all of the appropriate precautions to keep you safe during Covid. I have never seen an unhappy customer while I have been there and I have been going for at least a year . I woyld recommend this Nail Salon to everyone, even men.

The nails were ok but the issue was that our appointment was at 4:00 and they asked us to come back in thirty minutes. Okay, fine. We did exactly that and still waited more. Then, my niece began getting a regular mani but then quickly changed her mind and wanted tips. The mani was not finished. They charged for the mani and the tips. They also changed their prices from last time I had been there and had a good experience. Fill ins were $15. But when I went 8/18 it changed to $18. Fine. But then they charged me to “trim” my nails. $3 and it was not much. She used the drill tool to shave them down a bit. They nickel and dime you for everything and we had a very unprofessional experience.

It’s taken me a few years to find a salon that gives a good pedi in a comfortable chair... well, this is the place! The technician took her time and did an excellent job!

I just recently visited for the first time based off of these reviews. I read excellent reviews about Tony, so I requested an appointment with him for the next day. When I arrived, they had me sanitize my hands, sign a waver for COVID and made sure I had a mask. The salon was clean and very busy. Tony was only about 5 minutes late since I had an appoinment first thing in the morning, but he is an EXCELLENT nail tech. He did a full set ombre pink and white, and they came out BEAUTIFUL. Poor guy was multi-tasking answering the phone and helping walk ins, but he still took his time and made my nails look gorgeous. They were also able to wax my eyebrows. The price for the ombre full set was a little higher than I expected, but the quality of work was worth it. I will never go to a different nail tech or nail salon as long as I stay close to or in Saint Cloud.

Today was my second time going to Lee Nails. And I really love everything about this place. My appointment is always on time, I do pedi with Kim and my nails with Lauren. Kim does such a good job on my feet. She friendly and doesnt take long. So does Lauren I love how my nails and eyebrows come out.

I just want to say I had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure and a gel manicure. My husband even got a pedicure from Jenny who was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. I would recommend Jenny for pedicures and Tony for nails. It’s in the St. Cloud commons which is newly built. It’s worth the drive to come here for exceptional service.

I have been looking for a great nail salon for some time now. So when I read the reviews for Lee nails, I was excited to find a salon with great service and affordable. I also read in the reviews that they get busy, so I made a 1:30 appointment. I got there 5 minutes early, and signed in. No One greeted me, so I just sat. 10 min later I mentioned that I had a 1:30 appointment for a full set and pedicure, I was then told to pick a color. At 1:50 I still had not been seen and another woman walked in stating she had a 2:00 appointment with my nail tech.I had no choice but to speak up, because I had other appointments in the day. At 2:10 the nail tech greeted us and said he had to leave to get receipt paper. Yes, you read that correctly. About 10 min later I was moved to a pedicure chair with water running. Eventually another gentleman came to take care of my pedi. He was a really sweet guy and gave a great massage, but I was cut A few times.After he was done I was sat under the dryer to wait again, after 20 min of waiting I had to leave because of another appointment.The atmosphere seemed nice for regulars. But not for newbies. I had such high hopes.

The atmosphere is clean, bright and relaxing. Jenny is very good in terms of customer service and she is very skillful, efficient and thorough in her technique with manicures and pedicures. The prices for services are also reasonable and comparable within the area. The only reason I did not put all five stars is because the SNS nail colors are close matches not perfect matches. I have been there at least 4 times and that is the only improvement they need but my experience has always been excellent.
