The receptionist at this location is super friendly and helpful but as a whole they are completely non responsive it took 3 weeks just to get an initial interview after the interview I applied to several jobs on the website as instructed, emailed and called the recruiter over the positions and NEVER heard from anyone not even a simple we will be intouch if you fit the description of what we are looking for! I called in every Monday to make sure I was placed on the avaliable list and have over 10 years experience. Dont waste your time you are better off looking and applying yourself!

I love Meador ! Krystal S. did a wonderful job on finding a company I would enjoy working for. She took the time to sit down and talk to me about all the options that were available and the benefits of each assignment. Lorena M. was also extremely helpful, she was always there for me to answer any questions regarding my time card & the receptionist was always friendly !! My Interview was 11/21/19 I passed my assessment & sent them my resume did all this for nothing the reason why I gave them 2 stars is because they contact me a day later but my point whyd you set up a interview just to say We dont have any Temp-to-Hire jobs at this moment we will contact you ASAP now I know people have experienced that yall need to stop wasting peoples time especially the ones that are dedicated.

Went to several other centers 6 years ago. Most never helped me with squat. Dont waste time ever unless they can help and serve you like a real adult. If you havent gone to college yet, get your degree, do something you love and maybe this place may give you A++ advantages!

1 star is not what I wanted to give this company. I can not lie, they did help me get employment last year. I had an incident that occurred to where I was incarcerated for 9 months, and when I called to get signed up with services again, they told me that I could no longer be represented by them due to the fact that I was a no show at my assigned place. I dont think that is right, I had no control over what took place. But to be told that they could not help me with anymore jobs is just dumb. Its already hard to get employed, but now to be told that I cant be represented is just stupid.

They won’t help you if your a Felon I was told they would help me find a job still they never called back eventually I called and they told me because I didn’t explain the charge correctly which I gave the correct dates and what happened they said when the back ground came back it wasn’t exactly the same as what I described (the charge was assault robbery) I told them it was an assault charge but because I didn’t say robbery they now say they can never help me, and also the charge is deferred and so it’s not a conviction and will go off my record once probation is completed... but in reality they just didn’t wana deal with helping me and no I’m banned for good because of this

I called in to speak to my recruiter and the front desk help wants to step outside her job description. Then had the nerve to say she was threatened by me over the phone?. You are a receptionist not a recruiter and the next time you disrespect me over the phone i will personally make sure you get replaced. And for the record, i have the entire conversation recorded for your quality assurance. Well see who disrespected who first.

They call me for interview for today. I was pretty excited to start work with them. And they had job posting on indeed for forklift drivers. So I went in this morning for interview and the lady told me that they don’t have no jobs available at the moment. And top of that they sent me to the wrong office and wasting more gas that I Don’t need to be doing. But The lady in front Desk was Nice.

They were amazing in helping me find a temp to full time job!

I love the company-they landed me with a great company whom i have an awesome role.Also- i spoke with a consultant there whom advised me of some changes to make to my resume-which help a lot.ThanksMeador

I had a job interview and i was very excited for the opportunity. But the very next day as if i plan it my mother was rush to the hospital and i couldnt make it to the interview. Well i explain the situation to them and they seem to express sympathy. Then i call the following week to see if they had anything and their response was. Because i miss a drug test that i will no longer be able to apply for this staffing company again. When it was for a interview not drug test but a job interview and because my mother was in the hospital. I am blackball for ever which i thank is very unprofessional if you ask me.

I do not recommend this staffing agency. Generally when people reach out to a staffing agency, they are in need of help finding a job. The first time my wife came here, the lady told her they couldnt help her because everyone else was on vacation, so she would need to come back next week. She came back the next week, and met with someone to do the testing. Things seemed to go well. Well, a week later, we were wondering why she hasnt heard anything. She called, and they told her not to get discouraged, jobs will open up. Then, a few days later, her advisor told her that they didnt have any jobs for her meeting her requirements. So, she told them she would accept anything at this point. Well, nobody called. She calls again wondering why she hasnt heard anything, and the front desk told her she was required to call every single week and tell them youre available to work, which was never told to her. The front desk told her that it was in her handbook, and were rude. I dont understand the point of checking in each week, when obviously she was still available. The communication was terrible, and to this point, she still never received a call! I am very disappointed because I referred her to this agency. This was definitely not a good experience; and they need to work on their communication with customers. The front desk people were not nice, when they should be comforting during a time of looking for work. Its better off finding a job yourself!

I have contacted them numerous times and been told they would set up a phone interview on two separate occasions the days came and I never received a call. So They told me they would connect me with their closest office to my location and then were unable to but, they have my address and the addresses to their offices on file. I was told I would get a phone interview from the office closest to me and on the day of the supposed interview I was emailed saying I needed to contact that office and schedule the interview myself. So I called the number listed thinking they had at least found the office closest to me and listed the number for me to call and schedule my interview NOPE it was the number of the deer park office the same one I had been in contact with the whole time. And then I had to tell this same story to the lady and she said she’d stet up a phone interview I never got a call.

Very disappointing, they never return your calls, give extremely inaccurate info about EVERY job and job interview (the very few they have to offer) and show no regard for your concerns.Done with meador over a week with 1 personal visit & several calls, Im still unable to collect my personal property from a temp job (I was looking for permanent employment) & still no call from them.This place is a joke.Update, they finally got my personal belongings after Id started the new job (I was able to find on my own) so it took a while for me to have time off to retrieve them and what a surprise that they did not return my personal notebooks that I specifically asked for, even after I watched them write it down. Also had to wait about 5 minutes for them to walk into an office, grab a small bag of my few items that were returned and come back out. Still showing no regard for my time having to make a 2nd trip & still missing items. I wouldnt trust this company to have the intelligence or capabilities to microwave a bag of popcorn.

Got many jobs with them. Crystal is a very deceptive recruiter. She is very untruthful. I recorded her once and she still would not tell the truth. Why do you lie to the workers who keep you all afloat? She would call you for a job and tell you the wrong particulars about the job

I did not have a good experience at all with this staffing agency. Very unprofessional and racist. The women are very catty and discuss all their employees openly and loudly so you can hear everything that goes on in that small office. So for people who do work there yes they talk about you 👎👎👎 They gave me a test to take then set up an interview right on the left side of me . It was so bad and loud I was reading out loud then though sheesh I dont want to disturb the other tester. They ask you personal questions in front of everyone and I noticed the white men were not done like that at all. I was told upfront they dont do quality assurance jobs without them even attempting to look. I walked out disappointed and disgusted by this company and their staff. A big waste of time 🙄🙄🙄

RUDE! THEY GIVE YOU 20 MINS TO COMPLETE A TWO AND HALF PAGE TEST! IF YOU DONT COMPLETE YOU FAIL.!!!! AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY!
