The owner and the person who did my nails were very rude. I wanted to get rid of my dip powder manicure and get a traditional one. They were in a hurry, and they almost start painting my nails without completly removing the dip powder first! Finally, they used the nail drill to get rid of the remaining product, but the end result was horrible. The surface of my nails looks very uneven. The nail trimming and shaping is uneven as well. They left part of the cuticle showing, and they applied the nail polish in a hurry. This is the worst nail salon that I have been to in several countries in my whole life!

This is the worst place ever first off they told me they could soak off my acrylic nails from another place so they cut up my nails tried to soak them and didn’t even try to file them with a machine. They told me they couldn’t and left my hands a disaster not even offered to wash my hands or file them NOTHING! just left them with cotton stuck on my nails and ruined ! Not to mention how RUDE GENIE AND HER MOTHER were when I asked if they are seriously going to leave my hands looking like this??!!

This place is horrible they should be shut down. Time to go back to the real art of doing nails which by the way they do not know how to do.! Need more nail technician training. Machines broken, non existent filing, old nail polish you name it! & lumpy nails if thats what you want then go here! Go down the street for better service & quality. 😵🤔😣

I love it here. I been here twice already n i plan to keep coming back. They give outstanding service in my opinion. I have been to many mani n pedi places but this one caters to what I like and need.

Okay so let me start off by stating that I have NEVER made or written any complaints, however, this one was very necessary. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a little less than a year. I would normally get a gel manicure with Adriana, who was amazing but she is no longer here. I have never had a bad manicure done, my nails are very easy to do. However, the last time that I had a gel manicure done, I got it done with the owner’s daughter, who is usually there at the very first table and it was terrible. First off, she ended up cutting me not once or twice but three times. Then, she did a very poor job applying the gel. It looks very lumpy, sloppy and I even had bubbles. The edges weren’t painted correctly. Overall, it was a terrible paint job. I ended up paying at first because I’m not the type of person to complain, however I was so unhappy and decided to ask for a refund. When I politely told her that I wasn’t happy with the paint job, she gave me such a hard time, even had the audacity of calling me a perfectionist. At first I asked for a store credit to try my nails with one of the other employees she said “I can assure you that she won’t do a better job than me.” At that point, I asked her for a refund and she argued back and forth with me for about 20 minutes before giving me a refund. This was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. This salon is usually very empty and slow. The reviews aren’t the most popular and now I completely understand why. Beware and stay away! If you MUST get your nails done somewhere near by, you could even try Perfect Nails which is literally right down the street. My mom had her nails done there and they did a very good job.

So I have never been here before. I went to get a dip powder manicure. Had it done on a Saturday. Wednesday comes and it starts chipping off.This is suppose to last for 2 weeks. So I call and I tell the lady who did my nails the issue (who is the owner I suppose) she tells me to come in and shell fix it. GreatThursday - I noticed the nails she did not fix just started chipping offHasnt even been a week yetAt this point it is time consuming to go to this nail salon again to have these nails fixed.I now had 3 half chipped nails after paying almost 45. 😒Just beware.

The girls was great and no waiting

Came in to take off my acrylics and the BOSS HERSELF cut too deep and cut my pinky nail and left me bleeding. On top of that, she dropped acetone on my expensive, real leather purse and I’m unable to get the stains off. Poor costumer service. The other nail technicians though, are phenomenal!

Worst experience ever, the owner and her daughter are the rudest people i have come across to ever run a nail business. And to top it off I got nail fungus from an acrylic set. Beware

TERRIBLE the Chinese lady don’t know how to do nails, first she didn’t even use a machine or acrylic only tips and polish REGULAR NAIL POLISH . She didn’t know how to shape them then the nail dryer barely worked and was cold and she charged me before service .

Reading the online reviews, I was reluctant to go there. But its the closest salon to my home, so I decided to see for myself. I interacted with three different people, and all three were very nice. Nails look good, but I dont know yet for how long theyll stay this way. As to wax, the lady is one of the most efficient one Ive ever met in life.

It was great service. The pedicure was so soothing. Great chairs that give back massages.

My rating is for nail tech Heidi, she is an excellent pedicurist and hard worker. When I called to make an appointment with her, I was told by whoever answered the phone that she does manicures, and then the person said something about five months and said come in. I didnt go there without understanding what she said about Heidi. Does Heidi just do manicures now? Did Heidi quit five months ago? Does anyone know?

Just got a pedicure. Great service . I enjoyed foot and neck massage too.

I live in White Plains and I come down here for a pedicure. Ive been to 3 places in White Plains and they smell. Ive been coming here for years. Claudia who was amazing is gone. But Andrea rocks!

The owner is RUDE RUDE RUDE. It’s a shame because I have been coming for some time now, and ignored many things such as her being rude to the workers, mice droppings and mice, and her even being rude when I make an appointment, lack of nail polish colors. However I remained with one nail tech and was trying to weigh the pros and cons, however I am big on customer service and where I spend my money. The manager their is horrible, so I definitely will be looking for another place.

Ummm, this is the worse place to get your nails done, they made my nails uneven. Horrible coloring I wanted my nails long but the lady decided not to listen to me and cut them how she wanted and she said, “no this is better for you” bad service bad pricing. I don’t need her telling me what I can get and what not to get.

The owner is cheap. I was there last week she ask the costumers not to use the massage chair claiming is not good for u I overheard a client complaining that she does not like the costumers expending electricity 🙄 my nails were not even dry and she came and turn off the fan... and is a expensive place to go 🤔 do not go there!

The personal work there is very nice. They have parking. Is clean. Have a great selection of cute.

I was a customer until I witnessed the owner (daughter) take 50% of a tip that was clearly stated it was for the employee. After this took place and speaking with some of the girls, this seems to be the normal. When customers pay with a credit card and leave a tip, the employees are not told the amount of the tip. Therefore the owner gives them whatever she feels. After witnessing this, I would never step foot in that place again. As far as I’m concerned the employees are probably not paid minimum wage and you’re steeling their tips. Shame on you!!! As far as the the quality of work, it’s inconsistent and at times she has a nasty attitude.

I went for two or three years to this nail salon. The daughter of the owner is disrespectful and abusive. the workers who knew how to do a pedicure or a manicure are no longer there, she assigns two workers for a single client, I saw a pregnant worker kneeling on the floor doing a pedicure while the manager did a manicure to the same person. They do not accept gift cards and require more than $ 3 of tip for the employees. the tip is voluntary but not mandatory. Many workers need more training in this type of work and some have bad temper very little quality.

I wanted to really give this place several chances but after todays experience I am definitely not going back there. The Spanish girls who work there are all amazing, however the place is under poor management. The owner is rude, and dismissive. I have no problem paying $52 for my pedicure and gel manicure & leaving tip because it’s a service... however don’t tell me that next time I come to bring cash even when I say I never carry cash. Do not inconvenience me, make me go to my bank or pay a fee at the ATM because you don’t want to pay a fee for the tip I leave. If you’re a business owner, it’s your responsibility to let your workers know that if a customer leaves a tip it’s only fair that the fee be applied to their tip.. but you don’t say that to the customer, twice after they said they don’t carry cash, while looking down and filing your own nails.There’s 2 other nail salons in one block radius and probably 2 more further up Yonkers Ave. won’t be coming back here.

The owner is very impolite and basically kicked us out when it was 7:30. She rushed the whole process and didnt fix my nails the way I wanted them. She treats her workers without respect and expects them to be like her. My nails dont look the same, they are chunky and feel horrible. They are also very expensive for something like this.

I walked in, watched her set up, and walked right back out. Every tool she pulled out to service me looked dirty and used. Even the PAPER TOWELS she placed on the table had dirty wet handprints. A bowl of liquid (not sure if it was rinse water or nail Polish remover) was cloudy with chunks of someone elses scraped off gel nailpolish floating in it.Scary. Run away.

First time there and had a terrible experience I got a full set for 47$ which I never pay but you think when u pay that money it will be nice no my nail lifting up 3 days after I got it done I went back to get it fix she said ok pay now I said I will pay you nothing because that shouldn’t happen and she rushed it when she fixed over terrible place if u ask me high priced
