Completely terrible experience. DO NOTTTT GO THERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE! I went there to receive a French tip. They insisted on doing gel. I have different shapes. Wide nails not even leveled. As soon I mentioned it they refused to redo it. The lady rushed me out of the chair after she told me if she fixes it my nails would look ugly. After spending $60 before I even got in my car the thumbs gel starting peeling back. When I woke up in the morning the rest of my nail already peeled and chipped off. Terrible service and they won’t help. Never going back!

This was by far the worst nail salon I have gone too. They first of all did not paint my nails right. I wanted red with a simple design and they said they could do it. Then After I’m done the nails had spots not fully painted and the skin had polish. Worst of all they used the nails stickers and it came with lots of wrinkles and said they were done. Highly recommend NOT to come here.

Me and my mom have been coming to Bellas for years, its definitely one of our very favorite spots. Ive never experienced the bad quality that these reviews mention. The employees are so kind, this place deserves better than 2 stars. Maybe your nail tech was having a rough day?

Love this place! I’ve been going for the past year.

I really like this salon. They always have availability, and everyone there is friendly. I have gotten really nice pedicures, and also regular and gel manicures. This pic is of a gel manicure I got 2 weeks ago before I gave birth to my daughter that is *still* in near perfect condition, even after lots of hand washing and washing bottles 24/7! I see a lot of people complaining on here, and it seems most of them wanted more complex work done. I don’t know if this is the place for that, but as far as regular or gel manis/pedis, it’s amazing! They also have a special- Monday through Weds regular mani/pedi is $25.

I came here on a Tuesday for a pedicure and a manicure which was $25.00 - the price was good, but the service was bad. The girl who did my toes didnt even scrub my feet all she did was clean around the nails, I said to her what about the scrub she said that was an extra $10.00. I never, ever been to a nail salon that doesnt scrub your feet. I didnt even get a manicure because I was so disappointed with the service of my feet. She finished my feet less than 25 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACKTHERE AGAIN!

I asked for Le Chat perfect match and the two colors did not match. I didn’t realize until they applied both colors that it did not matched. Very disappointed. Also when a white customer entered an Asian worker made sure to make me feel uncomfortable by stalking the Hispanic worker doing my feet.

Way too expensive

Ive been going her for a couple of months now. Only Sugi does my nails because I love how detailed she is. I’m flexible in terms of pedicure amyone can do my feet there and overall I really enjoy it.

I came here to get my acrylics removed and since i’m young they ripped me off. they charged me $10 over the original price and when i left about an hour later i called to ask the price to remove acrylics to see if i was scammed and i was! i went back to get my $10 back and they offered to do a service to make up for taking my $10 and when i refused and just wanted the money back they had a nasty attitude

They are very inexperienced. The tech didnt clean tools before using it on another customer. She didnt speak English so She didnt know how to follow instructions. Try Visual Nails on Tuckahoe for exceptional service.I left in the middle of pedicure to go to Visual Nails

I dont know.. I always get awesome pedis here! Theyre really friendly and skilled. I always get the spa pedi and I feel amazing after and my feet look great!

Nasty unprofessional ask the lady for a refund had ask like ten time say she fix finally got my refund but had to fight to get it plus is unsafe no one had mask on I just posted the pic of the nail they thought was okay for 60 dollars

BELOW AVERAGE WORK/OVERPRICED. Example? Basic nail polish paint for an 8 y.o = $25.00. Overall spent close to $200.00 for services you would normally pay $80 for altogether. Never, ever coming back here again.

BEWARE!! If I could put a minus number I would . I have spent last 4 hours soaking off the toenails that this place convinced me to put on my fingernails. I asked for Ultragel and when they told me that this was sooo much better (they didnt have the Ultra) I got placed in the chair and they started to paste on the epoxy. By the time I realized the disaster that was taking place I had so much on that it couldnt be stopped. For a mere $100 (didnt tell me that when I got railroaded) with upkeep every 2-3 weeks of $40..this venture would be ~ $3000 in 6months which they told me would last ! . 2 weeks later with 1 nail loosened and almost pulling off my real nail, the others chipping and loosened, I have bought the acetone and am soaking off this product that has destroyed everything underneath. BEWARE of pushy, dishonest Nail salons. My nails are now a wreck and will take MONTHS to heal.

If i could rate 0 stars i would, DONT EVER IN YOUR LIFE GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! They dont know how to do acrylic at all. My friend and i went to the salon and i was disappointed with the nails they gave me i continuously told the worker i did not like the nails and she kept trying to fix them. The women made my cuticles bleed and was very rough, as i refused to pay full price they locked me inside of the store and two workers snatched my friends cell phone out of her had while scratching and ruining her paint job, we offered 50$ as they tried to charge me 80$. They laughed and took pictures of us while we are both only 16 yrs old. We got our nails done Tuesday and its Thursday afternoon and 3 of my nails popped off i proceeded to pop off the rest and it took very little effort to do so. Worst service ever, very disrespectful workers and their prices for silk extension (which was really just crazy glue and rubbing alcohol) are unbelievable. Never coming back here again and i might just sue them for yanking my friend around as if she were a puppet. I hope no one goes through my experience but if your looking for high quality nails that will last you most certainly go to any other place but here, youre better off getting your nails done by a ten year old

So I came to the salon for a quick pedicure and it was horrible first they told me they would take me right away I waited a half hour my pedicurist didnt talk English and it was very hard to communicate the workers were sitting around it wasnt a good experience. The atmosphere is very nice but not the service and I forgot to mention its very pricy 10/10 dont recommend

Clean pleasant great ambiance

I came Im because I wanted a simple thing done and I showed her the picture she said np I can do it I sat down and she started soaking my nails I asked why she said its better if you get a new set I said no just fill it she started shaving of everything off my nail and I went on to ask why she said better filling she ended up breaking my nails and had to glue on 4tips wrapped another nail she broke.to top it off I had gel put on and when I washed my hands the color came off and one of my nails fell off 2hrs after I left .They charged me $60 worse experience ever.She had me there 2 1/2hours so it could fall apart in 2hrs

Terrible. Unhappy employees, sloppy sloppy work. She left my old nail polish on my.toes and tried to paint over it because it was the same color. I had to ask her to take off the old first. The pedicure experience was terrible.

I went there the first time to treat myself to a manicure and I left my nails were dry but by the time I got home it was all peeling off.
