Great place to do your nails n not too expensive

I got my nails and feet done and was disappointed. The lady who did my feet left nail polish on my cuticles, she didnt file my toenails straight. The lady who did my nails the acrylic and nail polish was left on my skin. I had to come home and straighten my toenails and scrape off the gel polish on the sides of my hands. If its not Julie specifically doing your nails dont even waste your time because the other women in there do very sloppy work.

I went there the other day to do my nails with my husband and sister. I had a good experience there. My husband got a pedicure. He liked it too. They have an ATM machine also. I give it a 5 stars because they were so nice, I called them before I left the house and asked if I need to make an appointment. They said no you can come in anytime. They greeted me in and I didn’t even have to wait long. It was a busy day for them also. They had a lot of customers. But they took care of everyone and was nice to everybody. I know I’ll be going there the next time also. My sister like it also. She’s said she’ll be going there too.

Julie is a wonderful friend and also does the most beautiful nail designs you havent ever seen anything you bring to her she can duplicate Ive known her for many years and her service is excellent and her employees are very courteous and sweet may the Lord bless Julie and her business

I love this place

I got a gel manicure today. The nails had bubbles, the color wasn’t placed evenly, and the nails weren’t filed evenly. I had never been to this salon before and the manicurist was very rude. I asked to redo the nails with the bubbles ( 4 of them) and she did but they still didn’t look good. The picturesare the final look. Needless to say I wasted $20. Never again.

Only place I love I live deep in the bronx and I go all the way out there just for to go there

HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE... i only gave 4 stars because it’s only cash ... they don’t have a payment machine to use card ...she did a decent job

Everyone is beautiful especially Julie and Lulu! I have been going there for over 7 years. And it’s slim to nothing Julie can’t do. And if she’s not sure we YouTube it. I am NEVER disappointed at this establishment 1 million stars to them here!

Well they tell you one price then when you are done its a whole different price and a horrible paint job and she did not clean them or anything I will never go there again or recommend anybody to go there

Julie is the only one doing great! Pricing could be more considerable for customers ..a bit too pricey

I loved my acrylic nails they were really cute even tho I didn’t like the service too much

My first experience was pretty decent at this place. No complaints. Went back there again thinking it would be the same thing. I normally wouldnt review on things like this, however, this seems to deserve it. I got a gel manicure (bottle says lasts up to 21 days) I realized a base coat wasnt put on but didnt say anything thinking she knows what shes doing and maybe its a little trick of the trade. Well, Friday (2 days later) I had to go back and get a nail redone cause it completely peeled off. Okay...things happen, didnt even mind. NOW, another nail chips pretty bad and I have to go back YET AGAIN on Sunday to get it fixed. I probably would have let it go but the girl then turns to me with an attitude and says okay, this is the last time. If anything chips again it will cost you $3??? I tried to explain that she forgot to do the base coat and I think that was the problem and she argued with me. Low and behold my gel manicure from Wednesday was completely chipped and I needed to go to another place by Tuesday. We all know that things happen and that is fine but we also know that getting our nails done can be expensive so we expect to be pleased. Just fix my nail without an attitude and dont threaten charging me if I have to come back so you can fix a mistake that you had originally made!

So I went about a week and a half ago and I got a Spanish lady, she was nice but not focus on her job at all... she was watching Netflix on her phone ! I was in a rush I said let me give it a try.. VERY disappointed! My nails were bumpy and I’m even! So I went back today only to get Julie the owner, I waited for her and told her about my expirience and she was very nice and her work fabulous!!!! I’m so grateful I went back! See for your self the difference!

Nails looked horrible when finished. Left frustrated. Dont do pedicures there either, the girl doesnt know what shes doing.

Julie does a great job at shape and gel manicures but is ok at designs and nail art. I wouldnt come here for pedicures either just Full sets or Fill ins.

Got my nails done n asked for a coffin shape nails got charged 5$ more and it dont even look coffin and also some nails are longer than the other.

Even though it get crazy from time to time they always remain humble.

Julie is very rude, did a horrible job on my nails and told me i had to pay for her to fix them. customer service there is terrible . will never spend my money there again..
