Have had trash service with them for over two yeare. They were fine at first. Now our dumpster gets emptied maybe twice a month if were lucky. Last time I called they said our route was being audited because they expected better and they did come two weeks in a row after that, but are now slacking again. It costs too much for a service that we are not getting. Sometimes theyll grab a couple bags off the top of the dumpster. Several times weve had to pile it up and hope the neighbors dogs or other animals dont dig it out before the truck shows up. Its beyond ridiculous.

Ive been trying to recieve service with them for about a month now! wont answer their phone, wont return phone calls.

For over six months we have been trying to resolve an issue, good luck getting a call back and getting your issue resolved.

We have used their services for many years. Great group of employees from the staff gathering the receptacles to the office personnel!

Excellent service! Sun, rain, snow they have never missed a day. The drivers are so polite and kind. They even get my cart if I forget to set it out. They are very much appreciated!

The Workers have always been very nice to me and I really appreciate it. The secretaries and the Trash people have always helped and been kind. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. i certainly recommend them.

I dont know my drivers name, but I live between Warner and webber, Ive talk to him and hes been picking up my trash for 4 years, hes a good man and worker

They have never missed a day in the 20 years they served us, thats more than I can say about being late on my bill and not being charged a late fee. Plus, they call you if your trash is not out, and, let you know if a holiday will change your pick up date. Thank you for a great service and the uplifting message on your statements.

Drivers get confused on which houses to pick up and will drive halfway down your driveway then back out...
