Ive used Suds Deluxe a few times for a quick car wash, and they did a fine job. However, it wasnt until I took my mother-in-laws car in for a pre-trade-in detailing did I truly see what they are capable of!Johan, who I believe is the manager, and Carolina, who did the detailing for us, were PHENOMENAL! I couldnt believe that it was the same car! They even cleaned the engine compartment and restored the headlights. No question that they were able to get us 10-20% more trade in value for the car after the detailing work that they did.So, fast forward 2 weeks...my mother-in-law scuffed up the front bumper 1 day before we were to bring it to the dealer. I stopped by for a quick wash and Johan was able to use the buffer for a minute and the scratches were GONE!I cant stress enough how the employees really make the difference here. They work so hard, and take such great care of your car. We are now customers for life!

I want to highlight the outstanding job done by the Suds Deluxe car wash team.  My car interior needed a good detailing in general, and additional work due to some spillages.   The manager, Johan, and expert detailers Carolina and David, went above and beyond in making sure the car was just perfect!   This took extensive additional effort (I had underestimated how much work was needed) at no increase in charges, making everything beautiful.    A big shoutout to Johan, Carolina, and David - I was very pleased and will return in the very near future.  Thank you very much!

Great experience getting my car washed here. Audi was extremely attentive and friendly talking through the different options and making sure I knew where the snacks were while I waited. The workers did a great job cleaning my car and were very attentive as well. I highly recommend this place!

New ownership of what has been a great car wash for a long time. They seem very friendly, and they do a good job, but this place has always been a little slower than average. But thats good, if you want people to spend extra time on your vehicle.

This car wash is great. I’ve been going here over a year on their monthly exterior premium wash and I’ve have had nothing but great experiences. The manager, Lulu, runs a great crew here and they are a pleasure to deal with. Monthly customers seem to skip the line and get out of there routinely way faster than one time customers which is such a pleasant surprise considering I’ll get my car washed here weekly. Keep up the great work team. Also, Terrence in the auto shop is a stud also. 👍🏼

I took my Suburban in for detailing. The whole car was frankly a mess. The interior and carpet was really bad. They worked really hard on it and showed evident concern about me being happy with the result. I was - whole new car inside and out. They did an amazing and very thorough job. Definitely recommend.

Great car wash. Everyone is always polite, professional and does a great job except for one young gentleman, Conley. Conley goes above and beyond paying extra close attention to details. He is AWESOME!

I was just there today for a car wash (this was my second visit) for the $45 managers special. On my first visit: front to back, top to bottom, it looked like my car had just come off the showroom floor, so I chose Suds again based on that. Though this time, I wasn’t quite as impressed. They were very busy, I understood and could see that when I got there, and I was told there would be a long wait, but I needed it done and was happy for the downtime knowing they would do an awesome job. Lulu worked on my car after the vacuum and wash and did a great job, only missing a few things that I didn’t notice before I left, so I worked on those myself after I got home. Overall, my car looks nice, though I wasn’t pleased with the vacuuming that was done, especially in the rear cargo area - there was quite a bit of debris left around the edges and corners (and on flat surfaces) and in the cabin area as well. With the up charge for the manager’s special, I was told that my rubber mats would be hosed off until thoroughly clean and hung to dry before putting them back. However, I feel like that service was missed, the mats were still dirty when I shook them out and wiped them off at home. I don’t think that I got the package I paid for, and maybe got the lower priced deluxe package instead. I’ll try Suds again and hope for the original awesomeness I experienced on my first visit before joining their monthly program, which is a good deal. Overall, I’d say that the staff is very nice and very accommodating - they work hard, and again, they were busy, though I still feel like they could have done better, and the package I paid for wasn’t what I received or what I expected for the price.

This place takes a little extra time but they do a fantastic job on my truck. Prices are reasonable but not incredibly cheap or anything. They work on my vehicle by hand but they also have a drive-through car wash

I was here like a month ago and when I was greeted inside and when I was paying the front lady (whom was very nice) she kept trying to swipe my card and I guess it wouldn’t swipe right and then this other lady (which I’m guessing is a manager, I think her name is Lulu) snatched MY CARD from her hands and swiped it herself in such a rude manner infront of me. I was BAFFLED that she would treat someone she was training for the position like that. I will not return here if that is how MANAGEMENT is treating their employees. Their vacuuming is not that great either. Ive overheard the same woman and another man tell the employees to just vacuum a little and to not really put much work into vacuuming. Obviously if I’m PAYING for vacuuming services I want it to be done well, not just the bare minimum that the managers encourage here.

Talk to Terrance to get your oil changed. They will take care of you and you wont have to wait two to three hours at the dealerships for oil change. More importantly they do honest work that is hard to find.

I’ve always had exceptional service at Suds. Lulu and her team are very professional, fast and skilled at what they do. The staff go out of their way to accommodate their customers. The monthly service programs are affordable and efficient when you need a quick wash without getting out of your vehicle. Wasn’t sure if I’d use the unlimited monthly car wash when asked by the attendant. I tried it for several months and honestly, am so pleased with the customer service I wouldn’t consider canceling. They are excellent, 10+ satisfaction.

Great car wash and great value. Only downside is there isnt a free vacuum for the express side.

I have been coming to this place for a while now and I dont think I have ever driven off disappointed. I was pretty happy with the old management, but since the new group took over I have been really impressed. The introduction of the monthly plan was great one thing I was really looking for previously.They are also very consistent, so d washes you get a much better result on a Saturday vs a Tuesday afternoon. These guys seem to do a quality job no matter what. I do pay for the deluxe monthly package but to it seems worth it.Some times getting the car through takes longer than I would like, but i think that is usually just a function of them doing a quality job. As I said all in all I have never been disappointed driving out.I am pretty particular about car washes and the amount of time I have been coming here and the distance I drive for a wash speaks to the great job they do.

This guys are fast and always polite. They recommend additional service but are not pushy if you don’t decide to do the recommendations.

We have the unlimited wash plan and it is definitely worth it. They do a great job on the outside and then wipe the windows and car down after the carwash. Very good experience here!

Were very interested in the appearance and care of our cars (2000 BMW & 2020 Highlander) and Suds Deluxe on RR 620 puts other full-service carwashes to shame. Turtle service compares to full detail job elsewhere. Last trip they buffed out a paint transfer that would gave cost $600+ in a body shop.

I went in to get an oil change and he told me it would be a waste of money because my oil and filter are still looking really good.He diagnosed an oil leak and showed me exactly where my leak is and how to get it fixed right!Amazing place!

This is by far the best detail and service dept in Lakeway! Terrence in the lube center has kept my vehicles running perfectly for years and has me in and out in a flash. I had a great detail today that got all of the scratches out and made a 10 yr old car look brand new. Ask for Joe and Lulu. They took such good care of me and I will be a customer here for life. A+++

Got an oil change from groupon. Came with a free car wash. My truck looked gorgeous when it was done. A week later I realized I had oil leaking from the filter. I called them up Gabriel took care of it for me no problem. Awesome service. I will definitely be back!

They did the best job this week of cleaning our 2 cars in as long as I can remember.

They always do a fantastic job cleaning my car at Suds! Very thorough cleaning, inside and out. The kids love watching the car go through the wash:) The free popcorn is a hit!

Had a groupon for oil change and free car wash and vacuum. They did a mediocre basic carwash. Cant even tell they vacuumed. Charged me $20 for extra qt of oil. Just to get the price back up there. I have a small car.Total was $80 for oil change!Never going here again. Do not recommend!

Went to the car wash today, they did a mediocre job at best. There were about 4-5 people waiting when I arrived, took almost an hour for a basic wash and clean. Looks like they vacuumed out the inside but didn’t wipe the dash or anything down. Suggest looking elsewhere if you want a quality job done.

I’ve been unimpressed with Suds since they took over for Arbor. Prices seem too high or they are just not telling me all the options. I purchased a one month unlimited pass so I’ll report back after that.

RIPOFF alert!!! This place is piece of bull. I was there this morning for an oil change, and the guy tells me, itll cost $100 for the synthetic oil. I LOLed and said, I did only the conventional oil since I purchased this car. He challenged me to prove that I got conventional oil change before. I showed him the receipt from the dealership showing that I got conventional 5w30. He simply didnt want to put that oil. What the frok. I wasted my time and gas to drive down there. I dont know why, all these oil change places just want to rip people off. Luckily I do sometimes change oil myself. I just did not have enough time for it this time. I guess, I will continue to do it myself. I wish these people go bankrupt before scamming people.I do not recommend this place to anyone. Just go to some reputed ones. They might upsell you stuff, but atleast they wont deny service that you wanted.

This place takes FOREVER. They do a good job, but be prepared to give up 40 minutes to an hour of your day...for a car wash.
