Human touch is my personal favorite car wash. They take a little longer than the automatic car washes, however I do believe the end product us better. The people here pay close attention to detail and every time Im left feeeling very satisfied. I do think they simply do a better job on the interiors as well.Be prepared to wait in line depending on the time of day. But try them out, you will be happy.

I have been coming here for years and they do an excellent job. If they miss a spot (which could happen cause they are human) they have no problem doing it again. And the price is reasonable.

Favorite Car wash they do everything with a personal touch. Been going there for over 15 years. Also quick service. Its like they attack the dirt on your vehicle until its clean😁

I got the $16 wash which includes interior vacuuming and window cleaning (I think there are 4 options, I got the 2nd to cheapest) took a while. almost 30 min. also everything was done between %60-%80 so still have some crumbs inside, windows arent perfect, and the dirt on the outside is a lot less visible but mostly still there. looks good from a distance, tires and rims done well. (also i just think its more fun to be in the car during the wash which they dont do)

Terrible job! Not recommended.Will not return!Wasted $.They hurry & do only main surface.They didn’t clean Cup holders, under carpet, behind steering wheel, window controls, door handles & more.They put the floor/shoe paper to cover up the dirt that they don’t clean/vacuum.

Good car wash. Not very detailed oriented. Dirt left around and under my carpets. The car was dried well however. Not so carefull cleaning the dash and interior plastics. Good car wash if you have a sports car or specialized wheels.

Feb 16, 2019 1:36pm Some guy in brown Hyundai and dreadlocks decides to cut in front of the line playing dumb. Until management asked him to get back into the line but instead finds another car in front of me who lets him cut in (again). I pulled out of the line which I was on for 15mins already. I’ll take my money elsewhere where they have a better line system and value my time. You lost two regular customers today.

Its a good place but you have to dry it good your self and do other things on your own for it to be done right. The workers just leave it half done

Didnt feel like my car got washed, i like machines better then hands. For a regular car wash 25 minutes is pretty long.

The service seems to have degraded here. My car is not always as clean as they used to get it. I always find a dirt spot some where along the exterior and its usually along the lower rocker panel areas. And in the interior a much better job was performed in the past. I have slowed my visit because of this and have tried other locations near by. This was my favorite just cause it was as good as if I had done it myself. But not no more, sorry to say.

Horrible experience. I paid for their best wash and the car was not cleaned properly. They didnt blow the crevices out like they said. The women that hand washed the inside of the car, I had to ask them a few times to stop talking, and clean the car. When I went into the car and checked it, there were still many dirty spots I told them its not clean and I paid for the best car wash. Their answer was if I wanted something that should be written on their paper. Although I paid for the best wash and this is simply included in basic cleaning. Dont go waste of time and money!

This by far the best car wash I have ever gotten. Completely cleaned by people, no track car wash, cheapest car wash too. I got the $15 wash, that was the second most expensive. Cleaned inside and out beautifully. These people at Human Touch are hard working Americans. Im coming here every time now. Sick of paying $30 at other places for a half ass job.

They tore my antenna off and scratched the whole side of my truck with their power wash cord. The owner was conveniently unavailable. And 2 days after he finally picked up he says, “there’s no way we did that and I can’t do anything for you.”. Extremely unprofessional and poor business. I used to be a frequent customer, not anymore... please check your vehicles carefully as soon as they come out.
