This company got me out of a jam on a Saturday night!They picked me and my truck up super quick and gave me great recommendations for a auto shop and a hotel while I was unexpectedly staying in Wisconsin Rapids.

Tow truck driver went above and beyond his job. After getting the broken truck loaded he didn’t leave me on a dark road alone to hook up my trailer to my truck. He could of just picked up the truck called on and left me but he didn’t. He made sure I was hooked up and safely off the dark road before leaving the roadside call.Thank you Niemans Towing for always being there when in a vehicle crisis!!! I know when I call I will get above and beyond customer service!

They are very prompt I will give them that but they are very rude!This was my first accident and when I asked a few questions about getting my stuff out of the vehicle the guy on the phone was very short and not helpful at all and then even hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying thank you!!

Niemans towing service helped me escape my situation with no damage. I was parking along a county rd when the weight of my camper was more than the edge of the road would hold. My 43 ft camper weighs almost 20k and they helped me get back on the road with absolutely no damage at all!! Highly recommend these guys for any towing needs. Very professional!! Thanks again guys!! Very, very good guys. I stocked in a ditch with my 18 wheeler truck 🚛, called them to help me out, and they showed up in 10 minutes. I was completely loaded 44 000 pounds of sugar. It took them only 15 minutes to pull me out. The price was not high . I am completely satisfied. 😃.

Ended up being moved five feet, as I was stuck in the snow. Charged 150.00. I could not afford and they threatened to take my vehicle. Had to give them my debit card as collateral. Called to find out their hours, as I had stopped by at 5:30 to pay. Saw their hours as 9 to 6 pm. Called to ask and was told 9 to 5. Rude man on the line said they dont take orders when I suggested they change that.Dont use niemans.

Niemans is the best place for towing in central Wisconsin. It might be a couple dollars more than a competitor, but they by far are better and can do more than anyone in the area.

I was unexpectedly towed by neimans towing due to the city’s rule for the snow emergency. When I went to get my car I paid a whopping $105. When I went to get my car, a loud clunky noise was coming from around my rear tire. I went back inside to ask them to look at it, because my car never made such a noise before. The man told me that it was just ice stuck in my tire. I continued on my way after I scraped all snow from my tire. And found out that my whole muffler was damaged and my whole tail pipe was bent in a 360. I don’t recommend going there.

Niemans is very dependable! I contacted them and they had a driver sent out within 10 minutes. We needed a wooden shed moved and they didnt argue once about having an issue doing it. The driver was very nice and sociable and took very good care of our shed to be sure they didnt wreck anything. I will be a niemans customer no matter what. Thanks guys.

Very professional, took care of our tow. 4am and 1 of our tires fall off the 16 flatbed we run. Our truck went on their flatbed, and they towed our trailer with a swinger on it. Would use again, but hope I dont need to.
