This is only my emergency spot. They DO NOT clean your toes the right way for 25 damn dollars. They dont cut your cuticles thoroughly either. I go to a certain spot in the upper bronx and they take out ingrown nails and clean very thoroughly.

For a small place thats always busy, I like the clean and speedy service they provide. I usually stick with a basic mani & pedi and never had any issues. Thank you!

I have been looking for a nail place close to my home since moving up here from Long Island. I found Pretty Nail and decided to give it a try. Kim and Miriam were so friendly, welcoming, and Miriam did an amazing job on my pedicure. She didnt rush and made sure the color was what I wanted before finishing the rest of my nails. The color stayed on and there were no missed spots or streaks. I will definitely be coming back here.

Second time to get pedicure and my last. My idea of pedicure is getting my feet pampered fo at least 20 minutes. Took less 10 minutes no message grumpy insufficient girl had not a clue. Been getting pedicures 20 years some are better than others. This was the worst and had nerve to charge $20.00.Will never go back plus the place is filthy dirty

I walked in and they greeted everyone but me while I stood standing waiting to ask for service. Then I was told people who came after me (we were both walk ins) were before me and I had to wait 40 minutes to fix a broken nail. Customer service was horrible. Needless to say I left with no service clearly they didn’t deserve my patronage.

Got a mani & pedi a while back & ended up with fungus on both a nail & a toenail. Thank goodness I caught it time to treat it early. My daughter went here twice and I once for eyebrows, neither of us liked the end result & my daughter broke out both times which she doesnt with any other salon weve been to. I Do not recommend this salon.

She start with my nails and she stop doing my nails because she wanna do other lady and she told I have to wait 30 mins so unprofessional

Absolutely horrible .. I got tips and THE NEXT DAY it broke. She had no idea what she was doing ... And on top of that she over charged me !! I dont recommend this place to anyone!
