I love my nails, the reason for only 3 stars is because i had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for them to be done. yesterday would’ve been my 5th time coming here and everytime they get more expensive even though i get the same thing. not sure why. i had an appointment for 3 and i was told i could come in early so i came in at 230 they got started and then stopped to help someone else. didn’t continue until 305 and the girl i had kept having to leave to help someone else with their nails. didn’t leave until 4. other than that i have no issues, they all seem very nice.

They got me in quick for a same day apt. A received my manicure while getting my pedicure from two really nice ladies. They did a great job. It was less than $100 dollars for a gel full set and pedicure. And it was the fastest mani/pedi ever...and it still looked fabulous!

THE BEST!!! This is the only place I will go to get my nails done.. and I live about an hour away! T has literally performed magic on my nails and they have never been so healthy! They take the time to really make sure you are 100% happy with what you get.. and if you aren’t satisfied.. they are more than willing to fix it ☺️💅

I am from Washington DC here working in the area. I have traveled extensively all over the country with my job and hands down Suki (spelling ?) one of the owners is the most artistic wonderful nail technician Ive ever experienced. His work is impeccable and I cannot go anywhere with out someone commenting on the beauty of my nails.What an amazing surprise being that I had no expectation of anything close to this gem of a nail salon. AMAZING

Fabulous nail salon. I got in the same day I requested, was very well taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff was super friendly. Called me by name and did exactly as I asked. Nails turned out perfect. T did my nails and I will be returning for sure. She polished my nails ALL THE WAY DOWN! LOVE THAT. Was just passing through and desperately needed a fill. Had a pink and white fill (didnt realize that it was passé) My goodness! I wish this salon was closer to my home. Staff was nice and friendly but more importantly--my nails looked fantastic! PLUS it has been 4 weeks and they look as good as when I left the salon-no chipping or lifting. THANK YOU

I was a walk in and am new to the area. I have found my pedicure home. They truly focus on customer satisfaction and my individual needs. What a wonderful pedicure and manicure. Rachel did an incredible job ..... my pedicure is slightly challenging due to some great toe issues - she did an awesome job. I just wanted my cuticles on my hands to be cleaned up - she did the best cuticle removal I have ever had. Great place. I will be back.

Not the type of guy that worries much about getting pedicures or manicures. However my first experience with getting a pedicure was fantastic! Not what I expected 😅...Employees are all friendly and make you feel part of their team/family which makes it comfortable to interact with each other. Definitely worth goin there and getting your pedicures and/or manicures done..

Worst nails ever and I’ve been doing them 22 years! They have no clue how to do dip!!! Oh and let me tell you what they charged me, two people $105- 50$ for SHORT barely nothing dip and $50 for a “dip” fill- ummmm NO! No place In the 5 states I’ve lived in charges 50$ for a “fill” and my nails look like a title wave! How do you charge 50$ for a new set and $50 for a fill on the exact same thing??????? You don’t! Also, Uneven and lifting near cuticle - they didn’t even blend in to cuticle so now the out grow looks horrible!!! They claim they know what they are doing, I’m so sorry but you need classes and not you tube! They think they can charge what ever they want! They have prices up but charge 20$ more for who knows what?????

I’ve been going to this place since I turned 10! I’m now 20! The staff are so fun and exciting. They always know how to make my experience awesome! I will continue to go here for as long as I can!

Love the nails I got done my last three visits and the feet one. The customer service is awesome. They make you feel welcome there and do you want you have for a idea or they help you to pick what to do. They also visit with you while you are they. I will keep coming going to there. I reccomend t nails to anyone and you will love it.

Absolutely the best place!! So accommodating! I love that they talk to their clients and not just each other. They really want to give each person what they want. It’s relaxing, even when they are super busy!

I am what you would call a regular. that doesnt mean I havent checked out the competition, and it doesnt compare. Ive visited other salons that give me what I ask for but the best quality of product comes from T nails. I havent been to another nail salon that can give me the same professional quality that Ive come to expect from T nails. Simply put, if you visit any other nail salon you will end up disappointed

The first time I came to this place I had to we wait 20min for another person to come do my nails even though I had made an appointment. Today I called and made an appointment and got told I would have to wait an hour and a half.... Mind you I had to drive 30 min just to get there. I definitely will not be returning to this nail shop!

I have recently moved here and was unfortunate enough to stop at another salon to get a manicure and pedicure. The environment was very uncomfortable and while I am respectful of people speaking their native language, a salon is not the place to do it. I then tried T Nails and was impressed by the owners, the atmosphere, and the quality of their work. I will continue to patronize T Nails!

The people here are so friendly and nice! They do a great job and stand behind their work. They have helped me repair poor quality work from other places I have gone to on occasion.

Brought in a 6 person wedding party and they had 5 workers in to accommodate us and get us done fast. Quality work at a good speed and very friendly!

Not impressed. Guy doing my pedicure barely did anything with my feet or nails; then he didnt have more nail polish of the one i wanted and couldnt open a new nail polish bottle $50 not spent well

My friend and I have been giving our business to T Nails (strip mall next to Cricket and Great Clips) in Worthington, MN for over 5 years. My friend is especially loyal and has referred many friends and family their way. We will no longer be doing business there as the customer service is nonexistent. During our pedicures, my friend had an ingrown toenail and expressed that she wanted the nail ends filed, instead they must have been trying a new technique using a drummel and pointy sharp metal instrument to grind out the ingrown toenails?? Long story short, the instrument cut my friends toe and it would not stop bleeding for almost 20 minutes. Accidents happen, but to have the technician blame the customer by saying she moved was really in poor taste. And what is more? They offered her 10 dollars off her deluxe pedicure which didnt even get done properly due to the excessive bleeding. 10 dollars off to a customer that has been a loyal patron for over 5 years. Neither one of us will go back nor will we reccomend them to anyone. Go to this salon at your own risk, and make sure you have an updated tetnus shot if they break out the needle!! Are they even licensed to use such a thing???

Theres a young man I think is the owner he does not listen. When you tell him how you want your nails he always does what he wants and thats what I dont like hes sad they pretend like they dont understand you all day hear you right but they dont they need to put attention to the customers because they eat what the customers pay to them so be good listeners and do what the customer asked for

Ive been to many nail salons.... T Nail isBy far my favorite, they will talk with you and go above and beyond for you! They really know what they are doing. Such a clean and inviting atmosphere. My nails havent ever looked this good. This is now the only place my girls and I will go! Drive from sheldon,ia is so worth it!

The acrylics applied to my fingers hurt immensely for the following week. I personally have never experienced pain after a pedicure. The clean-up done afterwards was sloppy, and a couple of my nails were crooked.
