I got my hair cut by Ariana. Im very happy with the work that she did and how friendly and attentive she was. While waiting in the store, I noticed that the atmosphere was very energetic and cheerful. The customers and hair dressers were talking and joking but at the same time service was being completed within 15 minutes. I will recommend this place to all my friends!

I am not from this area and I was in need of a haircut. I decided to go to Sports Clips at Birkdale Village and I am very happy with my decision. I was greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming environment. I only had to wait about 2 minutes as a Walk-in. Brandy was the barber that cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and personable. She was quick but did not rush. I truly enjoyed my time there. I recommend Brandy and Sports Clips.

Came here with my kids because Snip-its was closed for some unknown reason & was very pleasantly surprised. Chelsea was very friendly & did an amazing job on my sons haircut!

I always go see Tara. Shes cuts it exactly how its supposed to be done every time. Very professional and great at her job.

I made an appointment and was taken back by Tera within a few minutes. She was urgent in her work showing that she was concerned about my time and my experience there. Tera had a great attitude and was very happy about her work making the entire experience simply wonderful. Tera could be a great trainer for any customer service business, her ready to serve mindset was awesome!

The website is not good at all. Maybe consider making it user-friendly.

Emily did a great job listening to what I was looking for and did a exceptional job. I am very happy with my hear cut and always leave feeling better than when I went in.

Stylist was very friendly, provided excellent service, and the cut was spot on. She made it extremely comfortable given our current conditions of having to wear masks. After reading the good reviews I decided to go to this place instead of a high-priced hair studio. I was pleased with everything about this shop from the start. It was clean, comfortable and seemed to follow the current COVID safety protocols. I had no wait and was seated right away.The one thing I should have known from past experience with discount chain hair salons is that no matter what you tell them you want, you end up with a clean, crisp bankers haircut.I came out of covid hibernation to get my first haircut in 8 months. Being retired and a ’60’s child, I haven’t had longer hair since the ’60’s and ’70’s. When asked, I told the stylist I would like it a bit longer yet ended up looking like I was ready for a job interview. In other words, a good, cookie-cutter haircut.Thought the cut was expertly done by a very skilled person it really wasn’t what I asked for.That’s probably on me for expecting a premium haircut from a non-premium facility.For anyone else who wants a crisp, tidy and very well done standard haircut at a very good price, this is your place.

I checked in online with an appointment time of 11:52. Checked in 10 minutes early and still sat there until 1pm waiting. Worst experience ever and wouldnt return if they paid me.

If you are a guy and you’re not super picky about your haircut you might as well go here. It is so much cheaper than a normal salon and you can usually just walk right in and get your haircut without waiting. Kaitlynn is awesome. I travel from Newton, NC to Huntersville just to have her cut my hair, and my son’s. Her customer service and attention to detail will keep me coming back every time I need a haircut.

I have mine done here all the time, but the little place weve been taking my 2 yr old grandson was stupid busy 1.5hr wait, so we took him here to sports clips and they were amazing with him. He felt like a big kid and it looked just as I asked them to do, give him a little boys hair cut and its perfect, better then the usual little kids place hes been going to.

My haircut yesterday with Kelcie was outstanding. SHES GREAT! I hadnt been to that Birkdale location in a long time. I normally go to the Lake Norman store. But when I got there I was greeted the second I walked in and my wait was only like 10 minutes. The remodel with opening up that front wall makes the store look awesome too!!!

I had a great expirience! I arrived with two of my friends and an awful haircut that had been growing for about a month. The nice blond haired lady gave me a massage, 2 hair washes and a haircut that made me look like a new man! Great place!

Its really unfortunate that this particular franchise has change from what once was the best place to get a cut. Personable people who knew how to cut hair. I guess the new ownership wants it to be more like a great clips. Do not go here if you want that fresh feeling afterward.Save your money and go to Great Clips.

We went into Sports Clips for the 1st time and were amazed with not only the hair cut but the service we received. The hair stylist was personable and won over my 6 year olds trust immediately. She trimmed his hair quickly and accurately exactly how he wanted it. We were very happy and will be going back again. Its a little pricier but definitely worth it.

Nice experience. The military discount does not apply to the military son even if he has a dependent military identification. Would prefer that it would apply to the son as part of the military family. Other than that, was a nice experience.

My boys and I have been going to Sports Clips in Huntersville for over 9 years. Friendly staff, clean and very convenient. No appointment necessary, just walk in. The new on-line check-in is a great addition. Our preferred stylist has been been Kelli, never had a bad experience/haircut since I started going there.

Use the app to book appt ahead of time and even select the stylist. They can make notes about the haircut you like, so you get a consistent cut even when your favorite stylist is out. Hot towel on your face while getting a shampoo afterwards is quite nice.

I had never experienced anything like this, what with getting basic haircuts all of my life. Having someone wash and rinse my hair was odd at first, but was extremely relaxing! The stylist picked up on my mood immediately and put me at ease with a friendly laugh and understanding of my initial hesitations. I will DEFINITELY BE going back.

After actually LISTENING to want I wanted in a haircut and beard trim Caila gave me a stellar cleanup. She also recommended some things throughout the process based on my face and head shape and she was spot-on with her recommendations.Id definitely recommend this place and Caila in particular. Its the total opposite of the last cut I got at Sports Clips at another location.

What makes a business go down is inconsistency and friction and today, i have gone through both and got my hair butchered. Everytime u walk in, there are new hair dressers. You need consistency in this field of business, once a person finds a good stylist they dont want to go with anyone else, but with this place, everytime you walk in, the whole team changes... this is just ridiculous. And also, hire people who know wth they are doing please... like i have said, just got my hair butchered by your so-called experienced hair dressers.P.S. i have been coming in here for the past 13 months. This was the last.

Sports Clips can be expensive but look for coupons or deals so you can go for a cut and shampoo which leaves you feeling fresh and spiffy. The stylists are friendly and know what you want.
