Whomever is management at the Glendale office should be ashamed of themselves. They got one girl trying to accommodate everyone and I really appreciate her but WHY is there only one person handling this busy office. Get her some help please thank you. the 5 stars are for the front office girl.

Definitely recommend this Solis office. Every person was compassionate and made the experience as painless as possible. The atmosphere of the office was pleasant and relaxing. All my questions were answered as I asked them.

I have a history of breast cancer and have always gone to the Solis location on Camelback where my breast cancer was found. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a Solis located in Glendale close to where I live so I arranged to have my yearly mammogram at this facility.This was a mistake. The mammogram I had in Glendale was the worst mammogram I have ever had. The person giving the mammogram was rude, rough and uncaring. She acted like she was in a hurry and shoved me around during the entire procedure. The mammogram was painful especially in the breast where I had breast cancer. At one point I could feel my lip trembling under my mask. I explained that I have had cancer 3 times and that both my brother and mother died from cancer. She could have absolutely cared less. It was like I said there was lots of traffic on the freeway. I will never, ever go back there again

Staff are friendly and efficient. No wait. Not over booking.

I had a great experience. the staff was very nice and professional and when i went into the exam room, it wasnt painful at all! i was very pleased with the services and will recommend and return to this location.

The lady checking people in was extremely nice. The doctor in the back was rude & inconsiderate. Yelled at my mom for not being bilingual. Definitely won’t be returning to this location because of that.

Never is this procedure a pleasant experience but this facility is fantastic! Spacious, beautifully decorated and new (since August)! I had an early morning appointment and was out in less than thirty minutes. The best part is I received the results within hours!

Staff at faculty was amazing. Have always used Simon Med and was looking for something more personalized. Actual visit was amazing in and out....LOVED actual office. Was told will get results emailed in 24/48 hours maybe even sooner. 7 days later still waiting. Called daily and got the total run around, finally yesterday I was told they where requesting my images from Simon Med. What did you not tell me at the the initial visit and I never signed a record release? And why did you wait until 6 days later to request records and I was never told this in my prior 4 phone calls, I was told you should have it later today... everyday! Sounds like I was forgotten about and should have stay with Simon Med. Very very disappointed ☹️ .

Walking in I immediately felt like I was at the spa! The staff and environment is peaceful and calming. This new technology must be better than the old cuz I was definitely not in pain or discomfort. Thank you Solis for making my first mammogram easy peasy!
