1st time here, visiting Columbus from out of town & picked here due to the great reviews. My friend & I both got pedicures. Friendly staff & great pedicure! Would definitely recommend.....be sure to call for an appointment though!!

It took them 1 hour and 15 mins to get my gel nail polish off and then another 40 to paint my nails. This took way to long. The works never introduced themselves and were not friendly.

Literally the nicest workers and the best service Ive ever had. You wont be disappointed.

I have been searching for a nail salon close to home that is actually relaxing to go to. Needless to say - I found that with Elli Nail Spa. They are incredibly accommodating and super helpful. They have different options to choose from. The place is very clean. I recommend scheduling an appointment. I will definitely be back.

First time here and I was very pleased. My feet are very dry and the treatment was fantastic. My technician was amazing! She massaged my feet and my legs ; the best pedicure I have had!

I loved my experience here but have nothing to compare it with since it was my first time having my nails done.They were pretty badly taken care of by me but I got no grief for it from the pros, lol.Had the quick mani and it was great, even included a nice hand and finger massage.Will definitely go again.

I got a gel manicure. This was only my second gel manicure ever. The first one, from another salon, barely stayed on for a week before it started chipping and peeling. I figured they just werent worth the money. Well my nails are long and stronger so I thought I would give it a shot at Elli which is in my new neighborhood. Ashley worked on my nails. She was absolutely meticulous. I LOVED IT! This is the best manicure Ive ever had, EVER! My nails look perfect - shape and polish. Also, the gel manicure is guaranteed for 7 days by Elli. Cant be that. Ill be back and Ashley is now my go to girl! Thank you!

Love the staff here, and the polish is always fresh and trendy! They understand my unique manicure needs, and do a wonderful job. I also utilize the waxing services, and am always pleased with the results.

My experience at Ellie’s was somewhat bad. The woman who did my nails was extremely rude and harsh on my nails. I went in with a friend and by the time my nails where finished my friend was still getting and polish done. Also I got Gell nails that chipped within 2 days of getting them. I went back in to get them fixed and the same thing happened. I don’t recommend Ellie’s

I came for the first time today and had the best mani/pedi. The experience was so relaxing and the results are beautiful! I was treated with much respect and made to feel special. After my appointment, I learned that the owner himself did my nails- I really enjoyed him the whole time and he was so humble to not even mention that he was the owner. I dont think that Ill ever go anywhere else to get my nails done!
