A total experience is what it was! From the ride in, to the personalized parking near the entrance, to the checking in process, oh then the service! The salon was is bright and beautiful! The technician’s were all friendly and ready to serve. All the way down to the checking out phase not a complaint from me. I am totally blown away and can’t wait to return. Thank you Erin for creating such a space!

Briana is the best massage tech out there. I have so much pain in my lower back from sitting and using a computer at work every day and she knows just how to work out knots with using hard pressure . It always is over too fast, but I feel amazing after. Plus she is genuine and truly cares for her clients. It is great to be able to recommend her to everyone! Then I got a pedicure from Erin. What a down to Earth girl! She really knows her stuff and takes wonderful care of her clients. We had a great conversation while she massaged and polished! It is great to support good people so I would highly recommend checking them out!

I’ve seen both Brianna & Erin for facials and they have both been absolutely amazing! Erin has helped me so much with my acne and has really committed to helping me with my skin! Acne is incredibly frustrating and I felt helpless until I saw Erin & started getting regular facials with her. I would recommend both of these wonderful ladies to anyone!

I found this salon about 4 years when I purchased a Groupon as a new customer. I have been a regular customer ever since! Erin is a fantastic esthetician and talented nail artist. I have never had a gel manicure last as long as hers, today is 4 weeks since my last visit and if my nails hadnt grown out you would not know, they still look great!!

10 out of 5 stars!! Far and away the absolute best manicures I have ever had. Ive tried many different salons, and Erin is IT for me. I will never go anywhere else. Since starting with her, about 8-9 months ago, I have had gel manicures almost non-stop that entire time. My nails are stronger and in better condition than before! I regularly get 3 weeks (sometimes more!) of shiny, chip-less nails for a great price.Her customer service and bedside manner are also lovely, as it is for every salon employee at Rush that I have met. I really feel like I am hanging out with girlfriends and the beauty treatments are a bonus.Other positives...Erin will send a quick text/email even if she is running just 5-10 minutes late. She has knowledge of the science behind all of her services, and sincerely cares about giving her guests the best, highest quality products and services. Rush offers lots of money-saving packages for manicures and combination beauty services, and be sure to stop by one of the Rush Hour-Happy Hour or other beauty-themed parties she hosts!

My wife and I both got manicures and pedicures before we went on a cruise. I had someone On the ship comment that I was so put together, had to be the toes. They did it an amazing job

The service at Rush Image Concepts is second to none. When I arrived for my pedicure, she greeted me warmly. During the pedicure, she was friendly, offering me a drink and making sure I was comfortable. And the bottom line is that the pedicure is amazing. She does a great job in making sure my toes and feet look and feel great. I have bounced around to many different shops looking for a consistently good pedicure. I have found it at Rush Image Concepts!

Rush image concepts is getting back in the swing of things and have earned me back as a customer! After a crazy first of the year they are back and ready to give the best service. After many appointment scheduling issues I finally got scheduled and had the great experience I remember! Always do a great job on my pedicure!

I would have to say that I disagree with the negative comments. The atmosphere is phenomenal. When she went to work on my nails, not only did she work diligently, she gave warm heartfelt conversation. As for results, my nails ended up flawless. Great work and great people are located here.

I got my eyebrows tinted, an acrylic balance and pedicure. I thoroughly enjoyed my service by Tiffany with my eyebrow tint and Lindy who did my balance and pedicure. Her nail art skills are amazing. Great experience and look forward to going back.

I found this gem of a building due to a pop up shop. It has several wonderful little businesses that I did not know were in the area. A masseuse, a full salon, and I believe acupuncture. I will definitely be back

I had a facial at Rush Image in July. The employee did a nice job so I went ahead and prepaid for another facial that was scheduled for August. On the day of my facial, I received a text message about twenty minutes before my appointment letting me know it had been cancelled. I live about 45 minutes away from Worthington, and so I was already almost to the salon. I called multiple times and left voicemails and have never received a refund or a call back. I would avoid this place at all costs! Its extremely unprofessional to cancel on a client right before their appointment with no reason given, especially when the client has prepaid for the service and on top of that never get back with the client to apologize or issue a refund! I definitely would have been a return customer, but after the way I have been treated I will never book an appointment here again.

Will not recommend or use this salon again. My children purchased a Groupon for me to use at this salon. I scheduled an appt and upon arriving at the salon I was advised that I couldnt use my voucher because I had previously used a voucher in June. While I admit I missed the fine print on the voucher regarding this policy, I should have been told about this when the appt was made NOT when I arrived. Very unprofessional.

Had an appointment for two for manis and pedis just before Thanksgiving for myself and a friend visiting from out of town. I received a text confirmation 24 hours before the appointment, but arrived to be told that no one was available and they had been unable to reach me. Clearly my cell number was in the system and I had no missed calls or emails to indicate any attempts were made. Rush Image Concepts ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. I will not honor them with my business.

Dont let the location fool you. Inside, the salon is great. The owner and technicians are very professional and provide excellent services for what is quite a bargain. You could not get this anywhere else.

Exceptional customer service! Very plush environment.. Plenty of parking in rear ..i like back entrance just look for signs.. I get my waxing makeup and nails all in one place!

Absolutely never coming here again. My wife was incredibly disappointed in the service. Her finger nails chipped that night. Her toes chipped two nights later.We would never recommend this salon to anyone.

My nails looked Amazing at first and she really took her time. Overall, loved the atmosphere but the longevity of my mani and pedi was not great. Mani started coming off the next day and pedi came off completely by day 4 (never have had that happen before)... it’s unfortunate because I really loved my appointment there!

Im from Michigan and I traveled to Ohio for an occasion and I stopped in to get my makeup done because I heard they had a makeup artist there. I loved my experience and I also loved my makeup. The environment is very friendly, but still professional. Stop in and see the esthetician!

I visited Rush Imge Concepts last month because I needed help with my skin and removing black heads, I was greeted by Tashona and assured that she would be able to help me on my skin care journey. She wasnt lying, my skin looks beautiful even after the first visit! I immediately rescheduled and cant wait for my next visit.. It made me feel good knowing that the facial she gave me was customized by her specifically for me based on what I needed and not just random things being put on my face!

Me and my wife visited this salon and got facials by Shona, who I was referred to by a friend. The facials were amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable.. She gave great advice for my wife about rosacea and me about exfoliating. We purchased product and have been taking her advice, so far I am loving the results I will definitely be back!

My gel last for 3 weeks.... the STAYING polished is everything is true. Erin always give me more than I expected & certainly more than I received anywhere else

So I have to say this place is in a very remote area.kinda of hard to find.I bought a Groupon for mani and pedicure. Was a nice comfortable set up.And the ladies that worked there seemed very nice just a bit nosey,I mean I heard of making small talk but ok.Polish she used on my toes seemed old because it seemed she was having a hard time w the polish.And Iam sorry but she did hurt both big toes and cut my finger while cutting my cuticles..and it bleed slightly. SHE never apologized she seemed like she was in a hurry..so now 3 days later the Polish is peeling off my big toe,so I know it was old.Overall my experience was not so bad but I suggest you ladies get some kinda fans to dry the toes while your doing nails.I probably would not return. To pricey and too far for me.

They have a horrible scheduling system, and they cancel on you. I even prepaid for a service and Erin did not give me any warning for two very important dates.. my own wedding, and the wedding of my best friend. She just canceled without so much as an Im sorry.Initially i thought because they offered several services which i bought and paid for i had found my salon, but the attitude you get when trying to book appointments is appalling. I asked if there was a problem and got no response. I think it was because I didnt want to purchase the overpriced skin care products they offered that made my face breakout

Awful. This was my first time going to Rush Image Concepts and I will never go back. The first time they cancelled my appointment at the last minute as I was already on my way there. The second time I was told a different time than what they had scheduled me for so I arrived and they werent able to take me. The last and final time I arrived for my appointment, their doors were locked, and no one was answering the doorbell or my phone calls. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally receive a call from them and explained the situation. She told me that the offices where the entrance is are closed on Mondays (no signs posted). She said there was a back entrance which I was never told about and again, no signs posted. Unprofessional customer service.

I’ve been a regular customer at Rush Image Concepts for several years and have loved Erin, the amazing owner for just as long. I started just getting manicures, then amazing nail art, then added pedicures. I’m continually impressed by the ideas she is able to execute and truly feel like I can’t bring anything to her she can’t do. Not to mention her staff that have continued to fill the salon with more talent and services. I was terrified to get my first wax service and was put at ease continually by everyone there, but when it was time for my appointment with Rose, she made me feel incredibly comfortable, catered to my fears and walked me through the entire process. I have since been back several times and each time am blown away by the ease and talent of her service and think back to not long ago when I was terrified to endure something so simple. ( and truly possible for anyone to endure). Which leads me to this week and the prep for my trip to #tahiti. I scheduled weeks ago, (easily and online) for mani, pedi, lash extensions, and several wax services. The week of I was called out to a meeting that couldn’t be missed and needed to juggle around the appointments to no longer be on one day, but two and everyone was so flexible and accommodating. Erin and her staff made it happen and Jessica was ready to move to the following day as well. I left day one with fresh, bare acrylic and wasn’t even worried about it due to Erin’s skilled application and them looking complete and finished even without polish. I returned day two for polish, art and my first lash extension with Jessica. She was amazing. So professional and accommodating I knew the time had come to write up about my continual experience at RIC. I am so impressed with the dream erin has made reality at rush image concepts and enjoy each thing individual ladies bring to the service menu. Customer for life when you are able to deliver that level of customer service and satisfaction.

I bought a groupon for a pedi and it did take a while to get scheduled however it was well worth it it was clean and comfortable and my pedicure was the best Ive ever had I did reschedule before I left to make it easier next time and their parking is in the back !

I got a Groupon for a pedicure service. My appointment was on 12/30/16, perfect right before my new year eve party. My appointment was at 3:00 pm, someone from the salon called me at 1:30 pm, cancelled on me and asked me to reschedule.She said that someone had a baby and they were shorthanded. I understand things happened, but I bet you she didnt have the baby right then, that they had to cancel less than 2 hours of my appointment time. Whatever, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule!My new appointment was 01/09/17 at 3:00 pm. I got to the salon at 2:55 pm. I waited until 3:05, nobody was there. I called the number that was listed there, no answer! I left a voicemail and asked for a call back. I waited there for 30 minutes, and I gave up and left.I went home and found their Facebook page. I contacted them that evening. More than 24 hours has passed and still no answer! Stupid people, I know you have read my message, you just CHOSE not to reply! What a customer service!DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPON. I am trying to find a way to get my money back.

I bought a group on deal, scheduled an apt online, get a call the day of my apt saying they cant do that time, she doesnt know how I booked that apt. So, I reschedule, she cancels again, for scheduling conflicts. Then, for my next apt I call to confirm an hour before, and something happens with building maintenance where she has to cancel, but if I hadnt called her, I would have shown up and no one would have been there.I have never encountered such bad business practices. Luckily, my group on was only $20, but wasted $20 Ill never see again. I would give them 0 stars, but google wont let me.

I had an appointment on May 18 at 11:00 for a mani/pedi with a groupon I purchased. When I arrived there wasnt anyone at the salon nor was it open I called them and left a message asking where they might be and to please call me back. I never heard from them!!!! Obviously this is not a professional salon at all!!! I will continue to let everyone I know whenever I can how i was treated and to not patronize such an establishment. Worse place ever!!!!! I only gave a 1 star because it was the only way to post my review, It doesnt deserve any stars!!!

Purchased a groupn with a friend after waiting and being rescheduled we finally got in a month later, both our manis and pedis were terrible wasnt worth the time. I couldve but lotion on and polished nails.... the didnt even clean under our nails..... the lady was super nice and still got a tip, just no proper training i believe. I still however decided to get a brow wax and the wax was so hot it burned and peeled my skin. Im never going back, i texted the owner my concerns and didnt get any sort of apology. I wish incould give 0 stars only good thing about this place was friendly workers.

My girlfriend got a Groupon here and they had to schedule her two different times after she had already called off work then called and told her they were no longer accepting the Groupon because they are understaffed. Told her she will have to sit on the phone with Groupon in order to get money back. Thats like if I went out and bought an xbox on sale and then the store called me and said youre going to have to take that back because were no longer offering that sale. That couldnt happen. If you dont have the staff to meet the needs then why are you still selling the Groupon! So unprofessional!
