I have been a client of Papillon for years and have never looked anywhere else. The staff are professional, hospitable and extremely talented. Whether its getting my nails done, having an amazing facial or relaxing with a massage, I always leave feeling pampered and beautiful. I highly recommend visiting Papillon for all of your spa needs.

Wow! My visit to Papillon Day Spa was a fantastic experience! As someone who has never been to a spa, I was a little leery about it but man was I wrong. I had a Gentlemens facial and was very, very impressed. I had no idea how relaxing the experience would be. The lighting, soft music and relaxing atmosphere made the experience even that much more enjoyable. Ashley did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back soon! I just had THE BEST experience at Papillon Day Spa. This is the cutest spa that is very clean and well organized. The staff was lovely and offered me a beverage upon my arrival. For my first visit, I got a Swedish massage with Natalie - and let her know that I was experiencing some tension headaches recently. I have to say that this was seriously the BEST and MOST intentional massage I have ever received. She was sooo intentional in every movement and gave me the most relaxing hour. I have had massages and spa services at other places before, but this by FAR exceeded all of those experiences. Very professional, calming, and experienced. I booked another appointment with Natalie for 3 weeks later and my second massage was just as amazing as the first. Also, I had the chance to meet the owners of the spa, and they are also just the NICEST people who truly care about their guests. I cant recommend this place enough. Cant wait to book my next appointment!

Have been going here since January for massages mostly and Natalie is absolutely amazing. She keeps my body going when I have a very hard, physically demanding job. Shes the absolute best.

For my birthday, my boyfriend wanted to get a couples massage. After researching different spas online, I chose this one. I am so happy that I did! Our massage therapists were Chanel and Montana and they provided a great experience for the both of us. I had put a request in the notes when booking that lavender oil not be used because it is a migraine trigger for me. Montana made sure to review with me the products being used before starting, and informed me that she read my note in advanced. She was very professional, and did a great job. My boyfriend and I look forward to coming back.

Highly recommend - Made a last minute decision to go get a massage and it was definitely the right choice. Montana did an amazing job. Very professional, great massage and will absolutely be coming back. Would also recommend going there for waxing. Have had my eyebrows done by Ashley and they were the best they have looked.

Trent and Ashley are super friendly and make you feel super welcome when you walk in!!! In these uncertain times, they really took all the proper precautions and I have to commend them for their due-diligence. We love having them apart of the Worthington community!!!

I absolutely love this salon. Ashley and the team are so wonderful. I have gotten two gel pedicures and cant wait to get more services. It is so clean and they are following strict COVID protocols to make you feel safe.

I love this salon!!! I come to bailey every 2 weeks, I highly suggest her if youre looking for a good gel manicure. My nails could easily last for 3 weeks but I like to change the color often. My pedicures are always really relaxing as well. The place is super clean and the staff is so welcoming. I always look forward to going to my appointment

I cannot say enough good things about Papillon Day Spa. I have a dermaplane facial about once a month with Dee, and she is just the best. She has saved my skin. She is very knowledgeable and has great recommendations for at home skincare. I have had a facial at another salon, and it didnt even compare.I have also had my nails done by both Ashley and Bailey, and they both do great work. Which is awesome because I can still get an appointment easily if one doesnt have availability. The gel polish that they use is out of this world.Trent is so sweet and welcoming.Okay, Im done gushing. Just come see for yourself how amazing this salon is.

When the Papillion team found out that we didn’t have an itinerary for the rest of the weekend, they gave us their best recommendations for everything to do - from coffee to dinners! My wife and I decided to pamper ourselves over the Holidays. We visited Papillon Day Spa for a couples massage. We were paired up with Chanel and Montana. We have had a few massages but mainly on vacation. We left very refreshed and both saying that was the best massage we have ever had. Both Chanel and Montana were focused on our needs and hit all of our key areas. It was definitely the most relaxing massage I have ever had.If you want to treat yourself I would highly recommend giving Papillon Day Spa a try. It is conveniently located and easily accessible.

I chose this place after reading reviews and because its not too far from where I live. It was easy to find, parking behind the building, the spa itself was nice - clean, inviting. My review is based solely on the service I received. I booked their signature facial as a treat for myself after having a stressful few months. The facial was fine but didnt include features listed on their site. I personally enjoy extractions during a facial, but todays service didnt include that, or even a conversation about whether that would be something Id like or not. During the drying time of the mask, this would have been a great time for a neck and shoulder massage, but was instead left alone for 15 minutes. I dont think I would be so disappointed about not receiving these two aspects if they werent explicitly mentioned on their site.

SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Bailey was amazing! So personable and bubbly! I live in Florida, but will definitely be making another stop when I am in town again! My mom also loved her facial by Ashley! Everyone, go here! You will not be disappointed!

My husband treated me to both a full body massage and a manicure as a Christmas gift. My experience here was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. Bailey was my nail technician and she did amazing, I am very picky about my nails and the way they look and she made me feel like she cared about what I wanted. My massage was super relaxing.. at first I was told I may not have been able to get it due to the fact that I was in my first trimester of pregnancy and Trent offered a facial instead but thankfully it all worked out and I was a still able to receive my massage. Which was VERY much needed. Overall I would recommend Papillion spa to anyone and I do wish they had a closer location to where I live but it was definitely worth the drive! :)

OMG what a fantastic experience! I got the 60 minute hot stone massage and it was absolutely wonderful!!! Chrissy was very very good and even incorporated some reflexology towards the end. I almost fell asleep and I NEVER sleep during a massage. Highly highly recommend!

Ive never gotten a professional massage but I decided to give it a try today. The Papillon Team was very accommodating to help me with what I needed and focus on providing relief for my pain/trouble areas. In addition, I love what theyve done with the spa, Ill be going back soon!

I took today as a self-care day after the death of my father-in-law, and it was well worth the visit. My wife and I got a couples massage here. Im not sure who massaged her, but I had Montana. She did and excellent job! The whole experience was just very relaxing. It was my first massage so I was a little nervous at first, but I quickly forgot all about that, and just relaxed. We will definitely be coming here again! The entire staff did an excellent job. Im training for an Ironman and got the deep tissue massage. It was great and I was impressed by how strong my masseuses hands were. She definitely was helpful for my recovery and I would go back if I didnt live out of town.

Good experience. My boyfriend booked a massage and facial for me. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The facial was extra great! I’ve had a couple before including dermaplane and chemical peels but this one by far left my skin feeling the best.

I brought my mom here about a week ago for her birthday. I treated us both to a manicure and pedicure as well as she received a hot stone massage and I received a maternity massage. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and we were satisfied. However due to time restraints they scheduled our manicure and pedicure first which at the time I didnt see a problem with. Once we were done with our massage I realized my thumb nail paint had chipped and both thumb nails of my moms were completely rubbed off. However the employee fixed it and we were happy. Once we left I took my mom out to lunch then we got home about 3 hours later. Well my mom had bumped her hand on a cabinet at home and it chipped the polish off of all of her nails. I was very upset considering the amount of money I had paid. So I called back and got a Carrie (I believe) who was non apologetic and rude telling me we had to come back within 5 days. I understand the policy but it had only been 3 hours!!! Absolutely no reason her nails should have already been ruined. My mom called back left a message for a manager and scheduled to go get her nails fixed. The manager did call back and apologize and my mom got her nails fixed. However my nails all started peeling off this past Saturday(a week after my manicure) Im just very disappointed for the money spent how short of a time my manicure lasted, that my moms was ruined in a day, and the lack of professionalism from Carrie. I dont know if the massage messed our nails up or not but the customer should be warned of this if its a possibility.

Went here for a couples relaxation massage for our tenth wedding anniversary (my first massage, my wifes second). Staff was very welcoming and professional. We felt very comfortable, and the massage was amazing!! We made the mistake of making it our first stop on a day of activities, and we had quite the relaxing day!!Pricing was very reasonable as well!

Very nice and accommodating. There was a group of 7 of us who came here for a bachelorette spa day. We called about two months ahead and everyone chose which package they wanted. They were able to call in several aestheticians and massage therapists. It was all organized and nice. We got mimosas and all the ladies were sweet and thorough.

Horrible experience!! My friend had booked me and another friend of mine for a hot stone massage which she reconfirmed with the receptionist while I was standing next to her. It was my first time getting a hot stone so I had no idea what the protocol for that massage is, Brittany was my massage therapist and she did a fabulous massage but it was not a hot stone it was just a regular massage. I kept thinking while I was getting my massage done that the hot stones will happen after the whole body massage but that was not the case. After Brittany asked me to get dressed, I went outside to the reception desk and asked Megan the receptionist why I didnt get a hot stone and her answer was that you werent scheduled for one. I sat at the reception for the other friends to come out because their massage was about 20 min longer than mine. We were all shocked that this happened and the friend that had booked the appointments was taken aback with them trying to say that she had asked for only two hot stone and one regular massage, so they tried to put their mess up on my friends shoulder ( NOT ACCEPTABLE). I left my number for the owner to call back and she calls me the following day repeating the same story that Magen had already narrated to us which was that my friend messed up booking the service not realizing my friend and I were together at the reception desk paying for our services when my friend had repeated three hot stone massages. This owner was rude, kept arguing and did not apologize one single time instead kept putting the blame on my friend. I hung up on her because I have never seen such a business owner who doesnt know how to rectify their mess. Horrible experience!!!!

The spa is in a great location, and the staff was positive and friendly. The nail tech I had was wonderful and she did a fantastic job on my mani/pedi. The massage was a different story. I get frequent massages, as I have very bad neck and back pain. I specifically booked a deep tissue massage, confirmed that I wanted deep tissue pressure in my neck, shoulders, and back with my masseuse, Montana. The massage was relaxation pressure at best. It was a nice relaxing massage, but when I’m paying for a deep tissue massage that’s what I expect! Please, before giving Montana any further deep tissue clients, evaluate her ability to perform them! Otherwise give her the relaxation massage clients only as she seems relatively proficient in that area.

This was my first massage experience and it couldnt be better. They were very friendly from the moment of calling for appointment greeting me nicely at the spa. After several days of searching for the correct person reviewing our business I would like to clear up a few false comments from this lady.1. The lady reviewing our business called on a Friday and booked a facial for thenext day. She did not show for her appointment. We received a call on Mondayfrom her wanting to book an appointment again. We offered her an appointmentfor 2 days later and asked her for a credit card # but she refused and becameangry. We told her we could not book the appointment without her credit cardespecially since she missed her Saturday appointment.2. This person has never been to Papillon Day Spa and her review for facialsis inaccurate. We have reported this to Google but the review has not beenremoved.3. Our front desk receptionist is not a simpleton. She was following the businessguidelines of Papillon Day Spa.The employees at Papillon work very hard to make our customers feel comfortable and enjoy their services. Reviews are important to us but false reviews should not be tolerated.

Papillion is my go to place for massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, wax, special day spa packages...you name it! The staff is so friendly and they make you feel special from the moment you walk in. Brittany give the best massage in Columbus...maybe even Ohio...maybe even the country! Prices are reasonable and while it is a nice, full service spa it is small enough to feel very intimate and personal. I would highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful experience today at Papillon! This was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. I was greeted when I walked in and was offered something to drink (I picked a mimosa from the list and it was delicious!) My favorite part of my day at the spa was my massage! My masseuse Brittany gave me the best massage Ive ever had in my life. She used the perfect amount of pressure to loosen up my muscles and made my body feel like new again! I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I also had a facial (with Dee) who was very thorough and listened to my needs as far as wanting to clear my pores out. I also had a mani/pedi (with Jane) who did an awesome job on my nails and was very easy to talk to! Overall, a great experience!

My biggest issue with these people are the simpletons answering the phone. Relax you get paid $10/hr please minimize the attitude. First impressions count for everything. You people are unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY!! facials are horrible as well.P.s. to the owner I am positive it was your spa located inside the Hilton on Polaris. Please train your staff with a little more common knowledge when dealing with potential clients and common knowledge in general. Thanks.

My husbands sweet sisters and mother arranged for me to go to Papillon for a spa day on my birthday. I was given a facial with massage on my neck, shoulders, hands and feet - it was heavenly! I was so relaxed by the end that I started falling asleep and worried Id start sleep talking. Id never had a facial before, and my skin can be sensitive, but my aesthetician (Jean? Dee? I feel so bad that I cant remember her name... but I was half asleep!) was gentle and very knowledgable. She mixed different masks for different parts of my face and my skin was glowing, healthy and new when I left!Next I had a hair cut from Lisa. (My sister actually called the salon to make sure someone could do curly hair.) Lisa has curly hair and was so great! If youre a curly girl, go see Lisa! She really knew how to help restore not only the shape I wanted, but my hair felt much healthier . She knew just what to cut off and what to leave on to achieve a sustainable, easy hairstyle that would let the thin stuff from nursing my baby grow out well.Finally, everyone was just so kind and accommodating, I had a wonderful experience. If I had before/after pictures to show, youd think it was staged as bedraggled as I looked walking in and walking out just so refreshed. It was my first spa day, but it wont be my last with these ladies!

This would have been a 5 star experience if I had written this review yesterday when I got home. I was buffed, massaged, relaxed, my fingers and toes looked great. The service was friendly and quick while I was there and I was there for well over 5 hours as I was doing a full spa day (mani,pedi,scrub/wrap,massage, and facial.) Not cheap to say the least. So imagine my displeasure while driving to work this morning and I noticed almost every one of my nails the polish had chipped or come almost completely off. My manicure looks like its 2-3 weeks old and it was less than 24 hours!! The most strenuous thing I had done was wash my hair so needless to say they should not have looked like that already. I called the spa when they opened and was told that they really cant do anything about it if they cant see the nails. I live over an hour away and I work 8-5 monday through friday so even if I wanted to drive allllll the way back to show them how bad my nails looked I couldnt do it for another 5 days. The woman on the phone said she would give my name and number to the owner who would call me and sort things out. I never received a call from the owner, the same woman called me back and told me there was nothing they could do but credit me $20 on my account since its just regular nail polish and theres no guarantee at how long it will last. I took it but doubt it will ever get used. They certainly wont be getting my money again. Not worth the money when the nails didnt last and in turn now Im just as stressed and tense as I was before my spa day.
