Love coming here for 4 years now! Dr. Reed and Dr. Duckworth are highly recommended. Their assistants are super nice and are really great at what they do. They explain everything well and when you email them for questions regarding your procedure, they respond right away. They care about you and they make you feel comfortable. Best dentists I’ve been to.

I really like Dr. Reed, I felt like he listened to my concerns and helped a lot with my anxiety. I was super unimpressed with the lab they used to have my flipper made and I was told they offered discount plans to patients that they don’t accept their insurance but the price I paid did not have any discounts on it. The flipper was the wrong size, shape, and color twice and I feel like after accommodating my schedule several times for their labs failed attempts at my flipper, they should have accommodated their schedule a little better for me. Dr Reed was GREAT, he even called me after hours to discuss the issues with the flipper but I feel like I paid a little too much for the product and process I went through.

Dr. Cunningham is thorough, funny, and explains what is going on well. I truly enjoy all of the staff Ive had serve me here, especially Kay! This practice is welcoming and I feel safe and well taken care of here. I feel that I am not being sold something I dont need and that Dr. Cunningham is willing to share as much information with me as possible so I can make the best decisions for myself and my health.

Worthington Dental was incredible and by far one of the best experiences I’ve had when needing dental care. Dr. Duckworth was so kind, explained everything clearly for me and as well as the entire staff encountered in my visit. I had tremendous anxiety about the work I needed done and was in a good amount of pain. They made sure I felt comfortable and took their time to make sure I felt no pain. I was even able to have my concerns addressed once I was home and the amount of patience they afforded me was so appreciated. If you have anxiety about seeing a dentist or need any extensive work done, this is THEE place to go. The most caring staff who will make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

I saw Dr. Duckworth after breaking a dental implant. The doctor and his assistant explained everything to me and did a great job replacing the broken post. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely blown away by my experience with WDG! Both as a dental office across the board and specifically regarding the treatment of my issue, everyone at the office has always gone above and beyond which has made going to the dentist, for once, a very enjoyable experience!From the person doing the wellness check at the front door, to the receptionists, to the team of hygienists and each doctor or specialist working there, every single person Ive interacted with makes it apparent that this is a special team who truly enjoy working together and that everyone has the utmost respect for each other member of the team. This enjoyment shows in their work. And for someone who has typically not enjoyed going to the dentist, this makes the experience a world apart from others.I had an issue where my teeth do not align when my mouth closes and only had two front teeth touch. Ive seen around 10 specialists in the last 10 years and each said the same thing when doing their first inspection: wow. This was not an exception with either Dr. Reed or Dr. Mohammed but the difference was in how they approached the problem. Dr. Reed strongly suggested that I have prosthodontist Dr. Mohammed take a look and that he is a miracle worker - he meant it literally. Whereas I was expecting him to say as the others had that major surgery including resetting my jaw was the only option, he presented a couple of different choices and made a recommendation of which course to take. He explained the risks and benefits of each course of action and made his recommendation. In the end, we decided that for me, the best course was to perform an adjustment on the teeth themselves.Despite Dr. Reeds wholehearted recommendation and respect for Dr. Mohammed, I was still blown away at the care and skill he and his assistant Courtney demonstrated. They are a great team and work together like a well-oiled machine. I could tell he meant it when he said that he treated me like I was a family member in the chair and that he was thinking about my case the night before a follow up. He really cares deeply about his work and the impacts it has people’s lives. To be able to chew food again really does feel like a miracle and is something I had given up hope of doing. It may sound like hyperbole, but it honestly changed my outlook and my approach to my health.I cannot say enough good things about Worthington Dental Group and cannot recommend them more strongly! The only regret I have is not entrusting my treatment to them sooner!

I am so pleased with Worthington Dental. I put off going to the dentist for years when I shouldnt of. Worthington Dental is fast and efficient so my time is never wasted. But after a few visits my teeth are great now. I honestly look forward coming here to get work done because its not a hassle, they care about my time, theyre very professional and Ive never experienced pain there (not like the dentist I had growing up).I used to have very crooked teeth and I went with the 6 month smile braces procedure. Ive asked them to have a manager call me multiple times and its been ignored. Ive gone there many times and had many procedures done and every single time they have told me my insurance would pay for some of it, sometimes even in full, and Ive always gotten a bill. Come to find out, my insurance is out of network there, which shouldve been communicated to me at least once in the 5 times Ive been in the office. The very first time I went I had a cleaning, was talked into getting a more advanced cleaning because my insurance would pay for it in full, and then was presented with a $200 bill in the mail later. Theyve never once since then said my insurance is out of network. Obviously if someone tells me they take my insurance I would assume that means im in network... because why wouldnt I? The doctors were fine and the space is nice, but I wont be returning and wouldnt recommend anyone go here for the lack of communication and incorrect information, and not to mention the ignoring of requests to have someone call me to discuss these matters multiple times...Edit: As a response to their response, I am well aware of how dental insurance works, its the same as vision insurance which I worked with for years. Telling a patient that a procedure (a cleaning..) would be paid in full only for them to have a $200 bill is not correct nor how an establishment should be run. You were never once up front that my insurance was not in network...

My experience with Worthington Dental Group was very nice. The Dentist and all staff were pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints about the staff or the service. The prices were extreme and could be more compatible to other dentist. I would recommend Worthington Dental for anyone with deep pockets. Also, I am not satisfied with my final set of snap in dentures. They never fit close to my gums and I have to use an adhesive. I have returned several times in order to correct this. The dentist always tries to fix it, but after a while the same problem occurs.

I have had the best experiences at this dental office. They are always welcoming, accommodating, and help me every step of the way. I dont have dental insurance, so I am more needy and ask questions about every little thing, they never seem to be bothered. This is my forever dental office and I have already told many people to make the switch to them. Thank you!

This place was a great place to go for your teeth. I went in for a clean and to talk about wisdom teeth pain.I got lost when I first got there and I called and the receptionist came upstairs and found me and brought me to the office.I was inform with resources for my wisdom teeth. My clean was a tad bit painful when scrapping the dental plaque and flossing but I think that dealt w/ my lack of flossing. I even got a chance to speak w/ the dentist that specialize in braces and he informed me w/ the steps I will need to take (taking care of my wisdom teeth for starters). The facility is very clean and up-to-date technology is used. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The office offer drinks, coffee and cookies. Everyone that works there seems very knowledgeable. Overall, best experience I have had at a dentist.

I absolutely love this dentist office. I have a young son, who had a previous negative experience with another dentist office. He was very apprehensive about going to the dentist...ever again! Worthington Dental came highly recommended. I took him there and they took such kindly-care of him. It has completely changed his perception of the dentist. From the minute you walk in and the office staff greets you and asks you if you would like a water or coffee Worthington Dental is first class. The dentists and hygienists are great about explaining what each step of the examine is and make you comfortable about their abilities. I truly appreciate the extended hours that they have several nights a week when they are there until seven, it makes getting an appointment easier and I usually don’t have to miss work unless it’s an emergency appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Cunningham for the last 20+ years. Due to congenitally missing teeth, I have had fairly extensive cosmetic dental work, which began when I was in my early teens and have always been thrilled with the result. Each visit, Im offered the newest options to further improve my smile, but the staff is never pushy with the changes or recommendations they make. My husband is now a patient at Worthington Dental and I also take my 4 year old daughter to see Dr. Lucia who joined the team in the Spring of 2015. I think that the addition of a pediatric dentist to the practice is wonderful, and on top of all of the above, I love the new location at the Shops at Worthington Place.

Best dental visit I have ever had. I am from Atlanta and was in town on business when I had a terrible toothache. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my mouth numbed for the rest of the day (huge relief from the pain I was in), prescription in hand, and a referral to an endodontist. Highly recommended!

They tried talking me into getting dentures at 27.. I left crying and went to my usual dentist, it was then I knew my teeth were worth saving and they were just trying to make a quick buck rather than help people.

Truly had such a great experience here! A very friendly staff that always wants the best for their patients. They took great care of me and immediately made me feel part of the family. They completely repaired my smile after a traumatic tooth accident to the point where I even have a difficult time knowing which tooth was repaired. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with my tooth and even allowed me to come back in 3 months after the final tooth to make a color change for no additional charge (which was not a quick or cheap fix!)! I never felt rushed or pushed out of the office and felt all of my needs were completely met. They were even willing to take time to explain the procedures in laments terms so I was fully aware of my plan of care. Dr. Duckworth and Dr. Mohamad are absolutely amazing, skilled, and the best at what they do. Them and their team turned a not so pleasurable situation into a very pleasurable experience!

Moved to Worthington and got super lucky picking these guys- they make you feel like you just arrived at the Marriott - the techniques they use are state of the art and Id not experienced these at my old dentist - the technician was so professional and knowledgeable- and the dentist was engaging and kind - offering suggestions Id never been told about before - Plus- kudos to the interior designer- lots of curves and warm colors - - also no tricks or surprises with fees - thankfully my insurance covers standard cleaning - an extra bonus is the location within the mall 😊

Im redoing my review for this place. I dont remember the dentists name but I went there to get 1 tooth pulled. I asked about a payment plan and the dentist said dont worry Ill pull it for free. I thought wow, what a great person for doing that for me. Come to find out 2 YEARS LATER, (when I went to get another tooth pulled) HE PULLED THE TOOTH AND LEFT THE ROOT!!!!! Im thinking he knew and thats why he did it for free but I cannot be certain. Im upset because I can handle tooth pain but the headaches it gave me were so so bad. Im just now feeling relief(2 years later) from the headaches and tooth pain, thanks to East oral surgery.

Office Staff was patient with figuring out my insurance. Danielle did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr Haldemans humor always makes dental office visits better.

My crown came loose on a Friday afternoon toward the end of the work day. I thought for sure I would be stuck with a loose crown until the beginning of the following week. Amazingly the folks at the Worthington Dental Group were able to get me in that same day and totally resolve my issue. Prior to contacting WDG, I had checked some other places in the area, including my regular dentist. WDG was the only place that could help me. Every aspect of my experience (the receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist) was pleasant & professional. Truly amazing!

I walked in on my lunch from work with incredible pain and a swollen face from an abscessed tooth. They immediately sat me in an exam room and Dr. Voyles came right away. He looked at my mouth and put me on antibiotics, and pain meds, and scheduled for an appointment for me to come back.I had never been to this dentist before, and they were able to take me in, and have me out, within my lunch hour!The facility is beautiful, and each member of the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. I had referred multiple people to go there because of my positive experiences, and they sent me a cheese and wine basket and card with balloon to my office as a thank you!!After having all of my issues under control, I had implants done. Everything ran beyond smooth like always, and now I have a healthy pretty smile.I cannot express enough how amazing this practice and group of people are!!! I HIGHLY recommend going to Worthington Dental Group, especially if you have a fear of dentists. I am no longer afraid, and will continue with my 6 month visits now.

Ill be moving to Florida soon and am sad that I have to say goodbye to the best dental experiences I have ever had. Dani and Dr Mohamed are irreplaceable!!

I just started going to Worthington Dental, but in my interactions with staff I have had a pleasant experienece. I didnt not wait past my schedule appointment time to be seen, I was well taken care of by the dentist and hygenist, and the girls at the front desk really helped me out with some billing issues that came up with my insurance. Not one complaint about these guys.
