My restorative dental care experience with Dr. Miller and his team was outstanding. I consulted with three periodontal specialists and then chose Dr. Miller for my implant procedure. We have used both Drs. Miller for years and have been nothing but happily satisfied. Don has had 3 surgical implants and I have had one. Poor customer Service. Susan was not at all helpful and was rude on the phone. I was told there would be free lifetime adjustments to a very expensive night guard. After several years it needed adjustment, when I called I was advised there would be an $85 charge. The staff did not care what I was told at time of original visits.
