I wouldn’t dream about going to any other dental practice! Their focus on total body health is truly amazing.I have ground my teeth my whole life, causing a lot of headaches, upper neck and jaw pain, and jaw tightness. I wore a soft upper mouth guard at night, but after meeting with Dr. McClatchie, they explained that what I was doing wasn’t actually helping. So they made me a custom splint, which actually forces my jaw to relax. And within 2 weeks, I had no more morning headaches or jaw pain, which has been truly life changing.Highly recommend!!!

Went in with a broken tooth and they tried to sell me a $300 toothbrush. Use fear tactics to get you to agree to very expensive bacterial testing. VERY EXPENSIVE! Left that office years ago, but unfortunately my mother in law fell victim. She to has now left the office.

My husband has been raving about this office for over a year. In an emergency situation they got me in in less than 15 minutes. Ashley, Lily, and Barb were awesome. Quality equipment, very educated staff and very friendly office. I never leave reviews but I felt like this office deserved it! Finally found my Columbus dentist!

After years of being with a practice which I unwittingly believed took good care of me and my family I cant express enough appreciation for Dr. McClatchie and her staff. They exemplify professionalism and outstanding care.

My experience with Dr. McClatchie was phenomenal. It was unlike any dental experience Ive had before, but in the best way possible. There were people greeting me at the door, making sure I made it okay and automatically making me feel comfortable. The first thing they did was ask me questions about myself, and I truly believe they cared to learn about me through my answers. The receptionist, Heather, chatted with me until it was my turn to go back for my cleaning. The dental cleaning itself went very smoothly. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and everyone was so friendly I couldnt help smiling and laughing the whole way through it, which can be rare in a dentist office! All of the employees there seem to be good friends, which made me feel even more comfortable as they were joking around with each other. Dr. McClatchie herself was very professional, but at the same time was welcoming and chatted with me about our common interests, such as the Buckeyes. The second time I went back, they remembered me and were genuinely excited to see me and ask how I was doing. They truly care about each and every one of their patients well beings, and always put in 110% to make sure we have the best experience possible. The overall environment was definitely a positive one, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. And even if you arent, you might want to think about switching! :)

Dr. McClatchie and her team are awesome! She is so up to date on all the new technology. She really is the whole package, she even checked my blood pressure! When I left her office I had a great understanding of my oral health. I would recommend her to everyone. :)

Over charged for everything. Really felt like they took advantage of us not knowing what things should cost and they are supposedly a $0 balance office but suddenly I received a bill for balance due.My insurance is excellent and covers dental 100% coinsurance but they found ways to charge us for things not covered by our insurance I would assume because they want to go around the contractual deductions that in network providers are required to take when billing insurance. I just felt they are greedy and not interested in listening to their patients even though my first appointment I said straight forward I want to know how much everything will cost me prior to you doing any service and they still through a $500 bill at me and my husband which seemed ridiculous and they never did give me a detailed bill with explanations of each supposed service so Im convinced they are charging for services not preformed but since I have no proof I just have to deal with being over charged. Highly dissatisfied and will make sure no one I know goes into this practice.

Needing a new dentist? Look no further. Dr McClatchie is Great dentist. Her and her staff go the extra mile. At my last visit I left my mouth guard there and one of the staff offered to drop it off at my home. There was a time that Dr McClatchie was not in my network insurance so I had to go to another dentist. When my employer changed networks I called Dr McClatchie and found out she was in my network, and then I switched back to her. Great dentist, Great staff!
