I had been to two dentists and another endodontics office in search of answers for the ongoing pain and swollen lymph nodes Ive experienced the last nearly 11 months on a tooth I had a root canal on elsewhere. I had spent nearly a thousand dollars out of pocket between emergency visits and imaging alone. No one could tell me what was wrong until I saw Dr. Poulos. He was extremely detailed and thorough. He quickly identified the issues and even showed me very clearly on the images so that I could have a greater understanding where the issues were. While it wasnt the news I was hoping for, I was so happy to finally have honest answers! He took the time to answer all of my questions. Surprisingly this was the least expensive visit I have had and yet it was the one I received the most information. I would definitely recommend Dr. Poulos

Dr. Webster was beyond fantastic! I went into the process quite anxious and mortified to get a root canal done, but the second he came in, I knew I was in good hands.Not only was the procedure quite quick (maybe 20-30 minutes), but I felt no pain beyond the initial injection pinch, and was able to even relax a little bit while Stephen did his thing.Thank you so much!

Dr. Steven Webster performed a root canal for me yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about him, the office staff and the procedure in general. Dr. Webster was knowledgeable, thorough and even contacted me the next morning to see how I was feeling. His staff put together a list of area dentists that were within my network so that I could schedule a cap as soon as possible. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Dr. Webster and staff at Central Ohio Endodontics were excellent! I’m so grateful to have been referred there for root canal therapy. Dr. Webster’s assistant was very kind and professional as well.I didn’t realize that the relief would be so fast! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal. Even the payment was simple and transparent. I only paid the portion not covered by insurance.Happy.

I had a payment plan with them and I was making payments. I believe my bill started off around $1000 and now have paid off and tried to make monthly payments. I even called them and asked if it was an issue before that I was only making small payments, they told me no as long as I was trying to make a payment. Then I have a tooth infection which requires immediate medical attention and I am told that I have to pay the full balance plus at least $300 more. Even though my insurance pays 80%. I thought Central Ohio Endodontics was better than this. I guess their like any other business now all about money. I get it and I was trying to pay it off, but apparently I didnt pay off fast enough even though when I called in they told me to pay what I could afford, but now that I have a medical emergency its lets see how much we can get out of him.

Unfortunately, I have not had the best luck over the past few years and have needed two root canals. On two separate occasions I had to go here, today being one of them. The staff is very friendly and comforting. Dr. Webster Jr. was very chill and direct. He communicates well and is personable. The dental assistant was very sweet and even provided me back road directions to avoid the crazy highway snow traffic. They could make their lobby and decor more modern but they do keep it tidy and organized. If you need a root canal, go see them.

Dr. Webster did a root canal on me a couple days ago and he was AMAZING. He was so sweet, caring, and took so much time explaining different things to me that I had questions about. AND I just got a voicemail from him (not a receptionist)seeing how I was feeling :)

This was an amazing and easy experience for a root canal. Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Smith explained everything as he was working. No surprises. No pain. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still ok. Highly recommended!

Dr. Smith was absolutely awesome. He was caring, attentive and quick!! I had no pain, had swelling the day of only and no after problems what-so-ever! He even called personally the next day to see how I was doing...just doesnt get any better than that!! His assistant was just as great! CLEAN, efficient on-time facility, I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Horrible experience, endodontist was so rude and didnt listen (had to repeat myself three times in 5 min to him that I had work done that same day and was referred to him) that I left and went through pain for the time it took to get in somewhere else. I didnt mind that they kept calling me another patients name, but when I also was yelled at not to ask questions about the procedure, I had enough. Very uncomfortable and costly even though they did nothing but look.

After a year of off and on tooth pain that my general dentist couldnt diagnose, I was referred here. Dr Whitcomb was able to find a crack in the tooth and discover why it was hurting. He talked me through and gave me his advise. I am glad I listen because he was right and able to fix the issue. Thank you. Procedure was smooth and relatively painless. Everyone that helped me was great, I would highly recommend them.

No one would want two root canals in one month but that happened to me. I had previously been a patient of Dr. Steven Smith and I would not want another doctor to treat me. His professional demeanor and concern for his patients is priceless. I would highly recommend the professionals at Central Ohio Endodontis as your root canal specialist or other dental concerns.

I highly recommend COE! Initially, the front office staff was very empathetic and patient with me. Once I had my appointment, Dr. Smith and his assistant were very receptive to my great need to have everything explained in minute detail. (I am calmed by information overload.) I was then overloaded. My root canal was a non-event. Pain free and anxiety free!

Obviously, nobody ever hopes to have a root canal. But this practice does an excellent job of putting fears at ease and has a very professional demeanor. Dr Webster did an excellent job of fixing my cracked tooth and pain was very minimal. If you need a root canal, Central Ohio Endodontics is the best place to go.

I woke up one Saturday with half of my face swelling, after a panic I went to an ER dentist and they said I needed to contact a specialist and it was too difficult for them to try anything for me. I asked a buddy of mine who works in the industry who I should check out, he recommended Central Ohio Endodontics as the best in town.Skeptical but in pain, I contacted them bright and early on Monday and the staff was extremely helpful and got me into an appointment that day!When I arrived they continued to be cheerful (but also empathetic to my plight) and got me checked in and ready to go. They collaborated in order to correct an issue with the 3-D xray machine and got me all prepped.Enter: the amazing DR. RYAN J. PASIEWICZ (all caps because I was afraid to typo his last name) he shook my hand, explained what was going on and discussed what options we had, what he was going to try that day and possible outcomes. We decided on a strategy and we went right to work. Had a great attitude and a great hand with the tools, got me taken care of that day and was super helpful with my follow up appointment.All in all, Id say Dr. Pasiewicz and the staff all lived up to being called the best in town! My face is back to normal and I feel great!

Had a truly GREAT experience. Not only has technology made our personal and business lifes easier, it is evident the Dental community has been blessed.Its clear the Docs and Assistants #1 Goal is to HAVE NO PAIN. For me it was hoping for less pain. Ive never enjoyed the dentist and Ive been in a dentist chair quite a bit. I had to have a root canal re-treated because our previous family dentist wasnt thorough enough during the first go round. Dr. Smith was absolutely outstanding today. We laughed and joked, he made me feel incredibly comfortable - the most Ive ever been in that setting. The procedure was quick and painless. Central Ohio Endodontics was referred to me by my primary dentist, and, even though they were out of network for us, it was worth every penny. I will be back again if I ever need anything else performed outside of normal maintenance.

I recently went to Central Ohio Endodontics for a root canal. I have never experienced such pain and was immediately referred here by my primary dentist. They took me right in. Dr. Steven Smith was, by far, the BEST dentist I have ever been to. Being in extreme pain, and feeling extremely nervous about the whole ordeal, the minute I sat down in that chair, and he came in, I immediately felt calm and I knew I was in good hands! The root canal lasted less than 2 hours, and I walked out of that office feeling like a new man. The pain was GONE!!! Dr. Smith even called me the very next day to check on me!! I have never had any doctor do that before. Not that I ever hope to have another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely call SAINT STEVEN !! I really cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Smith

Had my first root canel here by Dr. Arens. I was worried about root canel when I heard that I need to have it. Heard from family ans friends that it can be painful. But I found there was no pain during and even after root canel. Dr. Arens really did a nice job. Best of luck.

Doctor Steve Smith performed a route canal on tooth number 13 for me recently and it went great!My largest fear going in for root canal has always been the numbing procedure and Doctor Smiths numbing technique made a huge difference in my anxiety. I received a number of injections for my procedure. Doctor Smiths technique for administering the anesthetic was literally painless! While there is some discomfort when the anesthetic wears off, the Ibuprofin provided by Doctor Smith was sufficient pain relief without prescription meds.The staff is very professional and is very concerned for your overall comfort and pain level. I have had multiple visits and would highly recommend Doctor Smith and the Central Ohio Endodontics Team.

I do not believe anyone would list a Root Canal as a desired procedure, but Dr. Eric Menke and the team at Central Ohio Endodontics ensured that I had the most painless, effective and efficient procedure under the circumstances.

Did not notify me they were out of network even though I provided my insurance information the week before my root canal. Costly mistake I will not be making again. Do not trust them to notify you.
