I LOVE this place. Dr. Lordo is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. First went when I broke a tooth, they got me right in, also just had to have a crown replaced and I had zero discomfort and both the temporary and permanent crown fit perfectly. Dr. Lordo is professional, so kind, tells you exactly what he is doing and makes sure you receive the very best treatment. All of the hygienists and front desk staff are so kind and considerate. I take my entire family there! Highest recommendations.

Absolutely LOVE all the girls in the back! They couldn’t possibly be any kinder and they make you feel so comfortable. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that they also do any amazing job at all their work. :)On the downside which is at no fault of the staff, I’d recommend them to anyone who has a big wallet or excellent dental insurance. They are very high priced and for some reason had me pay for a tooth issue they corrected that thru no fault of my own broke within a day. Couldn’t understand why I was payin $200 for their product to not work right?

Dr. Lordo and his team are AMAZING!! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them over the years and today was no exception.The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming and also ensured that COVID-19 safety policies were instituted for everyone’s safety.My filling assistant Jen has the sweetest soul and helped me feel so much calmer throughout the entire process, even holding my hand (freshly sanitized of course) while the local anesthetic was administered because she could sense that I was nervous.My anxiety was unwarranted because the wonderful woman performing the nerve block did a fantastic job and I barely felt it go in. She placed cherry flavored topical anesthetic first and then once it had taken effect, very skillfully and gently injected the anesthetic.Their COVID-19 protocols were great and they discussed each step and precaution as we went along. Among many things, they used a dental dam during the filling procedure to protect themselves from aerosols as much as possible and gave me glasses to protect my eyes.They always have captioned movies playing on the wall in front of you so that you have a nice distraction when your mouth is open and you can’t talk, though I didn’t even watch much because the team was engaging and sweet the entire time.As usual Dr. Lordo was very friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining all of my options and addressing all questions and concerns. Before starting the actual procedure they let me know to just raise my hand if I needed them to pause at any point.On the way out, their scheduling and finance coordinator Trish is a gem and helps you feel like a member of their family even when talking money. They are very affordable but it wouldn’t matter even if they weren’t because the level of care is worth it.They were wonderful until the very end and I will be continuing to use their services for years to come. Highly recommend!

I am a new patient to Dr Lordo and within the first few minutes of meeting him I knew I made the right choice establishing my dental care with him. He was thorough, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. His staff reflected all of these same qualities. Establishing dental care during a global pandemic can be a little nerve wrecking, but it was obvious that he and his team went the extra mile (e.g. observing proper hand washing, disinfecting equipment between each patient, air purifiers in each room, appropriate application of PPE, etc) to ensure patient safety was of the highest priority. The office and patient rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending others to Dr Lordo. He is one of a kind.

Well known dental phobe. A tooth broke last night, I left a message for Dr. Lordo. When speaking with Trish, I expressed that Thursday was out. Unavailable all day. After being on standby, racing to be seen when called and told the tooth needed to be extracted, Trish was busy and I was told to go home. I called the referred surgeon and their first available was 3 weeks out. Then called Trish who was calling another surgeon. I then rec’d a text from that office with my paperwork for my appointment. When I called, the surgeon’s office said Trish scheduled me for ...wait for it...Thursday. Next available, end of March. Called back to talk to Trish who lectures me how it is frustrating to schedule for me since I am not in the office to tell her my schedule. So, me and my broken tooth and my family will find another practice. Dr. Lordo is great but I’m paying enough hard earned $$$ for his staff to be respectful and courteous of patients.

Melanie is my regular hygienist and she always does a fantastic job while keeping me comfortable and perfectly informed. Dr Lordo is extraordinarily approachable, friendly and completely professional. By the end of my appointment I completely understand the status of my oral health. I went to this office today, my first visit to get a simple cleaning and I know I need a couple of cavities filled. My teeth are not sparkling white, they will never be sparkling white and I know that. But they refused to give me a teeth cleaning that is covered by my insurance, I can get one twice a year with my new insurance. They wouldnt clean them unless I let them do some deep cleaning treatment that cost over a thousand dollars. I told them, I didnt want that type of cleaning done I asked if I can just get a regular normal cleaning and they refused to do it, actually refused. They are dentists, isnt it their job to care for teeth? I dont know if they are snobs or racists towards me because I am mixed or what their deal is but dont waste your time if you are just looking for a simple cleaning and good customer service. They also treated me differently because I am visually impaired, they acted like I couldnt fill out their paperwork. Apparently, I have to give them at least one star to post this but they dont deserve it.

I will recommend Dr. Lordo to all my friends and family. I have had horrible luck in regards to needing dental work. I have been jumped twice and needed veneers done with Dr. Lordo on both occasions. They have been the best office to work with. The staff there is wonderful and they have been able to accommodate me on short notice and get me in for emergency work right away. I love my new teeth and now have very high expectations for dental offices in the future.
