Going to the dentist is something that I have historically dreaded and I would typically put off visits until I had an issue that required attention. I started seeing Dr. Thiel this year and began the process of straightening my teeth with Invisalign. I have worked as a RN with older adults for over 10 years and it has taught me that taking care of my teeth needs to be a priority because I would like to have all of them left when I am older!Dr. Thiel is someone I completely trust to make this happen. One visit is all that it takes to see that his attention to detail, the pride in his work and the care for his patients - is really above and beyond. The office staff and hygienist are always warm and welcoming which makes it even better.Highly, highly recommend.

Cant say enough great things about this practice! The doctor spent the time that was required during the procedure, calling multiple audibles and never stopping until everything was corrected to perfection. Any other office would have quit to save time in order to get to the next patient, but not Dr. Thiel. Its evident the patients outcomes are always in the best interest - and trust me (as a medical provider) thats hard to come by. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Dr. Thiel and his magnificent assistants have always made us feel cared for. We arent just patients to them. Were family! They are kind, compassionate, and gentle, and whenever there is an issue with our teeth, it is explained in a way that is both clear and understandable. My three year-old just had his first check-up, and he is STILL talking about the tickle toothbrush. We love them!

I have always felt good about the services Ive received at this practice. For many years Dr Everhart was a trusted friend and my dentist. I feel Dr. Theil and his staff are a very good dental practice, and have been for almost 10 years at this point.Great dentist and great team supporting him.Additionally, Dr. Theil has been building a great future into the 21st century by remodeling his office (85% completed and looking great).He tells me hes employed specialized dental office remodelers for this task, not just general contractors, which makes a big difference...,Additionally for infection control (covid and other infectious diseases), Dr. Theil has added new dental aerosol suction systems to each of his work rooms to capture and treat aerosol particles that are emitted from patients mouths as the Dr works on patients (versus having aerosol particles leave a patients mouth and spreading throughout the office air).His thinking and actions will enable Dr. Theil to do well throughout his career.Kudos Dr. Theil -

Dr. Thiel and his staff are wonderful! Recently, one of my teeth broke off and they got me in right away for an appointment and scheduled me quickly for the crown that I need. They provide excellent service and are super nice. In the past, I went to a dentist who was eventually known for carrying out procedures that were not needed. I never worry about that with Dr. Thiel and his team. They are very trustworthy and caring.

Great dentist and staff

The staff is fantastic and all the equipment is up to date. Over the past 3 weeks I had multiple cavities filled and a complete front tooth crown installed. 100% satisfaction with the entire treatment plan and finished work. More than impressed with the gentleness, sensitivity to my comfort, and most of all that I had no pain or discomfort after the local wore off! All three treatments (left side, right side, and front tooth) were consistent with quality and comfort! Highly recommended!Thanks to each and every one of you!!! Enjoyed my experience here but I am retired and going to a medicare network provider, which is also closer to home.

Ive been w Dr. Thiel since he came to Worthington, and was with Dr. Everhart before that. I thought nobody would be able to take the place of Dr Everhart, but Dr Thiel has been simply awesome. I am a physician and feel Im pretty good at evaluating fellow healthcare professionals . Dr T is very knowledgeable and very skilled. Great bedside manner in a way that instills confidence. He has done quite a bit of work on me and I have been very happy. I have referred other family members which speaks volumes in my world. Also, the staff is first class. 5 stars for all.
