Went in to cut off all the blond at the ends of my hair from ky hair growing out from last color. Literally left patches of blond and the tips. and then I got extensions definitely gave me black hair when I clearly had brown so the combo was no the right color

I went there when I lived in Worcester and Marcelle is so nice and she does a good job. My only regret is that I moved so fast that I didnt get to say goodbye.

Between the fake handbags the baby in a playpen and all the junk collected over 20 years, I should have run. Went in for very expensive extensions, came out with burnt hair and breakage going all the way to my roots. Been wearing them for many years never ever has this happened. She also removed them with ALCOHOL!!!! Look at any manufacturer of extensions and they will not recommend removing them with ALCOHOL!!! I never would have known had I not been unsatisfied with the blend in. When I went for a haircut the girl started showing me the damage, I HADNT HAD THEM IN A MONTH! I was crushed! My hair! My crown!!! The worst part is I never would have known. So please ladies if you are brave enough to get them done here, get them checked by a professional. Ive been tanning at Image Hair Salon back when it was Tanorama (now tanning is merged with Image). Ive never had my hair cut there, so I cannot comment, but as far as tanning is concerned, their machines are state-of-the-art, and their package deals are priced right.
