Carol truly is an amazing person and aesthetician. She makes you feel comfortable and safe as well as providing a zen experience. My eyebrows look great and now that my mustache is gone, I don’t look as much like my dad lol but she’s great 👍 all around

Words cant begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had with Top Shop Salons aesthetician Carol OMalley. I needed help with stage makeup for my first bodybuilding competition and Carol was awesome. She was not afraid to experiment, she was very knowledgeable about makeup and its application and she was accommodating to my schedule. We met several times, had many laughs and great conversations and she nailed the makeup. I ended up placing within the top 5 for all three of the classes that I was competing in. I highly recommend her. A very talented and hard working individual. THE BEST!

I must say Olivia is amazing. I always have a great experience there. Its clean, they ask if you want something to drink which is a nice touch. Shes been super flexible with me when I goofed up on the appointment. She has also gradually helped me change my color and style and gives pointers along the way. Shes pretty much awesome! All the other people are so nice as well. I always feel better leaving there.

Went a Saturday this salon with my young kids. This place was hoppin!! The staff are all kind, and welcome little ones. Also a welcoming place, comfy waiting areas, and really service. We all felt like royalty.

I have been a client at the Top Shop Salon for many years. The experience there is relaxed, professional, and friendly. Cheryl cuts my hair and always listens to what Im asking for. She is very knowledgeable, but never pushy. Carol does facials and waxing. She is easy to talk to and has a very calming effect on her clients. Carol is also very knowledgeable in her field. Sandy greets you when you arrive and always makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Top Shop Salon and Spa for a relaxing, satisfying experience.

My appointment with carol the esthetician was a wonderful experience!!! She has me smooth as a baby. She creates a nurturing environment that makes you feel completely at ease. Her knowledge on waxing is impressive and she even gives good tips to help you care for the areas she waxed afterwards. She goes out of the way to make sure your comfortable and happy and makes sure she gets ALL the hairs out. I was nervous for my first waxing worrying about being naked and the pain but she made me feel like I was clothed and I dont know what her techniques are but there was very little pain. 2 thumbs way up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment for my daughter to get her hair done on a Monday and nobody was at the salon like the lady who booked the appointment had said there would be.

Had a great experience with Top Shop leading up to my wedding. Donna did my highlights about a month before, and helped me set up appts for hair and makeup for my wedding day. I had an updo done with Jen DePerrio, who was awesome! My hair was beautiful! And Carol did my makeup. I never wear makeup and didnt want it to look too heavy. She did an amazing job of making me look polished and pretty, and it felt very natural. Ill definitely be heading back to Top Shop again!

Well I decided to find a new salon after going to the same salon for almost 10 years. I decided to change salons because I grew weary of the lack of respect some stylists have for their clients time. If I have an appt at say 1pm, I truly expect to be seated within a reasonable amount of time (no longer that 10 minutes). That was continually happening at the last salon, I would arrive at the scheduled time only to have to wait at least another 30 minutes, this would throw my entire day off and all of my appts. SO I drive by this salon Top Shop daily...and decided I would switch over to this place and give them a chance. I walked in and explained what I want, the receptionist booked me with someone named Jen. She went over and asked Jen first if she would have me as a client, apparently she said yes to her (but never came over to say or introduce herself to me). Okay so now I am booked..guess what? I shop up on time for my brand new appt with my brand new stylist Jen. Perhaps Jen did not realize I had an appt, I dont know...however sitting in Jens stall was a woman with hair soaking wet and at least 4 feet in length and she was coming it and snipping little pieces of the hair. I said to self uh ohhh here we go again! She looked over at me but never came over to speak to me, they only thing said to me was have a seat. I did not go there to sit and watch other people get their hair done as a spectator, I made an appt to get my own hair done. I dont know if these women rent their booths or are on the payroll...but they certainly have some serious first impression and customer service issues. I waited about 10 minutes and realized I was going to be a spectator for at least another 30 minutes so I said screw it and walked out with out saying a word. What the hell is wrong with people today? Where has common courtesy, politeness, and respect for a customer? I just dont get it...there are salons everywhere, the competition is fierce for new business....these people were totally inconsiderate and apparently did not care. So my search continues for a stylist who can manage her client base that is friendly and has a smile on her face. By the way that Jen woman, I never did get to speak to her, but she never once tried to even make any contact or reach out to her new client even in the smallest way...a smile. Too bad, she would have liked me alot
