My niece went in for a balayage. Paid 175$ for the color no cut or blow dry included. My niece was told her hair was “too thick to blow dry.” She unproportionately placed the foils resulting in the back of her head looking like it got missed completely. After openly expressing our dissatisfaction with the service Nikki Davis explained that she would not re-do the color only if we would pay full out of pocket to correct the error. We are in no way looking for a refund but rather for the hair to just be fixed. A shame of a customer service establishment. Pictures for reference.

My hair was uneven, this is how I walked out of the salon with my hair “blow dried” I look like a poodle who got dragged through the dirt. Also because 7 inches were chopped off I am probably going to have to wait for it to grow or find some one who can fix it and have more chopped off. Also I have an event tomorrow and I cried once I got in the car and even more when I was told it was uneven

Visited the salon and spa twice within the past two weeks and have loved both experiences. They give you clear instructions prior to walking into the building for the safety of you and their staff and ensure the highest level of sanitation/cleanliness throughout your stay. Amilia did an amazing job with my hair, as always, and Judi ensured my facial was thorough and relaxing to help with breakouts I have been experiencing due to my mask. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly! I highly recommend!!

I have been visiting Paul Conzo Salon for over thirty years every six weeks. I have always been greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Like all of us I missed my appointments during the shut down. It was great to get back and get that first haircut after 21/2 months. After a temperature check and a few questions I was seated to begin the task . I felt safe and comfortable during my time spent there. All safety measures are implemented, masks, dividers, hand washing and hand sanitizers. I feel human again! Thank you Paul Conzo for the haircut and Patty for taking care of business.👏👏👏

My mother and I come here to get our hair cut/styled. The ladies here are so pleasant and nice and the stylists do a fantastic job. We usually get our hair done by Mai but a couple of times Ive seen a different stylist and been just as happy. I highly recommend going to Paul Conzo for your styling needs!

I have been going to Paul Conzo’s for years, have been lucky enough to have tried there spa as well as visit there Salon & have Amelia for my hair dresser. I went & had my hair done today by Amelia, as usual it came out AWESOME.. better than ever if that could be possible. I been having her give me a spiral perm for 6 yrs now & every year it comes out Awesome & lasts at least a year, it actually has to grow out. She does such a great job, she’s very nice, really cares about her clients & wants them to be happy when they leave the salon. .Well, I’ve been very happy & I’m still very happy! Everyone there is really nice & friendly! I Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I was really surprised to see any negative reviews about Paul Conzo. Ive been coming to the Spa off and on since they pretty much opened. Haircuts, facials, waxing, massage, etc. Ive come in paint stained sweat pants, my day job clothes and never have I felt snubbed. Ive been frequenting Paul Conzo now for the most part instead of going elsewhere. I have Amelia for my hair, Judi or Dawn for my facials, Betty, Erin or Rachel for massage. Place is awesome, prices are better than what they overcharge for in Boston and its close to home.

Wonderful experience all around prepping for a wedding. Amilia was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my spray tan. Judy did an amazing job on my makeup and she asked questions to figure out the best way to do it. Catherine made me feel like a queen with my hair and it stayed all day and night in 100 degree weather. All around a great salon, great work and zero complaints.

On a whim, I called to make an appointment for a facial. To my surprise and excitement, they had an opening.I have been here in the past for facials and massages. The service is always impeccable.Today, I took advantage of their October Special. I had an incredible Fassage with Rachel. It has been quite a while since I pampered myself. I will DEFINITELY book more spa services with her. She was sweet, personable, and amazing. It was so relaxing, I nodded off a bit, a testament to how calming/relaxing Rachel was.

I have been to Paul Conzo a few times and they have been phenomenal. Its so relaxing and calming. The staff is so pleasant and kind. I feel so welcomed coming in to the salon. I have had a massage and a facial and both experiences were wonderful. They have me as a customer for life!

During the pandemic, Paul Conzo Day Spa is a wonderful way to reduce tension and feel relaxed. The staff is very friendly demonstrating professional and expert level treatment. I have witnessed the utmost care taken to sanitize areas before and after each treatment. I feel confident that I am safe noting both the customers and staff are practicing excellent hygiene on all equipment, chairs, nail salon plexi shields and sanitized pedi spas. I highly recommend Paul Conzo and have been completely satisfied for many years supported by the amazing staff and reasonable price point. My favorite treatment during the past year has been a relaxing 60 min. massage with shea butter to protect and hydrate my skin.

You deserve a spa day! If you want a spa massage treatment, you need Paul Conzos. I went for a 45 minute relaxing massage, which usually focuses on one area. Ive had awful tension and pain on one side of my neck and shoulder and it was washed away with the massage.

2/2/19 New review. Recently had the Shea butter manicure and the polish started to peel a day later. I contacted the Spa, and they quickly got back to me that they would do the polish again. They have excellent management and I am happy that they are willing to correct the problem.

This is a great place . They are wonderful to work with. Every time I go I get so many compliments on my hair. I vote this place the best hair salon in Worcester!

Judy Natale, esthetician, is the best. Very precise and thorough in everything she does, with the touch of an angel. You will look and feel wonderful, once Judy is finished with your treatment. One recognizes that she is caring, personable and thoughtful in the process, whether it is a facial or waxing.

I have share my most recent experience at Paul Conzo Day Spa and Hair Salon. I know Ive written a review it the past to say how much I love, love, love my hair stylist Jenna, and I continue to love what she does with my hair. With that said (again), I just have to share my recent visit to the Spa. I went in for an appointment with Rachel for a relaxing massage. I was really looking forward to a massage after feeling like I beat up my body working on my feet for several hours on 3 consecutive days just prior. I can tell you when that massage ended, I felt like a million bucks!!! All I could say to my friends was OMG, my massage was awesome! I took my friend to this salon for her birthday. I wont be doing so again. The woman who cut her hair said her arm was hurting and she didnt want to have someone help her with my friends long hair. She made her settle with a super quick dry cut. Really? The girl who did my nails was friendly but still a student. This experience was not even close to worth what I paid.

Was given a GREAT haircut by Joanne. I showed her a photo on my cell of the cut I wanted and she gave me the exact same cut! ☺

Jenna is the best! She was able to remove years of bad coloring done elsewhere. She listens to what I want done and if I dont quite know, she helps me decide and then she works her magic. I am so happy I finally made tbe switch to Paul Conzos and look forward to each visit. Never have I received so many complements on my hair. It is pricey but worth it to know that Jenna wil treat my hair correctly. No wonder she was was voted The Best of Worcester.

I have never visited this particular store because when I called to ask if they did unnatural hair coloring, the guy on the phone could barely stop laughing to even answer me. Amilia worked wonders on my blonde hair today! I’ve been trying (for as long as I can remember) to get my hair from a warm yellow to a more icy tone and without damaging my hair she finally got it to be an amazing cool blonde tone. Couldn’t be happier with it. I will be returning and I would highly suggest to anyone looking for a new stylist!

I recently spent an absolutely divine day at Paul Conzo! Massage, mani, pedi and facial were all outstanding. I had a package and, unlike other day spas I have gone to, they moved me efficiently from one service to the next. All of the staff were very pleasant, skilled an professional. Cant wait to go back!

I had the worst pedicure and manicure today the nail polish doesn’t cover the edges she didn’t remove the cuticles, Very very poor service for 70$, I don’t think I will ever go there again

My wife wanted to color her hair blonde. i went to get her a gift card for christmas and was told would be the most $120. I purchased a larger amount than that and my wife set up her appt after Christmas. I called that morning and my wife had made the appt for a full foil and no cut the scheduled her for a partial foil and a cut. They said they could fit her in for a full foil. The stylist, Amelia, told her it would take more than 1 session to be the blonde that she wanted BUT would have SOME blonde in it this time as my wife has very dark hair. My wife had no blonde when done and was told next time they would have MORE TIME. So ultimately was a waste of money as nothing changed and over $150 in their pocket for doing ultimately nothing.

Ive been to a few places and paid alot for a massage and Ive never been 100% satisfied, This place changed my mind!!! The staff is amazing. I fell in love with Rita. I wouldnt mind getting pampered here 7 days/week haha absolutely loved it !

Went here to get a haircut because I had a string of bad haircuts at regular places. The stylist knew just what to do and it is working. I also had a facial here that was nice.

This place refused a woman because her appearance is not that of their normal clientele. How dare you discriminate people like that. Never making an appointment here again.
