I am not what I would consider to be a ‘beauty buff’, but was frustrated with looking like I had no brows or lashes without makeup on. Especially in the summer! Many months ago I went in to get my brows tinted and absolutely fell in love! I have been getting my brows and lashes tinted and lifted by Crystal ever since and I am obsessed. The look is perfect, the price is completely reasonable and most importantly the sevice is amazing. Crystal is the absolute best and I highly recommend!

I had my eyebrows waxed with Crystal. It was a great experience. Everything was completely comfortable and hygienic. She was able to shape my eyebrows to match my face extremely well. She discusses the changes she plans to make before she waxes also.

Don’t go to Kristen. Got an eye lash lift and not only she got the chemical in my eye, the lift was barely aesthetic. The next day my eye lashes were drooping. Place was clean though.

I have been going to Ariana for almost 2 years now. She does such an amazing job with my eyelash lifts. They typically last 8-12 weeks, and shes very articulate and pays attention to details, specifically my stubborn corner lashes. I got a lash lift once on Newbury Street in Boston, and it was a terrible experience and my lashes looked awful. The salon itself is very clean, and everyone I have spoken to who works there has always been so helpful and nice.

Just had an amazing facial with Arianna. It was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels great! I will be recommending her to anyone looking for a facial. I also have had an eyebrow wax and tint with Crystal and love it. I’ve found my new go to salon!

I had a lash lift with Ariana. It was my first time trying the lift and I am very happy with the results. I am Asian so my lashes are straight and dont hold a curl long after when using an eyelash curler. With the lash lift, my lashes are nicely curled and look natural. Ariana was friendly and informative and explained each step thoroughly. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. The shop was clean and organized. I intend to return again.

I have been going and seeing the ladies at Nkd for the last few years. Kristie was able to boost my self confidence by giving me eyebrows again. The microblading process was a game changer and I recently tried powder brows. Once again, I was amazed with the final product. This is w wonderful logically owned business. They provide skincare, waxing, makeup, massage, and hair services. I get my hair cut by Nicoleta and she does an excellent job. As a guy, I am not intimidated by this place at, its completely comfortable. Easy parking, close to the highway, what more can I say!

I absolutely love my hybrid lashes thanks to Crystal! Ive had my share of lash experiences and I have never had an experience like I did with Crystal. Upon the consultation, she was very attentive to every detail and recommended the best lash set for me. I feel very relaxed when Im with Crystal and she is very gentle and professional. My lashes looked natural and feel super light, I sometimes forget I have them on! I had such an amazing experience, I pre-booked all my fills! Thank again Crystal! See you in 2 weeks!

This was my second visit to Nkd for waxing service and was quite impressed with the talented staff like my first visit. Daniele, who had previously done my waxing gave my good advice on areas that I havent waxed before. I also felt I was not being rushed and she was a perfectionist for a great outcome. Ill be back for their services in the future and thoroughly recommend them to friends.

Waxing (During Covid-19) is NOT a diy project I plan on taking on. Danielle does my waxing and she’s wonderful. The place is very clean and there’s sanitizer as soon as you walk in. I don’t mind waiting in my car for my appointment since there’s so much parking.

Ive been here 3 times for waxing and I will never go to another salon. Ive had a different esthetician each time and they were all pleasant, professional, thorough and efficient. Booking is super easy, I use the website, its great. The salon is neat and nicely decorated; the rooms are well equipped and relaxing. The prices are VERY reasonable and they even have a rewards system that are automatically added to your account without having to sign up for anything. My last visit I was surprised to find out the underarm waxing I received was free. Definitely follow the parking instructions posted on their website, they have a lot that is super convenient but towing is a definite risk. I followed their instructions and I never encountered an issue. I live at least 30 minutes away and its well worth the drive.

Ive gone to the salon twice now and I keep continuously booking now, I have 3 appointments in the next two weeks! Hannah has done my makeup twice now and tinted my eyelashes and eyebrows and Im so happy with the results she gives me everytime ! I have a facial booked next week which Im super excited to try out from here and a massage as well, what a great place to get some pampering done for yourself! Unfortunately I made an appointment to get a fill while my lash girl was on vacation. I made an appointment for them to later on call me and ask for photos bc the lash tech didn’t feel comfortable taking a new client with current lashes. I sent photos and I was denied bc the girl didn’t feel comfortable doing my lashes bc I had current lashes already on. The receptionist I spoke with was very nice. I’m just extremely disappointed by the way it all played out.

Alexis is awesome! She listened to everything I had to say and then gave me exactly what I wanted. She didn’t cut more than I was expecting and my hair looks the best it has in a long time! I highly recommend Alexis.

You shouldnt have to leave the place you paid a good amount of money to for hair removal services with hair in various placed still on your face. Your procedures should not be rushed and you shouldnt have to go home and FIX what you paid a professional to do. Seriously. Its disheartening. If I wanted such results like this I would have gone to a nail salon for these procedures.Also, you shouldnt have to walk over hair all over the floor to get to your appointment.

NKD is a fantastic spot for a wax! Got my first ever wax done here and was more than satisfied. Kristie, was very professional and made sure I was super comfortable. She did an excellent job and talked me through the steps, as it was my first time getting any of this done! I have been going to NKD for about 2 years now. I have services done with Kristie and Lexie every other month. Ive been to many different salons/spas, Ive seen many different estheticians/hairstylists and none of them compare to the service I receive at NKD. I always leave my appointments satisfied and feeling like my money was well spent. I naturally have curly thick hair and Lexie does such an amazing job with my hair. She is always willing to recommend products that would work well with my hair type. I am so thankful to have found these amazing ladies and I always look forward to going to NKD for my hair, waxing, and skin care needs!

I was a little late because it was my first visit and I had trouble finding it. They werent overly friendly. I was bleeding after the wax which almost never happened before. Ive had much rougher waxes and never had that problem. I missed my next appointment because of work. No calls or anything. They just said I had to prepay next time. I understand if it happened more than once, but life happens. I wasnt overly satisfied with the first time so I didnt reschedule.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and it could not have gone any better! Crystal applied a natural set to my eyes and I am so happy with the results!! She is very professional and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend anyone going to NKD for eyelash extensions!

Went here to get my eyebrows waxed based on reviews. The store was very hard to find at first which was frustrating, however they are Very friendly, clean, and good prices. They offer discounts for students. My eyebrows have never looked better, and I will def make them my regular place!!!

I love NKD! Kristie Lee is awesome at what she does (all of it! Makeup, waxing and lashes) and shes super professional and friendly! Booking an appointment is super easy since they have the option to book online (or you can call, too) and Kristie Lee has always been very accommodating whenever I need an appointment. Overall, NKD is a great place!

I called here at the beginning of the summer to find out about eyelash extensions. Crystal Whittmore ended up placing them, and I have been seeing her basically every two weeks since. She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything from skin care questions to when I asked her if I had a toe nail fungus or whether it was discolored from nail polish! Every one here is great, but Crystal is my personal go-to. At the end of the summer she suggested that we change over to dying the eyelashes instead, in order to save me money. Between all that and the friendly automated text appointment reminders you cant beat the service! Clean, friendly, up-beat and punctual facility!

I have been coming here for the past 3 months for bikini waxing and each time I come I am extremely satisfied with my service. I have been a client of Kristie Lees since before she opened up NKD. She is an incredible aesthetician & I would follow her anywhere. She has been doing my lashes for years and I am never disappointed. I have been to two other salons to get my lashes done, one before I met Kristie and one when she wasnt available (I was heartbroken ;) and neither one came close in value or quality. I have yet to see another studio that has comparable pricing and the products she uses never irritate my eyes which is more than I can say for other studios.
