Forget it dont waste your time they never have enough chairs or I should say help the first thing they ask you is did you make an appointment? I say no Im a walk-in two hour wait. Dont like those chains because if you find a good cutter that you like you can never get an appointment with that person again they turned help over very fast

Had my hair cut after a gap of 8-9 months. Was worried about COVID protocols and safety but was impressed with the cleanliness and steps followed. My temperature was checked and the area cleaned before my haircut. Denise was the one cutting my hair and was warm and professional.The haircut was good and the rate $20.

Made an online apt for my son for 515. Was told to wait when the stylist was available. He had just received his food. Took us in and could tell wasnt happy. Rushed us through the apt and my sons hair was uneven and looked rushed. Could tell stylist was done with us, so said we were fine, paid and left. Had to bring son to another salon to fix his hair. Felt rushed and like I was annoying the stylist for being on time for my apt. Wont be returning.

I got my hair cut yesterday and it exceeded my expectations by far. Emily A. cut my hair it came out great. She was nice, friendly and most of all extremely professional. She asked me through out the hair cut if I liked it so far. The overall cut is probably the best hair cut I have ever had. Not to mention she had a lot to deal with when cutting my hair. I had taken the scissors to my hair multiple times through quarantine. I also straighten my hair daily so it was in very bad shape. I will definitely go back to her.

I will never use this service again. I called to set up an appointment and was told they cannot service me until I give them my phone number. Thanks for the reply from the owner. Much appreciated. It was the way the person to whom I spoke with was very rude. Thank you for taking the time to read and reply. This makes for excellent customer service.

I came here on December to do highlights and it was good but then i want to added some more so i went back just last Monday and i came home with less highlights 😤😤 the same hairdresser! I also did root touchups on monday and the lady just dyed my whole non-highlights part with the same root color!! So disappointed!! I won’t recommend this supercuts and won’t come back. I wish i could get a refund!!

I had absolutely terrific service here, a young lady named Kayla gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever got. However, I was in a rush, but despite it being very busy and me having a lot of thick and long hair she did a fantastic job by being both quick and efficient. I will definitely be going back!

Love it here I havent got my hair cut since age 15 Im 30 now I was super scared but I had to do it do to health reason I was able to talk to a hair stylist very very nice girl Kayla she made me feel so comfortable n I trusted her right away long story short she did a awesome job!!! Im going to preface this with the fact that I only went here bc my buddy wanted to go.Now ima be real, hes white af and has that type of hair whereas I am biracial and have thick curly hair so idk Im just a bit more picky about who does my hair. I live in a town of mainly white folks and getting my hair done in that area always ends up with less than stellar results (I think there is a connection there lmao). That being said the woman who cut my hair did an amazing job! I was very happily suprised. His hair came out great as well of course.

I needed to get a trim and booked an appointment online. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was late. The ladies there were relaxed and scheduled me in when they could. I had a very short wait, my hair was cut how I wanted very quickly, the lady was friendly (not sure if it was Daniel or Emily), and it was cheap without being a cheap haircut. I am usually apprehensive going to salons as they are overpriced for the service and tell me how terrible I do my own hair. Not so here, I was treated with respect and it was great to talk about hair with another person. I highly recommend this salon.

The Asian guy who cut my hair was rough with his clippers and comb, I dont know how many times he hit my head and ears with them. That and did not do what I wanted for hair cut.

Well i went in the other day and the ladies were extremely nice i asked to get a long bob hair cut and what i got was far from what the picture i showed her in the end she cut my hair to short and was all the same length it was supposed to be short in the back longer in the front the lady was so nice though i couldnt be mad cause she was so friendly.

This review is based on three visits. The first time I visited, they were doing some sort of wedding party, and due to the staffing there was over an hour wait. I had to leave and go to another place. The second time I came here there was a five minute wait which is completely acceptable, and the haircut turned out great. The third time I tried to get a haircut here the website said they were open at 8:45, but on the door it was posted 9 AM. At 9:05 AM someone poked their head out the window saying they werent open until 1030 because of some staffing issue. So I had one good haircut here and two failed attempts. Your mileage definitely will vary.

Received a great haircut from Kaylah today,7/1/19.She was very personable and professional.I checked in online and the wait was minimal.

Curly haired girl in the front desk was extremely rude. Was asked if there was an appointment otherwise it was an hour wait. Obviously didnt care if I got a haircut there or somewhere else. Went back to my car to think of what to do next. Other employee STARED at me in my vehicle while I was trying to decide and make a phone call. Parking here is horrible. I can go on but I dont want to waste any more time on this place and you shouldnt either.
