I used to love Bee and Hue, until I took my little sister there. I got all my acrylic sets done here and my sister decided she wanted a pedicure (at the time she was young). Of course I took her here as I loved them. Well, that was a mistake. Hue kept looking at her and making faces at her almost as if she should not be there. This very much upset me as this should have been a good experience for her first pedicure. He snapped at her when she changed her color again. Need less to say, it left a bitter taste in my mouth and if you have young kids I would not recommend.

Got acrylics done and it hasnt even been a week and two of them came off so I just took them all off. Could have gotten then same thing if I got plastic walmart nails and painted them myself. They cut my skin and they put alcohol and polish in the cut. They also didnt let my feet soak and tried filing my non existent nails. Definitely not worth how expensive it was and I will not be going back but nice people I guess

I had a pedicure on a Friday evening. The service itself was fine, nothing spectacular and more expensive than I normally pay, but its a rare treat for me so I didnt complain. Then, three days later, on Tuesday morning I noticed all of my toenails were missing bits of polish. This has never happened to me with a pedicure! So I tried going back to get it touched up or at least use the polish myself but there wasnt anyone there. Ive called, left messages, multiple times, with no response. Im so disappointed!

Nice people, clean salon but my mani/pedi wasn’t so great. Poorly done.

I normally use a different nail salon in Woodstock. Today I wasnt able to get in at my regular place and I really needed my nails & toes done. After reading reviews from several local salons, I decided on Nails 2000. Bea was my nail tech. She did a fabulous job. The pedicure was so relaxing and she really took her time! She also removed my no chip and gave me a wonderful manicure. The place is small but clean and they are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the price as well. I will be going back!

They were so kind to me and I sure needed that TLC on that particular day. I got a lovely pedicure at a great price and they took their time and took wonderful care of me. It was just the kind of care I needed.

I went today for a pedicure a lady and Man run the salon. My pedicure was Excellent. My Granddaughter had a gel fill Excellent and my Daughter in law had a manicure. We were all Extremely Happy.

This is my go to nail salon. The owners are great, they really take their time with you and get to know you. Call first to make sure they can fit you in, it is just the two of them and they dont like to make people wait too long. My nails always look great!

Horrible experience(s). First time I went there I got a full set of acrylic nails. While getting them done the man did not make sure the lengths were consistent nor the shape. Cuticles were not cut down and shape wasn’t done carefully. Furthermore, my nail had broken off with ease and no pain 2 days later. Anyone who has acrylics knows that they hurt to come off unless you soak them. Second time I went I got a pedicure done. Specifically asked for the arch of my foot to not be touched and the man insisted he had too and there was no other option, even after an adult asked him to stop also. Lastly, once confronted after this happened he proceeded to laugh and say he couldn’t not wash my feet and “didnt Know what to do for me” when CONSISTENTLY asked to stop because it made me uncomfortable. Lastly, ants were crawling all over the floor while my toes were drying. Wouldn’t recommend simply because of total lack of respect from the male.

Its nice that they cater to men as well.

I love Be & Hue! Ive been coming here since early last year, shortly after they took over the business. They are so nice and do a wonderful job! Highly recommend

They did an EXCELLENT job on my acrylics. Very affordable and they dont rush thru it. Found my permanent nail tech.❤

They take their time doing your nails and/or pedi to make sure the customer is happy. They are extremely friendly and have great customer service. If you leave there and find something wrong they welcome you back to fix the problem with no attitude. I have never had a bad experience! :)

Terrible service, went in for a pedicure and not only did the guy look at me like I was crazy but then said he didnt have time for a pedicure. Even though they were open for another 8 hours. If I could give it less I would of.

I called to make an appointment a day in advance and they scheduled me for 10:15. I arrived at 10:10 and noticed that their shop wasnt open, even though they open at 10:00. I waited until 10:15 and tried the door which was locked. I called and there was no answer. I went down the road to another salon after waiting in my car. 😐

It is important to note that this salon has new owners, who are friendly and accommodating. This is a nice small salon centered on customer service.

Went there with my daughter to get my nails done and was very disappointed, I wanted full service no chip manicure with extension and the guy did it but totally different what I show him, each my mail was different size and shape even not close to this one what I show him, I noticed they are not sterilize their equipment too my nails were horrible, he did for my daughter too no chip manicure and 3 days later all polish from her nail came off, they are not very professional not going again there for sure, very bad experience!
