I was really excited to find this place, especially because I had a tight schedule and assumed I would have to wait a few days until I could get my nails done but I really wish I had waited the extra few days to go to my normal place. To start, I asked the person who serviced me if I could do glitter tips (with a picture taken from their website) she said that would be no problem and I asked if I wanted to add nail tips. My natural nails have never been long enough to use and they were a decent length, so I wanted to try without their extra nail tips. She said that sounded good and got started. She layered on quite a bit of powder and when it came time for the glitter, she used glitter that was far too large for the style I wanted and got it all over my nail. After a few she said it was hard to control the glitter with small nails (if I had known that in the beginning I would have opted for nail tips to make it easier). She finished both hands and I was trying to love it, but I ended up asking her to use a polish with a finer glitter to fill in some of the gaping holes on my glitter “tips”. She filed down a bit on top of the Sns powder, but she didn’t do it until after the glitter so there was only so much that could be done, and my nails ended up looking enormous (except the nail where she got glitter down everywhere so she had to grind it all off). It felt weird and I assumed it was just because I had never used my natural nail, but after I left I realized that under the nail had never been cleaned and I had a bunch of powder and clear coat all up under my nails. My hands do not match and one clearly had much more glitter than the otherI gave 2 stars because despite all this, the woman who serviced me was incredibly kind and kept checking to make sure I wasn’t hurt if I jumped or squirmed. I know she genuinely tried to do her job and I do not begrudge her at all on that part, that’s why I made sure she still got a good tip, I just couldn’t fall in love with my nails this time

I went on Tuesday to treat myself before my anniversary and it was great! Calm and relaxing experience and the ladies were so sweet!Im so happy to have my nails done again!

I happened to spot Amy’s nail salon as a last minute decision for some acrylic nails. I’m new to the area so I called ahead because I saw that they would be closing within the hour. Amy was super sweet on the phone and said that I could walk in. I had a picture of an idea that I showed her (ombré pink stiletto acrylics) once I arrived, and she said that she could do it. Amy was such a delight and created a pretty exact replica of the picture I showed her. I 100% recommend coming in to see her! I’ve found my new salon to stick with! Thank you so much. 😊

This is my first time here and I must say that I’m impressed! I only get pedicures maybe 4 times a year and always seem to salon hop, but I think I have finally found my place! The staff were all so nice, and I left happy with the service I was given. I will definitely be back.

Amy is amazing! The salon is clean and organized. You can see how hard Amy works to keep things going and trying to please everyone. My nails and toes always look amazing and exactly how I want them. I’ve passed by Amy’s Nails since it opened, & today I was determined to get a pedicure. I walked in and, with very little wait, the Deluxe Pedicure began. Amy was polite & friendly, but didn’t “push” me for conversation. A plus in my book because I wanted to relax. There was soothing music &, if I’d elected to keep my eyes open, the TVs had relaxing scenes rotating across their screens. I honestly believe I fell asleep (after my calluses were removed - truly the reason I needed a pedicure in the first place)! I’m already looking forward to my return visit!

My friend and I started going here a few months ago, the past few times have really sealed the deal. Not paying attention to any details - rushing through - no washing in between filing and painting - not cutting cuticles - over cutting cuticles - uneven nails lengths - appointment times not honored, to name a few…I pay extra for callus remover but the scrubbing effort isn’t there. I really wanted this to work but I now have an ingrown toe nail because of the rush job that was done 🤦🏼‍♀️

My mom and I LOVE Amy’s. The best quality nails and the best service ever. Amy’s is the only place we will go!!

Amy is the best! Clean and simple yet elegant place to spend part of my day off. Beautifully done, amazing pedicure to match, good conversation, nice massage chair, and listened well to what I wanted done. She offered other services but was not too pushy. Ill be back with my daughter for one of the kid services soon enough as well.

We had made an appointment. They were short handed and took several walk ins before us. We should have been told it was an hour wait up front. We sat with our feet in cold water for 40 plus minutes. No offer of a bottle water until after we complained. I had to complain and raise my voice some to just get the water switched out. Very poor management. No offer of a discount on the price. I wont be going back. Next time Im going to a less fancy looking salon with better customer service.

I have been going here now for a little over a month and they are always friendly, and professional! Amy has done my nails the past couple times and she is amazing!! My old nail salon closed about a year ago, and I was so bummed. It seemed like I couldnt find a good quality salon. This is my second visit to Amys. I have also taken my daughter. The business is super clean and they are professional. The speed in which they operate is phenomenal! Dont let the word speed deter you, because the quality of their work is superior. The staff is capable of seeing a photo of what you want, and perfecting it. Also, I have never had someone listen to and ensure they did exactly what you want with your nails. Great experience !! First time there - took my daughter for her first gel nail experience on her 13th birthday. Amy and the stuff were so kind and did a fantastic job and also gave her a birthday gift. I also got my nails done as well as my 9 yr old . I will be coming back.

Terrible quality. The technician was nice enough, but she rushed through my gel nails in 15 minutes. This was the quickest manicure Ive ever gotten, and it shows. I wont be coming back.

I always enjoy coming here. The place is clean and relaxing. They usually have funny videos you can watch on the screens. Its very large and I feel safe going there even during Covid. Everyone wears a mask including customers. Everyone there is relented and does a great job. I pass alot of nail salons on my drive to Amy and Im never disappointed.

Was fantastic when first opened, service has slipped. Toe nails too long, polish—powder or gel not properly applied. So disappointed as I really enjoyed this salon and their team.

Just tried this salon out for their grand opening, and I loved it! I got SNS and a deluxe pedicure! I’ve never had a pedicure and Amy put me at ease and made it relaxing. Cindy did my SNS and did a wonderful job. The nails are filed exactly the same, color is smooth and not patchy and the entire nail is covered, not missing any on the sides. Location is great, and the salon is very clean and organized and relaxing. Thank you!

The entire staff is friendly and very professional. The entire salon is impeccably clean and organized. I came in with an ideas and pictures of what I want and Amy executes it above my expectations, and fixed what a prior salon couldn’t. The pedicures are relaxing and thorough, I almost fell asleep in my chair. Definitely have found my place for all of my manicure and pedicure wants and needs! AMAZING!!!!

I had a terrible experience there two out of the three times I went, I really enjoyed the first time and then I got the same lady the last two times and it was awful! I waited for forever and then finally when she came to me another lady complained that got there after me and she left me even though I got there first to do her nails. She rushed through my nails and my nails all broke or popped off after 7 days...

Came in for the basic pedicure - it was the fastest pedicure Ive ever had in my entire life. I was seated and she was finished in 15 min flat. Poor & quick massage and I was left feeling like I completely wasted my money. I would never go back or recommend to anyone.

I LOVED it here. Anytime I go to visit my friend in GA, we are going here. They are so nice and friendly and patient. I am VERY *VERY* picky and they worked with me to make sure I was happy with the finished product. If I moved a stone to where I wanted it after they put it on initially, they were fine with it. Nobody was short with me or got an attitude about me being picky. They were just a DELIGHT!! So clean and relaxing, SO many colors and can do anything you’d want. Can’t wait to go again. Best pedicure massage ever!

I visited Amy’s for the first time today. First, I can’t remember the last time I was in and out of a nail salon for a fill in within an hour. I didn’t have to wait. And Amy was meticulous in making sure she got the shape and color of my nails right. The salon is clean, and I felt safe with the plexiglass between us. Both customers and staff wore masks as well. Amy’s is my new nail salon.

Absolutely thrilled that Amy’s Nails and spa has come to my neighborhood in Woodstock!! I knew Amy from another salon and so happy for her that she has her own place. It’s absolutely gorgeous! While the place looks nice and ladies are nice, quality is just ok, price us high and wait was long. I had my eyebrows waxed and it pulled my skin up to the point, I now have a scab. They also nickel and dime you. My youngest wanted different colors on her nails and they charged us extra for that (out of the dozen or more places I have been, this never happened). Dont think I will be returning here again.

I never had to make a negative review but wow.This is a nice clean place, keep in mind it’s brand new. The staff is very nice but the owner is not very friendly to her staff.Though the biggest problem with this place is the PRICE.You will be done and ready to ck out and then you see fees added. That they didn’t tell you about. She will do it almost intentionally.Here is what I was told“ what shape would you like?” I responded square on top and round on the side. She said “ oh coffin shaped is really nice, you’ll like it. “ I said ok. She didn’t mention that there was a fee until it was time to pay. 😡😡Again I’ve never had my nails done with a basic pedicure over $100. And then saying 20% off. Your paying way more than you would anywhere else.$5 shaping nails$ 15 for gel nails. ( anywhere else is $5)$6 to take off nailsThey will nickel and dime you. And they do it intentionally without saying a word.So if you go, I recommend everything they offer you question if there is a charge.And her up charges are crazy high.

Had my nails and pedicure done here for the first time. Very friendly staff and prompt. The reason I gave it a four is because I think prices are too high. It is ok with discount but $45 for the deluxe pedicure is high. I used to get the same for about $38 on average so more pricey than usual. Overall not a bad place and conveniently located on SR-92 .

Love to get my nails down here ...spa package pedicure is the best!!!!! Once you entire the salon they welcome you in and it doesn’t feel awkward.

Way too expensive paid 98 bucks for a pedi and sns nails. The pedi they didnt even remove the callusWhen any other place would have charged like 75 bucks.The ladies are nice.They did a good job on my sns nailsBut I wasnt happy with pedicure or the price.
