I wanted so badly to love this place based on the excellent reviews. But I went in last Tuesday (one week ago) for a GEL manicure and my nails are already chipping and when he painted them originally he did not go all the way to the nail bed. Which is something I think is important to make the mani last longer. So after a week, during which all I did was attend a wedding and go to class (no manual labor) my nails look like this. He also did very uneven thickness on my nails and did not shape them well whatsoever.I went at a time when they were not busy and I had an appointment so the quality should not have been this low because there was no excuse. They weren’t rushing and I didn’t walk in.The lady who did my toes did an AMAZING job though. They haven’t chipped and the shape is perfect!I’m chalking this experience up to the fact that their expertise is acrylics and not natural nails.

I think I’ve found my new regular nail salon. I called ahead and they got me right in (though I’ll be making an appointment next time) even though they were very busy. The staff was friendly with a great sense of humor. Tony did my nails today and it was the best salon experience I had to date. I picked a sort of “boring” mani but it was executed perfectly. He paid attention to detail cleaning my cuticle and under the nails post-manicure. I think it looks great! 🤩🤩🤩

I drove 30 minutes to try this location due to the reviews, and left disappointed.The tech didnt even clean up the polish he smudged on my toes. I intentionally picked the darker blue, and then asked for a simple design that wasnt executed at all like the picture.One staff kept mentioning how busy they were and how everyone is waiting until the last minute to get services for the holiday. I would much rather have been told they were too busy for a walk-in, than wait 45 minutes for less than par service. Their website does not specify appointment only.Venice - Please do not call me and ask for me to change/delete my review as I see from past reviews that is apparently something you all do.

I absolutely love this place! I moved here a year ago, tried it out and have never gone anywhere else! Everyone is so kind, Sean goes out of his way to make sure every customer loves their nails and if they don’t, he personally fixes them. Jenny and Tony are both incredible! Literally THE BEST nail salon. They are so personable and take so much pride in what they do. The owner is soooo nice. You can tell he leads the others by a great example. I got an sns set done by Jenny a week ago, and I was so happy. I did a walk in and she started my nails not too long before close. She stayed late, and did not rush herself at all making sure my nails were done well, and that I was happy with them. They have not lifted at all, and haven’t showed any signs of breaking. I had a nail salon before here, but honestly I was so impressed that I’m switching to this salon and using Jenny from now on!!!

WOW! I have lived in this area my entire life and I have struggled to find a consistent nice and clean place to get my manicure, pedicure, and eyelash, and brow tint. I was absolutely blown away by this place. The service was incredible. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and we talked like we had known each other all our lives after just meeting for the first time.The manager Sean has a keen eye for detail and he leads his employees to immaculately care for their customers. Sean has been managing and working at this establishment for close to 20 years! I highly recommend the camomile premiere 5 step pedicure!Jenny tinted and trimmed my eyebrows and they have NEVER looked better!!! She also tinted my eyelashes - something I have wanted to try for a long time! I will be maintaining the tint every 2 months now! She took her time, was clean and thorough. I could tell she loves her job and truly cares for her customers.I highly recommend becoming a customer here. I will be trying their collagen mask very soon. The prices fair and they wore masks and were very sanitary considering covid 19. They were absolutely amazing in every way!!!!I am attaching photos of my eye tinting results. I have sensitive skin, so the B&W photos look best. :)

My wife and I found out about this spa to celebrate our anniversary after being recommended by a close friend of ours. The atmosphere of the salon gives a comfortable feeling. The spa itself was very clean and sanitary. The workers were very kind and professional as well as sociable which did not make the service awkward in any way. The price range are all within reason considering how much effort is put in. Quality at Venice Nail and Spa is extraordinary without question from my experience. I recommend going to this spa if anyone is looking for one with good quality, kind and professional workers, comfortable atmosphere, and reasonable prices.

I had a wonderful experience at Venice Nails in Woodstock that I just had to share! When you first walk in you are greeted by Sean with such enthusiasm and delight. You can literally feel the happiness and joy in this place. I received a spa pedicure and a full set by Tony and Laura that turned out absolutely beautiful. I received a honey and milk pedicure. My husband did as well. He enjoyed his immensely. Lora enjoyed giving him the pedicure and watching him. 👀 And I was watching her. HmnHenry performed my pedicure. He was really funny and sociable. He did a great job on my small nails. However my massage chair did not want to cooperate with me for the most part. I think it was chair 7 or 8. But, i will be back. The deluxe honey and milk is $35. It does not include the paraffin wax bag for the feet but includes everything else.

I recently found this salon and Im in LOVE! Ive had Tony doing my nails now for 3 months and Laura doing my feet and I couldnt ask for a better pair of technicians! I went in for my birthday and they totally outdid themselves! Their attention to detail and to make me feel beautiful for my special day was definitely noticed and appricated! Totally recommend them both!

I had my worst nail experience here (done by Leah) but I’m leaving 5 stars because... 1. When IComplained I was offered a free brand new set and eyebrow waxing, and 2. First time going in. I desperately needed a pedicure before my staycation. I called and they had openings for the afternoon. I got in a pedicures chair right away. Salon is clean and modern. Everyone was friendly. I had a great pedicure with gel polish. My feet still look good 2 weeks later. I will definitely return.

I visited this salon for the first time on 08/14/21. It was the weekend of my sister’s birthday, so I treated her to a pedicure. Tony did a beautiful job on her nail set and pedicure. On the other hand, I had Henry who wasnt good. I showed Henry the color I wanted for both my nails and feet (which was a light green). He brought out a light blue. I told him that wasn’t the color I picked and he kept insisting that I do the gel polish. I told him I didn’t want gel, just regular polish & because I declined gel polish he became very aggressive. I got tired of arguing with him so I went with blue instead. He didn’t scrub my feet or do the foot massage & kept saying it would be $5 more if he did that. All of these things are already included in the package I picked so he was just trying to up charge me. After he painted my toes, he took the extremely hot towel and just threw it on my feet. Before I could tell him it was too hot, he was already heading to the back for his lunch. I then threw off the towel and grabbed my feet because of the pain. After that, he came out to start my nails. I told him that I didn’t like what he was doing and he started talking over me like he didn’t understand what I was saying. He is extremely rude & very unprofessional. He kept increasing the prices and we kept getting into arguments. Once he finished my nails, he just got up to work with the next customer. I asked Tony if he could please clean up my nails and he did with no hesitation.Henry has horrible customer service and doesn’t know how to do acrylic or polish nails. This says a lot about management. They only care about money and not providing quality services. They charge you for things that you don’t even ask for all because they say “it lasts longer.” I nor my sister will be back here. Tony might be the only person here to actually provide you a quality service and a beautiful nail set. Apart from him, I would not recommend this place.To the owner: Please take heed to my comment and work on your team. The main focus should be the customer. Always treat people how you want to be treated. Never wait for something negative to happen before you take action. Always make sure that the service being provided is agreed upon with the customer.

And since COVID-19, they take multiple precautions such as: taking everyone’s temperature when you walk in the door, everyone must use hand sanitizer upon entering, everyone must wear face mask and an appointment is preferred so there is little to no people in the waiting area for a long period of time.

Tony did SNS ombré on my nails today and did an exquisite job. He really took his time and truly cared about making my nails look good. He was also super nice and hospitable, offering me delicious Vietnamese coffee that I’m now obsessed with! I can’t stop looking at my nails.

Came in here willing to spend $65 for pedicure services and left spending $35 due to the customer service I received today. I had an appointment and I still had to wait approximately 35 minutes, on top of that after being seated, Courtney left to tend to another customer for a few minutes. I had to listen to the unprofessional rants about people who have appointments and walk-ins being accepted over appointments. This is NOT my problem and I feel like she should take these concerns up with management. To make things more frustrating, I had to ask Courtney for the pumice scrub which is an integral part of a pedicure. She said “I asked you if you wanted the callus treatment”. Honey, a callus treatment is different from the pumice scrub. Who doesn’t know that? Long story short, had I not asked for the pumice scrub, I was going to pay $35 for just a foot soak (seeing that regular polish is complimentary). Unbelievable. As she polished my toes she kept sulking and sighing when the polish smudged. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I WILL NOT be back. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

My mom, two sisters and I have been customers of Jenny’s for over 10 years. When she and her husband bought a salon, we switched salons to continue receiving services from Jenny and her employees.All of the workers are friendly from the moment you walk into the door, and I love coming to relax and get pampered. They are very COVID-friendly (temperature at the door and masks worn by all employees and customers). The prices are very reasonable for the care that you receive and the attention to detail that they give is incredibly hard to find at other salons. I have nerve pain in my legs and feet due to an injury, and they always give the best massages with the pedicure that help relieve the pain. I usually get a gel manicure and a milk & honey pedicure on my natural nails, and my nails are always up to standard (I am quite picky)!I have tried many other nail salons as I’ve moved semi-locally a few times over the years, but no one compares to Jenny and her team. I highly recommend making an appointment to see for yourself!

Ive tried a few different nail salons in the area and this by far is the best Ive been to. Everyone was very welcoming and my nail tech was amazing. She was sweet and addressed all of my concerns about my previous nail experiences. She took her time and made my nails exactly how I wanted them. I also got my eyebrows waxed and that was the best wax experience Ive ever had. I also want to mention the fact that it started storming heavily right before we left and everyone offered for us to stay there until the storm passed. We declined because we wanted to get back home to our pets, and they offered to walk us to our car with an umbrella. Such a wonderful staff and an overall amazing experience! I will most definitely return. 😊😊

Very nice but Horrible experience the polish was bad and just wasn’t smooth at all, wasn’t due to polish not drying at all.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience here! My tech was super sweet and patient. Some techs took their masks off when not with clients, which was a little discomforting.

I recently went here for the first time because I needed a new nail salon in my area and they had great reviews... I was so pleased to find out that they do indeed live up to their good reviews!! I waited for a few min until they thoroughly cleaned a station and Jenny did my SNS nails. They sanitized every tool every step of the way and Jenny did an amazing job with my nails! Everyone there was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Pricing was great too. I paid exactly what I was used to paying at my other salon so I was happy about that too. I will absolutely be back to make this my new, regular salon!

This place is not the same since Stacey and Shannon left. Some staff do a good job, but some of them do a poor job. I ask for correction and they denied there was anything wrong. I went to a different place and they were appalled at how chunky and unrealustic my SNS nails looked.
