Okay, so after years of coming here I’m gonna give my totally honest review.Regular manicures- I’ve found that the regular polish manicures tend to be very splotchy. Often, my nails are either filed down to much or simply not filed enough. I’ve been here for regular manicures many times over the years and I often leave with uneven, bubbly, splotchy looking nails. I’ve even gotten many manicures where I’ve come home to realize that there’s fuzz or hair stuck in the polish. The photo with the solid yellow nails is an example that shows uneven and bubbling polish. I went for an acrylic removal and regular manicure just the other day. The polish was still tacky after hours of waiting, it was very uneven, and the woman who did my nails hardly filed them. I ended up taking the polish off late that evening and re-filing and painting them myself.SNS manicures- the SNS manicures have been alright in my experience. I’ve had them done at least 6 times here. Very nice colors, very good quality. My biggest issues with the SNS manicures is the shaping of the nails. They often came out looking misshapen and the shapes weren’t always the same as what I asked for. Overall, my best experiences with this salon have been with their SNS manicures. Other than shaping I’ve had no real issue with them. (Examples of SNS manicures I’ve had done here are the white, pink, purple, and nude sets)Acrylic manicures- over all the acrylic manicures I’ve had done here look amazing. The nail art has been beautiful and this salon has provided some of my favorite acrylic sets (examples are the rainbow nails with cow print accent, and the stiletto nails). I found that when I’ve gotten acrylics in a coffin shape they tend to look somewhat chunky here, but the stilettos have been perfect. My biggest complaint with my acrylic sets (besides them coming out chunky) is the fact that every time I’ve gone to get acrylics, I’ve been cut by either the nail file or the drill. The stiletto set seen in the photos is by far my favorite set I’ve ever received. The nail art is beautiful. The acrylics didn’t look chunky at all. The shape was wonderful. But after getting that set I ended up with cuts on all but 3 fingers (from the drill). Also, with the first set of acrylics I got here, several of the nail extensions were glued on at an unusual angle leaving three fingernails tilted to one side while the rest were straight. I’d never had that issue with nail extensions before then. It may have been because that particular set was very rushed.Pedicures- I haven’t had a bad experience with the pedicures though I rarely have them done.Over all, I’m leaving a critical review because of how inconsistent my experience has been in my years of coming here. From afar, my nails always look great, but I definitely am not a fan of chunky, bubbly, uneven polish no matter how good it may look to other people. More care should also be put into protecting a customer’s skin. I should never have to leave the salon with a finger bleeding- let alone 7. The salon does seem very clean, it has a nice atmosphere. Occasionally if I’ve come at a busy time the workers seem a bit annoyed and rush through their work, but over all they’re very kind and gentle. If you choose to visit, I’d definitely recommend making an appointment. I think they still welcome walk-ins but it’s definitely not ideal. The overall pricing isn’t too bad, but it’s somewhat inconsistent. I got one acrylic set with just solid nails and 2 accent nails on the ring fingers which cost $85. The next acrylic set I got was done with nail art on each nail but only cost $75. Both prices included a soak off so I’m not sure what the price difference is due to. Compared to some of the other small salons around the pricing is just a little higher, but still extremely reasonable especially considering the level of detail put into the art. Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad place, definitely somewhere to consider. In my experience coming here after several years though this is the information I’ve gathered that may be helpful to share.

I saw Vicky for my manicure. I showed a picture of a Galaxy effect I was hoping for. Or a night sky...at first I was told that the technician couldnt do that effect (dont know who was asked, but the lovely receptionist informed me so)...then, Vicky who became my technician, asked me if the had shown me the cats eye...I hadnt seen but it was perfect my galaxy request. Vicky added some white dots and stars and Im posting a variety of pics to show how it changes in different light, it either shimmers green, purple, pink or green depending on the light...it changes. I love it. Thank you Vicky! I highly recommend.

My absolute FAVORITE nail salon!! I can’t say enough good things about them. The ladies are so sweet and are incredible with detailed nail art. All my friends and my mom go here as well! 10000/10 recommend them with all of your Pinterest nail art needs!❤️❤️

I liked coming here for a few months, but the only awesome nail technicians were Tyler and Lilly and Lilly no longer works there. There is one lady who I think is one of the managers because every time I go in there she is bossing everyone around. She is extremely RUDE. She was rushing my mom because she needed the color sets to give to other people. My mom was trying to find a similar acrylic color she had seen to an SNS color and instead of helping her the lady basically snatched it out of her hands and told her to keep her first choice. I snapped back at her telling her to hold on and to give my mom a minute. Lol like I know you want to fit in as many people as you can but THIS is how you lose customers. I came in there about 3 weeks ago, and I decided to take my mom since Lilly and Tyler do an awesome job! I shouldve requested them but I thought all the nail technicians would be as awesome as them! WRONG. My mom and I got two other nail technicians and the one I had was rude and the other was okay. Before applying the final touches to my nails I asked my technician if she could paint a heart on one of my nails, she huffed and puffed and told me that I shouldve told her earlier. She hadnt even finished putting the clear polish on. I told her it was fine, and left her no tip and gave it to the other technician that did my moms nails. She was just so rude when I asked her, like there was no reason to be that rude. Im not coming back here.

Best Nail Salon Ive been too in a very long time. Very friendly employees. I was beyond pleased.

Very efficient and they always do a stellar job, even if for custom designs. Highly recommend, my daughter only prefers this salon and no other. They tend to be on the pricier side but worth the quality.

I just drove here to get my nails done on a Saturday and arrived at 6:30. They close at 7:30 so I was here way before they close but the door was locked. They came to the door and said sorry we weren’t busy so we just closed early! It has been hard for me to get time to get my nails done but I planned to come today when my kids were at a dance. Their hours are until 7:30, they were still there but just decided to close.

This was my first time here and I’m never coming back.First off, the nail tech who worked on my pedicure was very rough with me and ended up nicking me. My toe was bleeding really badly and it took awhile to get the bleeding to stop. There were absolutely no apologies, no one came to check if I was alright, and there was no effort to make things right. And when I informed the person at the front what happened, they just said “aww I’m sorry, that sucks” as if my coffee order had been messed up.Besides being straight up injured, this place seemed extremely disorganized and entirely focused on pumping as many people in and out as possible. There seems to be a complete lack of communication between the front and the nail techs. Both myself and other customers were just plopped down in chairs without any explanation to the staff about what kind of services we were here for.I haven’t had a mani pedi in a long time and was really looking forward to relaxing and treating myself. But this whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

Acrylic looks bumpy, uneven shape, uneven length throughout the nails ( wanted they longer which she file down) paid $110 for acrylic full set and a pedicure was not worth the money gave them a couple of tries but they just can’t seem to get it right. Customer service was ok. They seem to be in a rush more than anything. Will not be going back but still left $20 dollar tip. Would of asked for them to do it again but didn’t want to be rude and I had to be at work within the next 30 minutes. This was supposed to be coffin shape. Sloppy work had acrylic all around my nails and underneath.

I loved the manicures and pedicures I got. I also loved how attentive and professional the staff are. I recently got nail art on my last manicure which I loved, I love how dainty and pretty the final nail art design looks. ♥

Sara rushed my SNS nails. They’re all thicker on one side of the nail and she didn’t thin them properly around my cuticles. So they’re thicker than the tips. Also, the clear top coat got painted all over my cuticles. Very sloppy. Not worth $40. I’ll be sure to go to someone with more skill next time.

This is a new nail salon. I love the atmosphere here. Workers are so friendly. Everything is clean. Absolutely will recommend my family and friends.

This place is a mad house in organization. They should have two people at the front desk because it is busy!! They rush their services and they prioritize people differently! I walked in and asked for a pedicure waited 25 mins for someone to attend me and before she started my service I said I would like to do an acrylic manicure as well she told the assistant that. After I was done with my pedicure, the host told me that the wait for manicure is so long ... while I saw 3 new clients walk in no appointment and got sat down for manicures! I left 20% tip for the lady that attended me but I will NOT come back here, and if you even care about equity you wouldn’t either. Have a blesssed day!

LONG READ:Front receptionist was as sweet as can be! Over all they were all very polite workers, but said WORK was absolutely atrocious. First off, we had an appointment for four, but had to sit for almost an hour waiting for a spot. We all had manicures. One was a fill in, two were regular SNS, and one mani pedi. My friend just needed a fill in for her current nails, but they didn’t even try to color match her. Told her that she needed a full new set. She insisted on the fill in and they made her change her color and then proceeded to change her shape (which was obviously not asked for) THEN WAS CHARGED FOR A FULL SET!My sister asked for almond retro painted nails and received an assortment of misshaped rounded nails that looked like sauce was spilled on them. The design was lazy and the base was completely opaque, so you could see natural nail. Badly done, and then was charged $70+. Not to mention one literally snapped off two days laterMy mother was the mani pedi, and she wasn’t sat until the rest of us were already most of the way done. She asked for solid color SNS nails and they looked relatively nice and clean. My mother was also given TWO ARTISTS and had to pay both of them. She was pleased with hers, so I can’t complain about that, but again, we had an appointment and she wasn’t sat for at LEAST an hour.Lastly, I asked for solid blue SNS with a cartoon palmetto tree and moon (South Carolina design). He started the SNS and it was going fine. I loved the color and the sparkle in it. Afterwards, I noticed some were crooked and my shapes were off (I asked for coffin). I noticed that he didn’t even completely cover all of my nails with the powder, so my natural nail was still showing. I asked him to fix it and what does he do? HE JUST CUTS OFF THE EXPOSED NAIL!!!! LITERALLY RIGHT DOWN TO THE NUBS! Not to mention he didn’t even cut back my cuticles, or start the SNS at the start of my nail bed. Next he went on to the design. I kept reassuring my artist Bo that it didn’t have to be an intricate design. Literally could have drawn it like a child draws palm trees, that’s what I was going for. After THREE TRIES, I just told him to trash it and just add the moon. MAN COULDNT EVEN PAINT A MOON! Again, after multiple tries, I left with a croissant on my ring fingers… Of course, one day later, a nail snaps.For the amount of amazing design posts y’all put on your website and Instagram, your employees couldn’t paint some squiggles or a moon. I was just extremely disappointed. The Instagram was very misleading. Obviously there’s only a handful of decent artists who can do those designs. It’s too late for a refund or anything, but this just needs to be fixed. Obviously there needs to be more training with designs.I would love to try again on my own with a proper artist.

This salon is horrible. I waited 2 hours to get my nails done, paid $70. 2 days after getting them done half the gems on my nails fell off. I went back in to get them fixed. Should only take 5 minutes to glue a few gems back on and they told me I would have to wait 45 minutes! Absolutely terrible customer service. Other salons I have been to will stop what they are doing to fix someones nails. Now my nails look horrible for my baby shower. I will never go back there. Definitely not worth waiting and definitely not worth the money. Extremely disappointed.

They accept reservations & walk ins. The salon is clean, the staff is nice, and they offer various pedicure packages. The massage chairs are a nice way to relax while getting a pedicure.

Came to visit Woodstock and came across this nail salon. Had a manicure and pedicure done and it was lovely. Very professional, would highly recommend 👌

The worst place to go. Have cant speak English and cant comprehend it. Our eyebrows werent done and ignored my nails but did my daughters and I am the queen of the household. My daughter and I were just a number and a human being to them. It was a hundred dollars not worth it. Believe me no tip left they dont deserve anything.

I went here 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for the beach. I asked for acrylics to be put on and a spa pedicure. The pedicure was nice enough, my toes were cut a little too short and they were finished in 30 minutes, even though it’s supposed to be an hour. The technician that did my acrylics was awful. She finished them in 40 min and that was with added time to dry. I asked for square shaped acrylics twice and received coffin shaped. Also, after asking her to shorten them twice they were still too long. She shaped them crooked, I asked her to fix them and they were still crooked. Basically, I spent 70 dollars with tip to then go home and spend an hour and half, filling down my nails, doing my best to reshape them and then painting them myself. I would not recommend going here!

Pavilion is now my go-to nail place. I had my first SNS appointment today and I couldn’t be happier. Dee was so kind and meticulous with my nails and they turned out beautiful. I would recommend Pavilion to any and everyone.

I love this place!! They are always efficient and do a fantastic job!!! Even when super busy!! I’m a hair stylist with my hands in water and chemicals and my nails last long and stay looking good!!! It’s clean and professional and the nail art is on point!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Really nice atmosphere and they accomodated my mom, sister, 9 year old niece, and myself so we could all sit next to each other during spa pedicures. The citrus spa pedicure was super relaxing and our nails look great!

I wanted to change what I wanted to get done before the lady even started and she rolled her eyes and got an attitude and walked away so I got up and left. I would not recommend. Not professional at all horrible customer service.

I went in yesterday, 3/24/21. I had a 5:15 appointment for a pedicure, and admittedly I was about 7 minutes late. My pedicure tech did not begin the pedicure until (yes, I checked) 6:05. I specifically asked for the $45 pedicure, advertised as a 45 minute pedicure, which comes with callus removal and a sugar scrub. The callus removal was barely done, and the sugar scrub was barely a scrub at all. Coupling all of these with the fact that the pedicure was over at 6:36 (making my pedicure clock in at about the 31 minute mark, I would say I am very disappointed. I will say the staff is very nice, and when I got my acrylics done last time they were absolutely great! Great acrylics, but the rest of the services Im aware of are substandard. For in depth pedicures and punctual timing, Id say you should go else where.

Best nail salon in Cherokee County!! After moving from Sandy Springs I tried to find my new go to spot for nails and Ive found it with Pavilion Nail Lounge. They are clean, nice and all the ladies do a fantastic job! They have taken me several times with a short call ahead time and I never have to wait. I will continue to come back every two weeks like clockwork.

Tyler is amazing at what he does he’s very talented. Throughout the whole time he kept asking me if he was hurting me which he wasn’t but the fact that he asked to make sure I had the best experience was so kind. He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. I will recommend everyone to Tyler he’s the best!

I have been looking for a new nail salon for months now with no luck! I decided to give Pavilion Nails a try and I finally struck gold! They have amazing customer service which I am big on, the lady at the front desk was super accommodating and friendly she always checked up on me to see if I needed anything else and just to see how it was going. Rosie was the one who did my nails and she was awesome! She was super detail oriented and took her time to have everything look perfect! I’m so happy to have found them! Definitely will be going back!

I got my nails done for the first time there today. It was really nice and clean but I first had one guy start then tell me he had to switch with another guy to do someone else’s nails... so the guy who did my nails didn’t do a very good job. There’s dents and a bump on some nails. He had to do one of my nails over again because it didnt match the rest. I’m just too nice to say anything cause I don’t wanna come off rude. My total was $50 and I still left a tip. So total out the door was $60. Overall I’m not very happy with my nails. I wish the other guy never would of switched. 😔

I had not every had a pedicure before.We got an appointment pretty quick, for 3 of us.The place seems very nice. The ladies who did my dad and daughter were very nice.The lady who did mine seemed to just want to get it over with. She didnt listen when I told her my pinky toe nail hurt.No one else in our party had any trouble and my daughter goes there often and loves it.Maybe that one girl was just having a bad day.

I justmoved to Woodstock and tried it for the first time. I got SNS. They have a huge variety of colors and the people who work there are very nice. .I will be back!

While getting a pedicure, the side of my toe was grated so badly that the skin was taken off, and the lady who was doing it didnt realize it. Another manicurist saw what happened and said something. My toe bled the entire time. When I complained, I was told the next time I come in, use someone else.

This place is wonderful!

I have been here a total of 3 times. Not one time have a left this place satisfied with my nails. This place is less than 3 mins from my house so I always thought I’d give it one more chance, well no more. The first time my nails I did sns and my nails came looking out like playdoh, second time crooked and this last time I had a cuticle and did acrylic and it was just badly done, every single nail looked like I had them on for a week, you can see gaps btw my cuticle line and where she actually put the acrylic nail, along other things, it is just not worth it for me anymore. The lady was not rude and she did offer to fix it but after being here for an hour + I don’t have the time nor the trust. Do not recommend This place, save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon after living in Woodstock for 2 years. Used to go to Nick’s Nails but once they changed management to service went downhill so I visited Pavilion Nail Salon today and loved it! It’s very clean and pretty! All of the staff was nice. Amber did my manicure and pedicure and was so gentle and took her time. She also was very nice and friendly unlike most nail techs can be. Will definitely start going here permanently.

I got a mani, pedi, lashes, and my brows done. Great service, clean, and I am really pleased with the finished product! Will definitely return.

5 Stars for Pavilion Nail Lounge!!! The salon is beautiful, trendy and welcoming. They have wine for adults and ice cream for kids. What more could you ask for!? They have the cutest section for little girls to get pedicures and be pampered too. Vicky runs an amazing business here and she does the best nails ever!

My daughter and I had an appointment for 2:00. By 2:45 they finally started my daughter. We were supposed to have pedicures and manicures. My daughter got both before they started me. And after my pedicure they wrote up my ticket and said thank you. I was done. So no manicure for me. Normally, I would have said something, but I just wanted to get out of there. Not impressed. The people were nice. That’s the only positive. I am not a hard person to please at all. I will not be returning here again.

Was just there, I don’t how they have such high ratings they’re not professional. Made me wait 20min even tho I had an appointment. I’ve never had to experience this at any other nail salon...but yet again it’s Woodstock lol what can u expect?

I love this nail salon very clean and they stick to the covid guidelines. They take your temperature before you are shown where to wash your hands. Staff is very friendly and they speak English in front of you not another language that makes you uncomfortable or paranoid...lol. I get SNS on my fingers and a pedicure with gel on my toes they always seem to match one to the other color. Highly recommend making an appointment before just walking in....although they do take walk ins.

I am very picky about nail salons. My daughter found this place and since I moved across town closer to here, I decided to try this place out. My daughter loves this place and her nails are always so beautiful. I decided to try them out myself about 4 months ago and have been back several times since. They are very welcoming and I dont need an appointment. The best part is I can walk in anytime an no matter who does my nails they always turn out beautiful. I have already recommended this place several times to friends and even strangers who have stopped me to ask where I get my nails done. Thanks Pavillion Nail Lounge - you guys are awesome!

First time going here, my husband and I enjoyed pedicures. Very clean and well kept salon. All staff was friendly and technicians happily obliged any requests. Definitely going back!

The best place Ive ever been to! Ive gotten my nails done all over the world and the US and Ive never been more satisfied than with the job Steven did. Amazing! Best stiletto shape, best job on the design, everything. Pleasant to talk to as well. The facility is also super clean and not stuffy! I cant wait to go back for a pedicure.

Pavilion Nails is an amazing salon! Sara does my nails every time I come in and she does an incredible job. My nails always look flawless when I leave and they last forever! The only reason I ever have to come back is when I’m getting them redone. My nails have never broken or popped off. They don’t even pop up on the bottom when I go too long in between getting them redone. The staff is very friendly and quick, while still doing a great job. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. Even if you have to drive a bit longer into Woodstock - it’ll be worth it!

Amazing! They were very busy but everyone was wonderful. My daughter and I just stopped in for a repaint but they treated my 3yr old like royalty. She was even given chocolate ice cream to enjoy while we wait. We will be regulars!

We had a great experience. I got and pedicure and I took my nine-year-old. They gave her ice cream and fixed both a finger and toe that got smudged. It was relaxing and they knew what they were doing. We will be back!

Walked in to get a pedicure to fresh and relax my feet after a long 2 week turn at work. They fit me right in and did a wonderful job.

Ambiance was beautiful. Service was excellent. Probably the best massage chairs Ive ever encountered. They even offer wine, which is a classy touch to me. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because a lot of places start out excellent and decline. I truly hope they dont.

Best nail salon Ive tried in all of Woodstock. Affordable and high quality SNS. the owner really managed to ensure quality. One time I had nail fall off and ended up with a fresh free manicure, not just a single fix on that nail.

After 3 visits and 3 different nail techs I think I can safely say they are all well trained and do excellent work. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant no matter how busy they are. I wish I found it months ago.

Pavilion is by far the best nail salon. Everyone is so nice, attentive, and they always rememberyou. The nails last, that’s always a plus for me. They have tons of colors; they are great at SNS, design, and everything else. They offer other services too like eyebrow waxing and tinting. Be sure to check them out!

Nice clean environment. HOWEVER it is so unethical to allow your employees to perform a service in which you are FULLY aware that they lack skill in it. My eyebrows look EXACTLY like they did when i got here and she did them twice! My hands were so dry when she finished I could have started a fire. The heels of my feet well, all I can say is wow! Just wow! Ususally i would try someone else within the establishment because all are not the same; especially becaue I am new to this town, but I WILL NEVER EVER return here simply because the owner allows this level of foolishness. If that is the the way you lead, i will spend my money elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time and money!

I took my 15 yr. old here today for her birthday to get an SNS manicure. The girl doing her nails nicked her finger several times with the sanding tool. She’s now in horrible pain. Get people who know what they’re doing with those tools before allowing them to work on people. Absolutely uncalled for.

I’ve literally never had to wait at this salon, even if they are busy they have taken me right away. They consistently do a great job and they are quick which is important to me as a mom of 3 little ones. I’ve tried a lot in the area and this one has been my favorite for all the above reasons!
