I absolutely love this salon!! They never fail to disappoint me, and they’re so welcoming and kind. They also have the cutest little kid that stays there and greets everyone while they’re sitting! I love them all. Staff is very nice! 10/10

Very nice family business. Nails turned out great and it was the price we were expecting. Call ahead to book an appointment or they might not be able to fit you in, but that is to be expected. They had their kid there and honestly I love that they are able to do so. It keeps families closer and together. The one lady who was waiting for her daughter was playing with the toys with the kid and it was so cute. Would definitely recommend.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get my toes done after several bad experiences at other places. They did such an amazing job! Great quality for a great price. The atmosphere is calm. Would recommend to all looking for services! Appointments are definitely necessary, but it’s always worth it!!

First time going here and would highly recommend. They have a clean,fast, and very professional environment. Not to mention everyone is very nice and friendly. They all do very high quality work and I will definitely be going again.

No one actually spoke to me at all. I wanted a pedi. I called they said to come on over. I did. The water was cold. He didnt ask me what pedi I wanted he just did I assume a basic pedi and I was in the chair less than 30 min. Very disappointing. I typically am in a chair for an hour and have hot stone. Hot wax and oils and massage. Also no chip polish on my toes because I like to paint and go. Noone asked and he jiat did. When I had to ask to use the grater thing on my heels I knew I wasnt getting anything like what I am used too. I basically paid 33 bucks to get my tows pained. I will never go there again. Suggestion keep on driving convenience is only one small part of the final destination.

I made a big uh oh and tried taking my gel nails off myself .. big mistake. Ron fixed them and was so kind. Couldnt be more grateful.

Upon arriving for the first time, I was greeted. I told them what I wanted and then they pointed me towards the nail swatches assuming I knew what I was looking for, it was a confusing first few minutes.Cost was 80, for no chip manicure and the “specialty pedicure”, the manicure chipped within 1 week...I was not overly impressed. It was okay work for the price I paid. Will not be returning.Positives:a nice array of colors, nice decor, metal tools came in sterilized pouches. Was thorough on cutting my cuticles. Gave a decent effort on my calluses.Negatives:Difficult to communicate with the nail technician. The massage chairs have lost their cushioning and were very uncomfortable to sit in for a long period of time. The nail files were previously used by other customers, which is unhygienic. The technician in the middle of cutting my toe’s cuticles decided to cut some of her hand’s cuticle.... they didn’t clean the pedicure basin between myself and the next customer.

My daughter and I came in for much needed pedicures. Made appointment, and everything was ready for us. Very kind and friendly staff. We will be back!

I called a day ahead and made an appointment for 3:00 the following day. I showed up early and sat for 45 minutes only to be told they didn’t see my name. Even had my feet in water, no liner I might add, and not very clean. I hope I don’t get a fungus.

We absolutely love going to KT Nails to get our nails 💅 done. They do an fantastic and amazing job. They are very nice and make you feel like youre home/comfortable/part of the family. Thank you!!

The service was great. The two gentlemen in the shop were very friendly. However, I have never paid so much in my life for a no chip pedicure. I usually get my no chip pedicures with a massage in Chicago, and pay $30-35 plus tip. Here I paid $25 for a simple pedicure and they charged me an additional $25 for no chip. The total for my service was $50 and I did not get a massage. I was definitely over charged.

It was so nice! Employees are all very sweet and it wasnt expensive at all! Their work is great!

There are new owners& I already see a difference in the shop. Ive only had my nails done once since the new, & the girl did a pretty good job

Excellent job. After several months without a pedicure they had their work cut out for them. Shop was cleaned with lysol bleach cleaning spray (there was a bottle at every station). Wore mask and gloves the entire time & even have plexiglass set up between employees and guests. Felt comfortable with set up and they did a LOT for a great price. I would and am going to recommend them to my friends and family.

My experience, and in the past, has been outstanding. Jimmy does my pedicures and manicures and he always goes out of his way to make me a very satisfied customer. He does not rush the job so it is done correctly and neatly. He is very concerned about your feelings.

The nail salon is decent enough especially if you have B do your nails he is fantastic!!!!

I love everyone who works there, they are very personable. Always clean and my nails always look amazing! I drive 45min out of my way just to go here.

Best nail salon in woodstock i love getting my nails done by kim she does a great job always makes me happy.

Good job done however, they only talk to white people it seems!! Quite disappointed as how they discriminate against the people!

Came in for a mani pedi and after doing my manicure was sent away because she didnt have time Im sorry but you were working with me first so the person that came in after me should have waited not send me away because you dont have time!!!I will not be back, that was very rude and inexcusable!!!!

New to the area. Looking for nail salon. Very disappoint. Waited for staff to open, they were late.The place had a bad odor. I was the 2nd person to arrive. Didnt have appt, but they took someone else without appt before me. So I left. Very rude!!!

I did there no chip manicure paid 30$ and on the 3rd day polish start chipping and from most of my nails polish came off like a sticker I didnt even had one week this manicure, not recommended at all !

Terrible service and very dirty. Had an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes for my pedicure. Only had time for a polish change at that point and the owner still charged me for a full pedicure. Will never go back.
