Everyone was very helpful, from the initial call that explained the process and set up the appointment to the person that came out for the estimate to the crew that provided the remediation. All were professional, personable, respectful of my property, adhered to COVID protocols, answered my endless questions thoroughly and respectfully and most importantly got rid of the mold. The office staff even assisted me through the insurance process of two opposing companies by providing me with follow up information needed by the companies. They truly value their customers and treat their customers like the people they are and help them get through a challenging situation. Such a good experience for a horrible situation! If I could give ServiClean 10 STARS, I would. They worked in my house for 5 days. The cleaning crew are the upmost professionals. They have done a tremendous job cleaning my home after a ceiling collapsed and there was wallboard and blown-in insulation everywhere! Now my house is immaculate. But there is one thing that has taken them over the top in my book. I have a daughter with Special Needs. They have been friendly and courteous to her. And they had no hesitation to work around her to accommodate her needs. I highly recommend this company.

We had a toilet that was leaking and the water was going into the wall. We saw some mold after removing the baseboard molding and called ServiClean to come out and do an inspection. Blanca in the front office was very helpful and scheduled one of their estimators to come out and do an inspection. Carlos came out the next day and looked at the area in the bathroom and on the other side of the wall in the kitchen pantry. He took some measurements and a lot of pictures. He explained the process of having the mold remediation done. We got an estimate the next day and it was very reasonable. We decided to have ServiClean do the mold remediation work. Their crew came out on a Friday and did an excellent job. They were very professional and completed the work in the same day. They left some dryers and de-humidifiers at the home to run for a couple of days. They were back on Monday to get their equipment and everything was great. Thanks to a sump pump outage, we ended up with about 2 inches of water in lower level of our split level home. it was a disaster!Serviclean was recommended to me. I called and they sent someone out right away. Within a matter of hours the crew had removed all of the wet carpet, drywall and baseboards, positioned fans and dehumidifiers and we were on our way to being dry again. Our Hot Water Heater in our finished basement started leaking water. The heater was replaced, but The water had soaked into the carpeting. I called ServiClean, and within an hour, Carlos showed up. I asked him to come around to the basement door. Before he even entered, he put on his booties, so as not to track any dirt onto my carpets.He spent the next 30 minutes doing an assessment of the water damage. He said very little, but diligently went about doing his job. I was impressed.After I approved his estimate, he called his cleaning crew. Before the end of the day, the basement was clean from all of the excess water, and 4 fans and a dehumidifier were place to mitigate the remaining moisture. We recently had an incident at our home when our water filter leaked and flooded the kitchen and basement overnight. Serviclean Inc. was referred to us by our insurance. From the very first call they made to schedule the service to the very last chat we had with them, they were very courteous, concern and helpful. They didnt follow the budget insurance might have suggested them, but followed their instinct to do the right thing by drying up each and every corner till it was completely dried up. They were right on their estimated timeline. They open the walls and ceiling only where it was necessary, and not to just add up to the bill.

The plastic water line on the back of our refrigerator (12 years old) cracked and over a period of time water seeped through our kitchen hardwood floor down onto the basement ceiling drywall, which then partially collapsed causing water damage to the ceiling, recessed lighting, and carpet. The crew leader provided his assessment of the situation and we agreed on a course of action to mitigate the water damage and potential for mold. We all know that the last several months has been extremely wet in the DC area. Back in June I had the sump pump inspected and it was given a clean bill of health. Well, during a recent very heavy overnight downpour the pump failed and our basement flooded, ruining the plank flooring, furniture, etc. etc. The first calls I made were to the Big companies and was told that it would be three days (Sunday) and an additional 20% for weekend work.My insurance agent gave me a list of other companies so I called Serviclean.
