I wish i could write so much to praise this company and Mr. Roman but then no one would read my long review. I quoted with multiple companies to replace my AC and Heating system; not only did they offer me the best rate, but they educated me about system maintenance.Later on, i needed them to fix a small issue i had and Mr Roman came the same day and after hours to help me and my family solve our issue and eventually have COOL air. Our air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air. We put in a request toour property management and they informed us that a technician would be able to assess the unit on the same day. This was exactly what we needed due to the extremely hot temperatures outside which was making our house unbearable. Overall a great experience since the tech (Roman M.) was able to resolve the compressor which thankfully just needed a part (the capacitor went bad) and didnt need to be totally replaced. He was courteous, friendly, and totally professional! Real nice guy and he was able to explain what needed to be replaced.On a side note: Roman knew the system well because he recognized it and he was the one who actually installed it many years ago in the house.

Aire Serv is AMAZING!! They have been nothing but kind and helpful to us since we moved into our new home two years ago. We installed a new heating/AC with them. They offered great financing. They come on time twice a year for maintenance and are always a friendly face at the door. Could not recommend enough.

Aire Serv of Lorton is FANTASTIC! I was matched up with them through my home warranty company originally. I contacted them last week and talked with Amy, in their office, who got me on the schedule for Saturday to come out to see what was wrong with my AC unit. She marked it so if there was a cancellation, they would try to squeeze me in earlier than that. Amy was (and is) super response to all the e-mails and phone calls over the past week and for that I am very grateful.Geoffrey came out and found out it was the condenser fan motor. Today (June 5, 2020), Roman (the owner), came out to install it and also to clean the coils which were extremely dirty from when the previous owner lived here. They also have a service plan and you can pay for it monthly vs all at once, which definitely works better for my budget!They were very professional and have bent over backwards to help me out. Im working with them to set a payment plan to pay for the services they provided today. Most companies wont do that anymore! Since this all started Ive been telling all my neighbors about how great they are and have been to me.Aire Serv of Lorton has won my business for as long as I live here in the DC area!

I feel very positive about this company and the service that they provided to me and I wanted to share this with others. This company is not only professional but also very ethical. They visited my home twice. The first guy was very hospitable and professional but shortly thereafter, I asked them to come back because my air wasnt working properly. The owner came out and corrected the issue quickly and professionally. He was also very ethical, explaining to me that the issue at hand was not my fault and therefore no additional charges. I realize that this wont always be the answer you here from technicians but this was definitely music to my ears to hear honesty from a service technician! This says a lot about this company and the ethical values of the owner . This type of integrity builds trust. Not only will I call on them again when needed, I will recommend this company to others again and again. Thank you!

We called this company last year through our home warranty to figure out why our basement was 20 degrees warmer than our top and main floors. They told us our system was imminently failed, and needed to be replaced. We did that. They installed the AC incorrectly which flooded our basement the following season. They also never checked the exhaust line, which was the issue- so exhaust gasses were leaking back into the basement through our water heater- setting all of our CO detectors off and filling the basement with gas within a few minutes. They replaced the chimney liner to fix this issue (at our cost)- but did not bring the correct tool again to check to see if the exhaust gasses were flowing out of the house. During this installation, the technician didnt turn the heat to the correct gas/air setting which caused the heater to overtemp and shut it and the water heater off. (This process also clogged the water heater). They are now scheduled to come out for the 4th time in less than two weeks to try to fix the water heater that will not turn on. Weve also had inconsistent heat for three weeks.

They came out to do warranty work on our old AC system. Three previous technicians had come out over the past 3 years and told us that it needed Freon. Which always temporarily solved the problem. Of course they wouldnt take the time to check the rest of the system to see why it was leaking.The Technician from Aire Serve did a thorough inspection of the system and showed me all the issues that were not only causing the leak but also effecting the performance of the system. He provided me with the steps needed to take care of the issue once and for all. Im so glad that they were sent, because Im going to be using them for all of my Heating/Cooling needs.

Hi,We recently used Air Serv through our home warranty in trying to fix a rattling sound from our outdoor condenser unit. Their tech had informed me that rattling sound is due to damage in weld between the fan and spindle. He temporarily fixed it and informed me that he will pass on the information of purchase of new fan to the home warranty.The technician reviewed the freon levels in the existing unit and suggested me to refill the freon levels. I asked him if its really worth my money to refill the freon levels, considering ours is an old AC system (18 year old) as i was also considering purchase of a new system if there is constant freon leak which will ultimately cost $400 (for 2lb) refill every 2 weeks.Air Serv technician has not even opened the HVAC panel to look at the ice on the coil, which is an indicator of Freon leak and suggested me to refill the freon. With the pandemic job situation, with only one from my household working, providing such unprofessional suggestions to make money on freon refill is irresponsible. Their customer service is not responsive as i was requesting a refund for their unprofessional advice. This was unprofessional and i completely disappointed with their service. I would not advise Air Serv for any HVAC repairs..

Absolutely poor results from this company. Every time our HVAC has been serviced by Aire serv it has only been a temporary fix. It breaks down in the next couple days on multiple occasions. It seems the A/C tech is only capable or knowledgeable with putting Freon in and is unable to diagnose a differential. Not to mention being lied to by the tech and the answering service. I get excuse after excuse. They should really take their satisfaction guarantee down from their website as it clearly does not mean anything to them. It is evident they prioritize lining their own pockets above customer service. Stay away from this company if you want a temporary solution for your HVAC problems.

Our heating system stopped working yesterday evening and our area is due for a winter storm today, so we were nervous about getting it repaired quickly. I called after 8 pm last night and Roman came at 8:30 this morning and got our system up and running in a little over an hour. If I could rate him higher than 5/5 I would! We happily signed up for an annual contract and are glad to be in good hands.

Heater failed night before Thanksgiving, of all times. They sent Jeff to our home in Woodbridge, an excellent repairman who knew his stuff, and he got the heater working quickly. Reasonably priced! We will be dealing with them in the future.

My wife and I were across the country about to move into our new home and Jeff and Roman came out and were immediately responsive even when we were in a different time zone. Absolutely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure to do a thorough inspection of everything after installing a new system and even setup our Nest Thermostat for us. The technicians were super nice, took their time and placed protective cloth and shoe protectors onThey ran into problem no fault of theirs or company, a brand new shutoff installed was defective. That was wednesday, I had family matter on thursday so arranged for return on Friday morning. They arrived andcontinued the installation and testing. A brand new water heater all installed during testing found the hot water heater defective. So they removed and installed another. Due to delays not their fault the service manager gave discount for service contract. Plus I really appreciated the military discount they allowed!I would definitely recommend Airserv to do your work. The problems they encountered were handled wuickly and no hassle. Thank you!! This is the best service providing company I ever worked with. My HVAC was broken in the middle of hot summer. I have been working with the warranty co. to get approval for the work but warranty co was useless when you need them. However, Jeffery and Amy from Airserve on top of the warrant co. and update me the status along the way. Finally decided to fix the problem with Airserve and get it done so quickly with fair price. I will never pay for warranty rather save that money for repair.

Was completely fed up with another local, well known company who I had a maintenance contract with. Some techs would clean the outside coils, others wouldnt, and yet others used only water when they were supposed to use a cleaner of some sort. And ALL the techs seemed to want to find something, anything, wrong that they could try to sell me. When I would get a second opinion I was told they were duping me. Anyway, I let my contract expire with that company and went on Angies List to find a new provider. Claudia at Aireserv of Lorton contacted me right away and she was very personable and professional. Roman, the tech (and I think, owner) arrived on time, and was extremely helpful in explaining things in plain english. AND!!!!! He didnt try to sell me anything!! I thought, WOW, what a concept! Anyway, I signed up for an annual contract and will see how things go. I just feel better about them than the other company. In addition, when I asked him how much he would charge for things like the exact same water heater the other company installed, and even a new thermostat, I was shocked at the difference in price. Aireservs was significantly less for the exact same product. Give them a chance. I think youll be pleasantly surprised.
