We hired this company to clean our dryer vent system. They did a terrible job. Left trash behind. They upsold us a new dryer vent kit connector for our dryer which we agreed. It was not installed properly and fell off after they left. I spent days calling them and the lady who answered the phone kept saying the owner would call me back. I ended up talking with the owner and he said he would call back. No one ever called back. They are very unprofessional and does not provide good service. I had to hire a new company to fix their mistake and the original work cost me hundreds of dollars.

Booked a dryer vent cleaning and asked for an appropriate quote prior to arrival. The technician on site attempted to upsell me for 2x the expected cost of the visit for additional services. When I had initially asked for a cleaning, there were no clear expectations on what services would be provided over the phone (sure, Ill take ownership of that one). No credit card or check could be accepted as payment, and only electronic transfer would be accepted. This was only disclosed at arrival and could have cost the visit altogether. Additionally, there was a poor quality in service when the technician failed to properly reinstall and position the dryer duct from the unit to wall, requiring me to correct their mistake. Adding vain insult to injury, their technician was not at all careful with our equipment which was brand new and scratched both washer and dyer with their tools. Though thats minor in the grand scheme of things, it illustrates the overall lack of detail or care they extend to their customers.A representative reached out to me looking for feedback after the visit. I provided a similar summary as above as they were looking for prompt feedback. No response was provided with an explanation of the poor service, lack of professionalism, and unsafe restoration of my equipment.I would not recommend using this company unless you have a clear expectation of poor service, upselling, and lack of skill in terms of what you are looking for.

Sent out a garage door repair tech instead of a dryer vent repair tech. Attempted to reschedule for another date or later the same day but after reading other negative reviews I decided not to use the company as I couldnt trust them based on very simple mistake compounded by poor reviews.
