A quality haircut all around no matter who cuts my hair. The MVP with the shampoo, hot towel, and massage is nice. Love the online check-in. There are cheaper alternatives for a basic cut but I still recomend this chain.

Showed a picture of the haircut my 11 year old son wanted. What she did was NOTHING like the picture. She said oh itll grow back.. He left crying because she cut his hair WAY too short..he even skipped picture day at school because he was so embarrassed about the way he looks. Very very disappointed. Not offered a free cut or some money on the one she did..barely an apology..idk if I even want to take him back..definitely not to her😞

The last time I was in there, they were under staffed with only 2 people cutting hair and a 1 hour wait. They also seems to never keep the same stylists and have a revolving door for stylists. This is my normal place to go but it get to be harder to stay a patron with the problems they seem to be having. Even since the store open in Manchester, the staff here hardly ever last a couple of months.

Asked for barber to leave me 3 inches of hair. After asking and confirming I wanted 3 inches left of hair, she proceeded to scissor cut me down to 1 inch without asking. Go somewhere else.

I get my haircut at the Manchester store all the time. Unfortunately the stylist Stacey moved to the Lake St. Louis store. I tried the Ballwin store today and was not impressed. The girl was claire and I have to agree with a previous comment, she is way to fast. I even as a joke ask if she was going for a record. She said she is the fastest hair cutter in the world. This is not why I go here. I was in and out with an MVP before people that were already getting there haircut before me. There is no reason yo go that fast I did not even have time to check to make sure it was straight. She never showed me what the back was like or did a proper line up. I would not recommend this girl at all. If you want someone who is going to take their time and make sure your good then definitely choose someone else.

I have struggled for years to find a place that gives me the look i want, but Claire delivers a perfect haircut every time I go. She is so friendly and makes getting a haircut seem less like the chore it is and more like seeing an old friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The manager Emily ( I assume shes the manager since she seems like shes in charge) is always friendly and handles any concerns I have as if its no problem at all. I absolutely adore this place and the people that run it.

Sport Clips in Ballwin is always my go-to place to take my three boys (ages 2, 10, and 11) for their haircuts. The stylists are always patient, even when I’m being picky about the cut or my two year old is screaming the entire time. They always give advice to my two older boys on how to style the cut and make great recommendations on styling products without pushing too hard for us to purchase there. I really appreciate everything they do. Keep up the great work, girls! We will see you soon.

Difficult to find someone who does exactly what you ask for. The barber here did exactly what I wanted. Will tell others of this place!

I understand that I was checked in during the rush hour but the stylist (Claire) needs to slow down. Also, the cut is uneven and yes please do not send coupons because of previous bad experience since Claire states that this coupon is only for new customer which is a shame. That coupon was send to me to give another try not to insult me that this is for new customer.

Great customer service, Ill give them that. But the haircuts are just not there. Not that theres anything wrong with conversating with customers, but the super young lady seemed just a little too focused on talking and not on the actual haircut itself which resulted in a super quick, uneven, and choppy haircut which was covered up and hidden with some gel. I dont even think she realized what she was doing to my hair because of how much she wanted to talk to me. Nothing asked for was performed.

I enjoyed the place a decent amount, most stylists were very friendly and understanding of my request but there were on occasions where a stylist just didnt seem as accommodating to my specific hair situation during the cut, it produces an acceptable result, but not all that I hope.

This place is in a convenient location for me and I dont really have to worry about waiting since there always seems to be an adequate number of staff every time I go in. The store is clean and looks modern with a nice sports theme (if that is important to you). Since its a store catering mainly to men, I dont think you have worry about bottlenecks from clients getting arduous perm and dying procedures done.The price was a bit on the higher side that what I was hoping for, but they do have a loyalty stamp card that gives you a discount on every other haircut. However, the price is definitely complimented by the cleanliness and quick service.My haircut isnt that complicated, so I can get in and out with relative ease. I do like the free touch up service they offer for your sideburns and neck in between haircuts.If you are willing to pay a little extra for a good environment and a couple of added perks, it a good place to go. If your goal is to keep the price as low as possible, there are probably other places out there for you.

This is because she understands and can interpret what I’m saying into the hair that I want.Customers citing that Claire cuts their hair too fast is inn-accurate. She took the time she needed to do it right, which just so happens to be fast. This is One of my favorite places to get my hair cut. They know exactly how I like it to look. Never have had a bad experience here. I went to the Ellisville location and they completely messed up my hair so I decided to go to the one in Ballin and they knew Exactly how I wanted it fixed up and they managed to do just that. This is one of my favorite places to come. Do you have a great atmosphere and great staff, they are highly trained and they know exactly what theyre doing. I recommend going to this sport clips location over all the other ones. I highly recommend giving this place a chance!!!

Took my son to get his hair trimmed here. the stylist spiked the front up with gel, thought it was a cute style.. until we washed his hair. The gel was used to hide his uneven hairline and choppy hair cut. It is not blended at all. Some spots are so short that the only option to make it all even is to buzz it. Went back to get a refund as it is unfixable, just butchered and was told they cannot refund my money after making us wait for 45 minutes to even hear from a manager. She was too busy smoking out front and talking on her phone to attend to an upset costumer. Waste of time and money.
